This past Friday we had a major leak in our kitchen area. We called several companies who responded and gave us estimates. After not being pleased with their estimates, we decided to call G.O.A.T. Plumbing. We had read their outstanding customer Google reviews. We were not surprised when Joe Bates arrived. He was extremely professional, and knowledgeable. His customer service was genuine and sincere. Once we agreed on a set price, he personally came the following day to solve our problem. We highly recommend G.O.A.T. plumbing services. Whether you live in a multi-million-dollar house or renting a small residence you will be treated with the utmost respect and sincerity.

My hot water heater had started leaking and needed to be replaced. Josh was very respectful and personable. He provided me with several options for replacement. I decided to move forward with the installation of a tankless system and was able to have it installed the same day. It was very nice to see how much pride Josh took in his work and it showed. Weve used GOAT twice now, and both times have been excellent experiences. The first time they did have to reschedule us twice, but they compensated by providing us with a complimentary water heater flush (which is one of the services we originally requested) and apologized. The first time it was Josh who came to perform water heater maintenance, and the second time it was Andrew to help us with our kitchen sinks being backed up. Josh was extremely thorough and explained everything in detail. I wasnt home when Andrew arrived but I got back as he was about to start unclogging our kitchen drain line. He was also very thorough and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. Both Josh and Andrew were professional and friendly as well as great around our dog, and resolved our issues quickly. We will definitely be continuing to use GOAT for our plumbing needs!

We just had a very positive experience with Taylor of The GOAT Plumbing Company!Our master bathroom shower was backing up and our toilet was bubbling and wouldnt flush. We searched online and found several plumbers, but everyone was booked up, telling us it was going to be late in the day or even tomorrow and we couldnt wait that long. We called The GOAT and within 5 minutes of us calling to set up the appointment, Taylor was calling us back to tell us he was on his way.When Taylor arrived he was very professional, honest and forthcoming. He assessed the problem and gave us several options to choose from on how best to proceed. We chose what we felt was best and Taylor got to work right away. He explained what he was doing the whole time and answered all of our questions. He let me watch as he lowered a camera down into the drain to check the work and told me what I was seeing the whole time. From start to finish, his friendly attitude and customer focused work style was incredibly refreshing.Our drains and toilet are now clear and we are thrilled, especially after 2 and a half days of not being able to use them! Should we need any plumbing problems handled in the future, Im just going to call them, because of how positive this experience was.Thanks again Taylor!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Walter, a service technician who came to fix an issues with my shower. From the start, he was incredibly professional and approachable. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, walking me through the problem and explaining what might be causing the problem. His knowledge and expertise were evident as he quickly diagnosed what was going on.Although we unfortunately couldn’t come to an agreement on the final price for the work, I still want to emphasize just how impressed I was with Walter’s service. He was efficient, courteous, and really seemed to care about doing the job right.Despite the pricing disagreement, I would not hesitate to recommend Walter to anyone needing plumbing services. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to his craft are top-notch. If you’re looking for a skilled and reliable technician, Walter is a great choice.

Would highly recommend this company. They were very responsive to my initial inquiry and got a highly experienced and professional plumber out to my house within 24 hours of contacting them. We worked with Donovan and were highly impressed and appreciative of his excellent service. He did a thorough review of our house and needs and provided us a detailed explanation of what issues we had and provided a clear plan of best options to address them. Once we agreed on plans, Donovan completed them with excellent outcome in a timely fashion. After looking at different nearby plumbing companies (and their reviews) we decided to contact The GOAT Plumbing Company.They were able to come out quickly and give us a fair price estimate. After we decided to have them do the repair, they completed the job quickly and professionally.Both Tim (who initially came out and gave us the estimate) and Troy (who came out and did the repair) were friendly and knowledgeable. He offered multiple options for us when he saw the problem (and showed it to us as well), and gave different prices for each. Peter came out to inspect everything and provided a thorough analysis of my water quality, demonstrating just how harsh my water was. His expertise was invaluable.Alexander then arrived to fix the running water issue in my toilet and expertly installed the new water filter system. I haven’t experienced this level of customer service in a while! After being let down by another company that never showed up, I called The GOAT Plumbing Co based on the reviews on Google and EVERY single person I interacted with was so nice and understanding, they were all just so professional. After I explained my situation, they told me they would see if they had someone that could help me. It was kind of late in the day and I felt so bad for even asking but they still tried and then I got a phone call letting me know that someone was available.Taylor Cordle arrived at my home not too long after that and we went over the problem and showed him the affected rooms. He explained to me what the potential problem was and then we discussed my options. That’s right, I had options!! Once I made the decision, he started working. He kept me informed about what he was doing and even took pictures and video of what he did. He checked and tested the rooms affected once he was done. I got a receipt right away (which is rare). Taylor was so genuine and kind. I believe I paid a fair price for the work done, there’s no way I would’ve been able to fix it myself.I can’t recommend this company enough! I’m definitely saving their contact info in case I run into any other issues in the future 😊 Thank you Taylor and the rest of the team!!

This is our first time using The GOAT Plumbing and we will definitely use them again. And recommend them to friends! Donovan did a good job communicating with us prior to his arrival. While preparing to install our new water softener, he notice corroded pipes on top of our water heater. We noticed it about 6 months ago but didn’t take any action. Donovan explained his concerns and further inspected the unit, showing us multiple rust issues inside. So…we had him replace the water heater, too! He was pleasant and patient throughout the process. Even when we had to leave home for a couple hours, he continued to work. We are very happy with the care and service provided by everyone at The GOAT Plumbing Company!

