    This company did a fantastic job! I called this morning and they had a Technician out in no time. I had a pipe break due to a tree root. When I tell you the service was phenomenal it was just that. John was my technician he was very courtesy, professional, and quick to assess and repair the issue. His customer service is what is needed these days and I was very appreciative of it! He deserves a raise and if I could I would give it to him :). Thank you John and Reliable Plumbing for given such GREAT customer service! I also want to add the cost was very reasonable. I liked the fact the company offers discounts to military I am a widow of a veteran who served for over 20 years.     Reliable came out and saved the day after a long 2weeks from the company my family toilets were purchased from turned into a complete nightmare leaving use with toilets needing to be installed. I called them and was taken care quickly (not rushed where I felt forced to buy anything) Michael and Chris were amazing throughout the entire process from start to finish. These gentlemen were so respectful, and even after completing the job in a timely manner and being respectful of me working from home, there was a change in preference and Chris came back out within 24 hours to make the change for us with a smile. Thank you for everything! Anytime I need a plumber for any service I will always call Reliable. Thank you again!

    Had a wonderful experience using this company. Chris was amazing! Our water heater went out over Thanksgiving break and we needed a new one. Called different places and decided to go with Reliable Basement and Drain LLC and so happy we did! They were super helpful, professional, on time, and great pricing. If you are looking for plumbing services definitely give them a call! 5 stars!!!

    True 24 hour service. We had a pipe backup into our shower at 11 PM and John was there from midnight to 2AM to get everything fixed. Most importantly he even made sure to check the second clean out (that wasnt showing any issue yet) and sure enough found a blockage there that he fixed as well. I cannot recommend John and Reliable enough. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing services required and have already been recommending them to others. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

    Exceptional quality of work and work ethic. Water heater replacement was in a cramped, not well lit area all the way in the back of the house furthest from the truck. John took great pains to keep the house clean and not make a mess. Very knowledgeable and professional. This is the second time weve used Reliable and will again when the need arises.

    Mike was very quick with his repairs. He was able to completely redo my exterior water valve for a fraction of what Brandon Plumbing was quoting me. When I realized I needed toilet repairs right before he left I contacted Mike personally and he thankfully had one of his colleagues Tom back within the day to review. Tom was very friendly and fixed our toilet. Very professional work, nice staff, and affordable estimates.

    I called Reliable Plumbing for next day service to fix an unsuccessful repair I made to my main supply line. I received a call the next morning from the office confirming the request and giving me an arrival window. Mike arrived first to review the work and give an estimate. John arrived later and repaired the line. They even took a look at my water heater which was throwing an error code and helped me locate the needed part. All of this within the stated arrival window and quoted price. Excellent service, will call again if the need arises!

    We had a serious water leak on the first floor ceiling over the wknd and called Reliable Plumbing for help. Mike was able to come and figure out the issue with toilet leaking upstairs and any questions I had he was patient answering any concerns. We have a home warranty we could have submitted claims to take a look but didn’t want to deal with waiting and hassle of making sure they found the right contractor. We’re glad to have found them and definitely recommend their service.

    I called around to a few companies in our area to find someone who could come out to fix our toilet asap without charging an arm and a leg. Making the appointment with Reliable Plumbing and Drain was painless. The lady I spoke with (didnt get her name) was extremely friendly and helpful, she was able to tell me an estimate of how much it would cost. Jon arrived on time the next day, he was also extremely helpful, professional and friendly. He figured out the problem and fixed it within an hour for us. We are very thankful to have found this wonderful company and will be using them in the future for all of our plumbing needs. Thank you guys!!

    I had a drain problem that another plumber could not fix. Reliable got it diagnosed in a very short time and had a quote right away for repairs. The repairs were done and while they were there, I had 2 water lines re-routed for the shower. Mike communicated with me thru every step and I could not have been happier with the service.

    Chris was outstanding. He was very kind, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He came out at the end of his long work day 9 pm ish, and never once complained about his long hours.     Solid techs and excellent prices. If your looking for a cheap plumber get a handyman but beware you get what you pay for. If you want a professional plumbing company with prices that are comparably lower than most of the other 500 plumbing companies in Tampa and have techs that conduct themselves like professionals and treat you like you matter and answer all your questions and concerns without getting irritated like previous companies Ive dealt with then call these guys. I dont have to request a specific technician as they are all well qualified and seemingly committed to customer service and getting the job done right and right now.

    Called Monday morning. Repairman Braveboy arrived early Monday afternoon. Repair turned out to be more extensive than originally thought. Braveboy returned early the next morning with needed assemblies and completed repairs by noon. Office kept me up to date on his ETA both days.I utilized discount coupon from paper PLUS company helped me out on final price.Excellent experience all the way around!

    A water main broke next door and county shut off water to fix. Once service was restored, some faucets didnt work because there was sand in the water lines. I called Reliable to see if they could assist with my problems and next day Michael came out. He was very professional and fixed the areas that had issues. I forgot to have him check water line on ice maker so I am calling him again. Very impressed.

    Extremely pleased with Reliable. We have a 5 year old water heater that was leaking natural gas at the control. Rather than come out and recommend a new water heater, John advised to contact State for the replacement part as it was still under warranty. We immediately worked with State to pickup the part locally and within 3 hours John actually came back at the end of his day to make the repair. Truly outstanding service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

    Front sprinkler pipe leaking bad. They found a way to turn off just the front sprinkler (master) without turning off everything (master). It would have been bad with no toilets. They dont fix the broken underground sprinkler pipe.
