    We had an emergency water situation and never heard back from the company we originally called. After calling Howies and setting an appointment late at night, they were so understanding with our situation and had someone set the next morning.     Thankfully I’ve had few plumbing issues (knock on wood), but when I do, Howie’s has promptly fixed them at a fair value. When s#*t hits the fan, I want fast, dependable, fix-it-right-the-first-time service; not cheapest friend-of-a-friend kind.

    I have dealt with them for years and they always respond quickly and manage to get a someone out to you usually the same day if it is a major issue. Dewey is one of the few people in the area who works with gas appliances. Also, he is a great at figuring out problems other plumbers couldnt figure out. He will work with you until the solution is found. A great local company. Some say the prices are high, but you always get quality work and feel confident the issue is resolved.Well worth the money for the peace of mind knowing the job was done right.

    I had an emergency in my bathroom which caused one of my rooms to flood. I reached out to Howies and they came the next day. I thought my emergency would be very expensive but it wasnt. Howies solved and fixed my emergency in a couple of hours and made sure that there was no longer any leaking!!

    Excellent, trustworthy, thorough, good communication, really cant say enough nice things. Special shout out to Johnathan and the office staff is wonderful to work with.Had a broken pipe from an improper installation job 2 years ago by another plumbing firm on my water softener. Also required a dry wall patch and replacing insulation.My mom and I have always had a good experience with this local firm.

    I had an issue with a gas water heater (pilot light was out) I was not available to address myself but needed it to be addressed quickly. I was able to get an appointment for the same day with Sun City Center Plumbing. The tech showed up, determined the issue, and was able to get everything back online within 20 minutes. They will be my go to for any plumbing issues that I need addressed quickly in the future.

    This company delivered an exceptional service with reasonable cost.I called them with my problem of no hot water for my bathtub and their technician came out on the same day. Lance, the technician called before he arrived, give me the exact cost before the work begins. He finished the work with a courteous manner and reassured me before he left that if any issue after then do not hesitate to call him back out.The reason I went with this company in the first place was not because their google review was 4.5 out of 5 stars but the fact that the owner actually reads the reviews and responds accordingly. This is what shows me that the company cares for customer satisfaction. I will certainly go back to use their service again and will not hesitate to recommend them for plumbing needs.     I got a next day appointment and Dewey came to fix my faucet. He was on time and knew exactly what he was doing. Not only was he professional but he has such a nice personality. The price was reasonable. I will be calling them again if needed. I recommend this business.

    Unexpectantly, we discovered a leak under our kitchen sink. We turned off the House water and called Howies Plumbing. A few hours later the plumber, Lance, arrived and quickly analyzed and made the necessary repairs. Lance was certainly knowledgeable, did nice work and was polite. We have used Howies Plumbing in the past and have always found them to be excellent.

    Top Notch company. Excellent service.This was our first experience with Sun City Center Plumbing after receiving a positive recommendation from one of our neighbors after we discovered we had to re-pipe our home. We appreciate the polite and quick response from the owners and the office staff in getting the paperwork needed to appease our insurance company. The re-pipe team was a hardworking crew and were polite and very efficient from start to finish. Their drywall guy is a true artist. I will definitely recommend Sun City Plumbing to any one who asks.

    Called and spoke with Amy - very friendly and professional - called on a Friday - had Dewie out there on Monday as it was not an emergency. They really accommodated our schedule as this is a rental property and had a renter checking in @3pm that Monday as well. He was wonderful to work with. Our problem is a little more complex, but he corrected what he needed to and spent the time thoroughly going over everything. Never thought he was padding the books so to speak. Grade A company to work with.

    This was my first time using Howies plumbing. The person who came to my house was extremely nice and had a lot of patience. My boyfriend works overnight, and he sleeps during the day. He came to our house as scheduled and rang the doorbell. There was no answer for a few minutes. He called me to ask if someone was home I. I said yes. I asked him if he could please bang on the door because the phone calls, text, and door rings were not doing the job. I said to him, Sir, could you please bang on the door? Lol. He said sure but are you sure? Lol. He did, and my boyfriend ended up hearing that and came to the door. Most ppl would have left after the second doorbell ring! I was super appreciative because I was at work and could not be there. So I will always use Howies! Thank you!

