    A wonderful place for home improvment.This 100 year old family-owned company can do design and construction and they have a friendly staff.Home improvement can be expensive. Dont worry, they will work with you on costs.They make big projects less scary.There were no hard sales there.

    Always have a good experience when going here. Lumber is often better here than with the big box stores. I would have given them 6 stars but they always charge me whenever I buy something. Staff has always been excellent.

    D&U is more that ‘just a lumber yard’. Their options and services to customize a remodel or build of your home are so much better than a big box store. From windows and doors to custom cabinetry, they have all the details and will take the time to help you choose with one of their custom designers.

    We worked with Brandon regarding our purchase of a new front door - he was very professional and attentive to our concerns and needs... he did a great job! And the installers were equally professional and efficient! We would highly recommend Dillman and Upton/Brandon to anybody looking to replace/purchase a new door!

    Very well stocked hardware department. Some of the best quality lumber and millwork in the area at very reasonable pricing. Ive been buying supplies there for over 35 years. Dont buy at the big box stores without comparing to Dillman & Upton.

    My wife and I are Canadian and have been overwhelmed and frustrated with the terrible service we were getting at our Canadian lumber stores. We decided to look into the United States for help and ended up working with a great representative from Dillman and Upman “Paul Phedran. Paul worked with us and we decided to order our Timbertech decking materials. Paul was very helpful and made us feel very trusting and comfortable as we were about to commit a very large amount of money sight unseen. Today our order arrived with everything very well packed and in excellent condition. I cannot wait to visit their facility to place our next order to complete our double deck with the rail system Paul has described to us. Money well spent with people we can trust. Thank you one and all at D&U.

    We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Dillman and Upton and they did a great job. Everyone from the designer Ted, project manager Amy, remodeler Pete, electrician Scott, floors Joe, and plumber were all very professional. They showed up when scheduled, explained things, answered questions, and overall did a great job. I felt it was an easy process and highly recommend Dillman and Upton for remodeling projects.

    I needed a single Westbury post. Called D&U and easily placed my order over the phone on a Thursday afternoon. They told me it would arrive on Monday. Friday morning comes, and someone called me to inform me that it was delayed by a day from their supplier, and it would arrive on Tuesday.They called me Tuesday to tell me it was ready to be picked up. Great communication, very friendly personal, and good pricing.

    Im rebuilding my deck with a composite material but had no experience with it. Josh was very helpful and spent alot of time with me explaining how it all comes together, the dos and dont and the differences between materials. He was great to work.

    I have used Dillman & Upton for a wide variety of projects for the last 15 years. From Building a new home from the ground up, to numerous remodeling adventures. The service has been outstanding every time. They stock high quality materials and deliver quickly. I enjoy interacting with their knowledgable staff. Every time I have a home improvement project it is the first place I go.

    This is a business that has been in business for over 100 years. You dont last this long without doing something right.They have VERY High Quality lumber and building supplies. AND they have some of the most difficult to find items that nobody else can get.A++ All the way across the board.