First off the class of Goat plumbing is top notch. They arrived when they said they would and on time. Then I had the pleasure to meet Troy Joyce for GOAT plumbing. He is exceptional and a pleasure to meet. Very knowledgeable and honest. He changed 19 acorn water shut off valve in a few hours to stainless steel. I only needed one valve changed for my dishwasher but he explained to me the risk of water damage if they were to ever burst. So we decided to change all. I cant recommend Troy from The GOAT Plumbing enough! When my son broke an exposed pipe while playing soccer, water was gushing everywhere, and I panicked with no shutoff valve in our 1960s home. I called Roto-Rooter, ABC Plumbing and several plumbers, but The GOAT responded immediately and arrived within 45 minutes! Heck yeah, the first to arrive gets the jobs. His professionalism and expertise were outstanding. He quickly repaired the pipe and impressed me so much that I asked him to install an emergency shutoff valve, which he completed within an hour at a very reasonable price. It was giving us an error code that seemed like we would need to replace the motherboard. Joseph B came out within an hour of me calling for help. He called my water heater company and worked diligently to talk to someone willing to help. He fixed my problem with a simple code and no need to replace the motherboard or entire heater! He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided some helpful tips for prolonging the life of the heater. Couldnt be more satisfied. This may be a newer company, but they come with well trained and experienced plumbers. We had a main drain clog; and it was late afternoon when we discovered it. Called and was pleasantly surprised that they could respond within a short time. Taylor came out, looked over the issues, and started his troubleshooting to determine the cause. In short, he was able to find and locate the clog just before the septic tank. He presented my options, and we settled on one. He went to work and very quickly cleared the clog. The drain line was working as expected. He then ran the camera through the line to ensure no other issues were present. We did find what looked like the septic tank being almost full, so I guess next call is to a septic company to have the tank pumped and inspected.Overall, I am very satisfied and will be doing business with The Goat again should I need any Plumbing work done.

This company is very responsive from scheduling through the end of the job. Troy was our plumber and quickly diagnosed our toilet issues. Made recommendations, went over the pricing ahead of time, (gave a veteran discount), and fixed all the issues. Was able to turn off water at the county water meter and then called The Goat. Monday morning, Troy was at our 40 yr old house at 9a. He diagnosed the problem, made recommendations and Ian McDanel was at our house to begin the job at 10a. It involved putting in a new main water from the county water source down a sloped driveway, cutting the concrete driveway and then connecting to the house. This involved cutting through the driveway and lots of digging through rose gardens. Ian and his helper Von worked all day. At 7pm, Ian had us hooked up to water. He came back the next morning to pour new concrete and put everything perfectly back together. Our family will always call The Goat!

Osh Simpson showed up at our house on time the morning after we called, I showed him the toilet and shared that I had installed two fill valves in 1.5 weeks (both failed), that the emergency valve had just started to leak and that the toilet was over 30 years old. Josh immediately suggested that the toilet may need replacement, discussed possible issues with the emergency valve and toilet flange due to age and the manner in which they were installed initially. He worked up three estimates, one of which was to replace all of the problem parts of the toilet and the emergency valve, the others involved replacement of the toilet. We opted to replace the toilet.Josh told us he would have to pick up the toilet and other parts at the warehouse and we back in less than 30 minutes. He returned, removed the old toilet, showed us the rotted, rusted flange which definitely needed to be replaced. After installing the new flange he showed it to us (a massive difference) and then he installed the new toilet and emergency valve. All of this was completed in less than 4.5 hours and he cleaned up an mess completely. He was great about letting us know what was going on each step of the wayAnother excellent experience with GOAT Plumbing. Thank you, Josh!

I did not get another quote so that may be standard, but all in all the good experience.

Ian arrived in a timely fashion and came in quickly to review the scope of the project with me. We reviewed how we first attempted DIY to replace all our bath tub fixtures, including shower head, shower diverter, shower hand-held, shower handle. When we (ourselves) attempted to complete the install we weren’t able to produce hot and cold, just one or the other. He was willing to basically investigate by digging in his heels to remove the old handle components, cartridge and confirmed through executing all the steps that we could indeed get both hot and cold water. He brought me in several times to confirm certain aesthetic matters including placement of the hand held, our new one required some additional drilling. He completed the drilling flawlessly without damaging our tile. He took his time and did not rush the job and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the all aspects of the project. His pricing was fair and we wouldn’t hesitate to contract them again. First photo is old stainless steel bath fixtures and second photo with chrome fixtures is new one installed by Ian, of Goat.

We recently engaged GOAT Plumbing for service and our experience was amazing. They provided a higher level of customer service, professionalism and expertise. We had a leaking insink erator (garbage disposal) from improper installation by the builder.From the initial call with Travis to Joe, the technician our questions and concerns were addressed. Joe was prompt, reviewed the problem and provided on-site estimate with the amount of time it would take to complete the job. Needless to say, he exceeded the expectation. His delivery was ahead of schedule and he left our kitchen sink, below cabinet and floor spotless. All this to say, it saved us a lot of time it takes to receive estimates and schedule work. They did this in one day.What surprised me more is, I received an email from the owner of the company a few hours later thanking me for the opportunity to service our home with email and phone number to reach out with any concerns. We did a large job with GOAT Plumbing Company a few weeks ago. The work entailed installing a sump pump in the pool deck to remove water during heavy rains and prevent it from coming inside our house. When the system stopped working, we called them and they promptly came over and made some adjustments. We need to have another big storm to fully test the system. So far Im pleased with the company, their team and the professionalism shown throughout the process, especially during the service call phase. The critical aspect of any such installation is to stand by the work and help alleviate any issues that is likely to surface. So far they are doing well.