    I have used this company a couple of times they completed the jobs in a timely manner and the work was great very profesionsal this time the work was also good but the bill presented a bit of sticker shock. I have no complaint about the work although I could have done with less swearing and slamming things around. They had ordered a part to install I had to wait for the office to email the invoice after I had paid the tech at the door. They did not break down the part and labor. so I requested they do this as I wanted to know the labor charge so I could compare how they relate to other companies in the area. It must have offended someone that I asked. they did not respond so I asked again how do they charge labor by hour or service charge. The tech had to drill out a part and they were to order the part and install on a second visit I asked for an estimate for that instalation and part no repsonse .They did not call me the home owner ,but had a conversation with my boyfriend in which they said they did not order the part and I guess they are not coming back to finish the job. This is a country of free enterprise and price comparing should not be considered an insult or should not offend anyone.

    Howies Plumbing gave a great estimate on my house for a complete re-pipe to replace the polybutylene that was originally installed. John and Jim came out to complete the job, they were very professional and respectful the entire time, they were extremely proficient and clean despite me and 3 dogs being in the house. The gentlemen also did everything they could to minimize cutting holes in drywall and explained the process while answering my questions throughout the 2 days.The company they use to complete the drywall after the re-pipe did amazing. After painting everything looks the same with no issues.The office staff was professional and courteous, the estimate they sent out covered all of my questions before committing! I could not be happier that I chose Howies to complete this job!I highly recommend this company and would gladly use them again for any future plumbing needs.

    I really appreciated that James and Terry from Howies Sun City Center Plumbing showed up on time today. James adjusted the two flappers in the tank of my toilet that Keith Vos replaced a month or so ago. The toilet never flushed properly until today. James did an excellent job.     Absolutely Top Notch Service. We had a pipe leak on a holiday weekend. Some one was out quickly and made a temporary repair so that I wouldnt have to pay holiday rates. within a couple of days two plumbers were at my home and delivered the fastest and most courteous service I have had in many years!     This company is absolutely incredible! They go above and beyond to help in any way they are able! I found a kitten trapped in the sewer drain crying for help, we called so many people including the fire dept., and no one would come out except Howies. John and his co worker (Im so sorry I never got his name) did everything they could to help me and we got the kitten out! They saved his life and we named the kitten Howie. Thank god for you both and we are forever grateful there are amazing people out in this world wanting to help so selflessly. Highly reccomend always!

    My water heater went out this afternoon. I called this company and told them my water heater was leaking, from the time I called and the time it took to replace the water heater it must have been under 2 1/2 hours, I felt like I had won the lotto!     Wow! What a professional company to do business with. From my first contact with the lady who answered the phone (she assured me I would not be without water tonight) to the plumber who took care of me (Nate) a first class company to do business with. My water spigot broke off right against the concrete block outside and Nate new exactly what to do. He drilled out and patched the concrete, mounted a new elbow with a brass fitting that I can change out spigots in the future (if required) for a very reasonable cost. Now that is a company that earned a customer for the future! Thanks Nate and Sun City Center Plumbing!

    We had a major blockage in two of our bathrooms and Jonathan came by and went above and beyond to fix our problems, he actually dug a hole in the front yard and found our clean out pipe so he wouldn’t have to climb on the roof and did this so that no future plumber would have to go up there. We have a Spanish tile roof so his actions were highly appreciated. We will now always use this company for our plumbing needs based on his exemplary work ethic and professional demeanor.     We own a 1200 sq ft home. Built about 1965. We had our house replumbed, moved the hot water tank from kitchen to garage, put 2 new toilets, shower handles and heads. 5 men worked.Were very happy to say that all went smoothly. The men answered all our questions and concerns. After they left, you would never know anything was disturbed in our house.
