    Patrick is the real deal. Before I found him I was working with the one of the big plumbing chains and getting high prices and no real solutions. It was such a relief to find a local plumber running his own business. He got back to me very quickly and was on site when he said he would be. His prices are fair and his work is fantastic. He’s just a good guy, a family man running his own business. If you need a plumber, Patrick’s your man.

    Patrick is a great plumber. I have now decided hes going to be my permanent go to guy for repairs. He always explains what is wrong and how to get longer use out of existing equipment. Very helpful, honest, polite and always calls to advise when he will be at the residence. His rates are fair and his workmanship is spot on. In my estimation, you cant go wrong with Patrick. Hes the best.

    Patrick responded promptly to my call, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, and provided excellent customer service. I had a leak in my main water line. I called the provider and Patrick was able to come to my property the next morning. He quickly located the leak and did the repair. Patrick also had excellent customer communication. He called when he was 15 minutes away, called again when he arrived at the property, and called when he had diagnosed the issue.

    Pat was a life saver! I had a pipe break in one of my bathrooms and rang him up late in the day after doing a quick search for someone local and highly recommended. He was able to schedule me for the next day, was super punctual for our appointment time, and diagnosed the issue right away. Not only was he able to fix everything up quickly, but I appreciated his insight on what caused it to happen and what to look out for. I felt like his rates were very fair, and I’m happy to know that if a problem (inevitably) happens again, I I can rely on Cape’s great service!

    I would totally recommend Cape Sewer & Drain. We had a major clog in our main line going to the septic tank. Both toilets were backing up, and sewage was backing up into the shower. It took a while, and they tried several different methods, but they persisted until they got the clogs removed. Not being able to find a clean out for the sewer line, they hauled the snake onto the roof and went down through the vent pipe. They were determined to get the issue resolved, and they did. I can’t say enough good things about our technicians. They were very pleasant and courteous, and Pat even hosed out our shower for us after the drain was clear. I feel they went way above and beyond. I’ve only got one plumber I’ll be calling in the future, Cape Sewer & Drain.

    Patrick has a miracle touch. We’ve been experiencing low water pressure for awhile and no other companies were able to detect the problem so far.     We had the pleasure of getting our plumbing done this morning by Patrick Cape. He called this morning and told us when he was coming and he showed up on time in a company vehicle. Patrick was very nice and pleasant to deal with the entire time he was here. We also contracted him to replace two more sinks and faucets next week. I had him take a look at our old water treatment system. He recommended a new water treatment system that doesn’t require salt. I was tired of lugging around heavy bags of salt every month. Now we can have clean water with a carbon filter instead of salt treated water. Thank you for the quick and professional service. We have found our new plumber for all of our future needs.     This the ONLY Plumber your home needs.Im still in Awe as I write this. Thinking the the kitchen fauct link may not be a simple replacement he called on a restoration company to come and check. He was right, there was mold bidden under the base cabinets and even into the adjacent wall with the living room. They even made sure the repairs are covered by my homeowners insurance and took the time to expalain how to use the internet for getting on the Ins web site to confirm the policy. Both companies treated me like I was their mom.People before profit. (AND with Heart)

We had 2 other plumbers from another company come out to fix the same issue, only to have the problem come back.     I dont write many reviews, so forgive my grammar, but I needed to mention this. Patrick called prior to his arrival, arrived on time, walked us through the installation, and answered all of our questions.The installation was real quick and quiet, it didnt interrupt my moms meeting (she works from home) and I would have forgotten he was even there if it wasnt for the dogs.After the installation, Patrick went over how everything works, showing us in the manual and on the panel and answering more questions. He was very nice and very polite through the whole process. He even gave us a small discount at the end.Overall, I would give him more than 5 stars if possible, but Ill give what I can. He definitely earned it in my opinion. Will definitely call him for any more issues or projects.

    TLDR:Trifecta of competence, acumen, and integrity...Never, Ever lose this phone number!If you need to know why...Ive written exactly 3 Google reviews, its just not something I do...If I could give 10 stars I would. No one wants a plumbing problem on Friday afternoon when youre spouse is gambling in Vegas, but alas...THANK GOD for Patrick at Cape Plumbing of Tampa! He was at my house within an hour. He had to use TWO specialized tools (I dont know what they were but they were BOTH on the truck) to find and remove a huge chunk of wood that ended up stuck in my pipe. He knew exactly where to dig in the yard to find the problem, showed me exactly how the wood got in the pipe, found and fixed several vulnerabilities as they reared themselves, and sealed it all up so it never happens again. He even tried to spare the grass he had to dig up! Im impressed that the problem was diagnosed and solved so quickly, but deeply grateful for the root-cause competence. This chunk of wood could never fit down a drain, so after it was removed, Patrick kept going to figure out how it got in there. He made sure this will never happen again. Competence requires someone who has acumen, integrity, and compassion for his customers. Just to find the root cause was a relief - but also to leave my house and my yard in perfect condition, AND leave me with peace of mind restored my faith that these companies do still exist. In an era where it doesnt seem possible to find a company with the trifecta of customer satisfaction qualities, I found acumen, integrity, and competence to be the basic principles for Cape Plumbing of Tampa. Highly recommend doesnt quite capture how I felt about this company as I waved goodbye!As a side note, it was clear this pressure treated square of 2 x 4 had been stuck in the pipe for years. Symptoms of this wooden square stuck in a round PVC hole had presented several times over the years. Other plumbers stuck the snake in the pipe and maneuvered in such a way that water flowed around it. Never did they care about anything else. Patrick cared to know why this kept happening. Thats why Ill never use anyone else.

    Wanted to share my experience with Cape Sewer and Drain. Patrick was awesome. He was very professional and courteous. I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He did a fantastic job replacing plumbing under the sink and hooking up to our garbage disposal. We will be buying a new dishwasher soon which we will have him install.
