    After having a little bit of a sticker shock on how water heaters have increased in price, all was good and it was lower than another company.I had Daniel H. install my new water heater yesterday. There were a couple of mishaps involved in that two water heaters were delivered at different times on the same day and they were both dented in several places. Chriss Plumbing worked the issues as best they could. Daniel was able to hook me up with cold water since it took the next morning to secure another water heater. Daniel also offered to hook up the dented one and then switch it out with the other one the next day. I felt this was a waste of his time and we could get by with cold water only for an overnight. Daniel was so apologetic and none of this was in his control. He and the company went out of their way to correct the issues quickly. Daniel H. is an outstanding Service Installer and person. He wanted to be sure everything was right. He did a fantastic and thorough job and explained what I needed to know. He took the time to make sure all was good. Your company is blessed to have such a good and dedicated Installer who cares about the customer and his work ethic!

    I had a great experience with Chriss Plumbing Services. I had an issue with my PVC piping connected to my pool equipment, and Allen was a huge help. He took the time to walk me through the different fittings for PVC piping and explained what parts would work best for my project. Allens knowledge and patience were outstanding—I really appreciated how thorough he was in answering my questions.     Had multiple recommendations for this company when getting quotes for a new water heater. Unfortunately our water heater didnt hold out until we were ready, but Chriss Plumbing was on point. They had great communication on the phone, fit us in quickly, worked around my night shift schedule, and beat most of the quotes we had gotten, especially from big box stores. Greg was our technician today, and he got the job done quickly and efficiently and didnt mind our ginormous dog wanting a quick visit. Will definitely recommend

    Greg came out and diagnosed our problem within minutes. He was super respectful and the work he did even came in UNDER his original estimate. He really knew his stuff and he was fast too considering he had to cut into our dry wall to assess the problem. Great experience! Highly recommend!!     I was desperate. I had 13 people getting ready to evacuate to my house for Hurricane Milton. I had a clogged toilet. I called and they called me immediately back and was at my house within 2 hours. Gregg Stuart was great and fixed my issue for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

    I was so happy with the service we received on a Sunday! Jonathon was super nice, explained everything to me and even taught me something!My dog met him at the door and he took time to acknowledge Edward, talk to him and made him feel safe! That’s so important to pet owners.The job was completed in a very timely manner and he even cleaned up the area affected! Will definitely use them again!

    My AC unit is 21 years old. I have noticed that it was working harder over the last year especially to cool down the house. I know that Im probably due for a new unit soon, so I called Chriss Plumbing & Air to come look at it before were in the dead of summer. Leo came out the first time and advised that I could use a cleaning (I doubt that it had ever been cleaned before) but was advised with proper maintenance, I should hopefully be able to squeeze an extra year or 2 out. Im grateful for the honesty and cleaning. This will allow me time to save up for a new unit (which was also quoted) when the time comes. I learned how important preventative maintenance is! And hopefully how much it will save me. I definitely noticed a difference in how my unit runs after the cleaning. I would highly recommend Chriss Plumbing and Air. Call them for a second opinion before you make any drastic decisions.

    Holy Cow! My daughter was vacuuming in the bathroom and broke a valve behind our toilet! Our bottom floor hallway flooded. My husband tried to correct the broken bits but we ended up needing professional help. Jonathon came out and had to saw into our concrete flooring to get to a pipe and it was finished in 2 hours. It was such a pleasure to have an informative & kind gentleman taking care of our needs. I would recommend. Any emergency plumber will cost you but this was fairly priced as well.

    We are a Pool company and have used Chriss Plumbing now on a few occasions and they are the most responsive and best plumbing service we have had the pleasure to work with.     Chris’s plumbing job s a great place for any plumbing question, parts, or repairs you need. They are professionals and really do value their customers. I went to Chris today as my irrigation pressure vacuum valve needed a sensor replacement and I thought I was going to have to buy the entire part which close to $150 for the entire piece, however, Chris was able to get the broken copper sensor out and was able to get me a replacement saving me a lot of money. If you are looking for someone that values the customer and their company, I would highly recommend Chris Plumbing. Great company and a great guy as well. Thank you.

    We use Chriss Pluming at my company so when my mom needed a plumber I called them, I spoke with Matt on the phone he was professional and helpful in booking the appointment. They were able to come first thing the next morning which was great because my moms water was shut off due to a pipe leak. Jonathan was the technician, she said he was amazing! He was polite and explained the situation thoroughly and did not stop working until everything was repaired. We will be recommending Chriss and Jonathan to all the neighbors!

    EVERYONE at Chriss is amazing. Today was my 2nd time getting help from them. Sean helped me figure out what was wrong with the hose nozzle/attachment direct to my home without charging me!     Wow, this service spoiled us. Frequent updates of expected arrival time and Daniel arrived at stated time. Courteous, clean, knowledgeable...went the extra mile while fixing our leaking sink.     In my previous home we had all of the toilets, sinks & faucets replaced. We went to Chriss showroom and selected the items. They reviewed the pros/cons of different toilets; sinks & faucets styles and they brought them all out on the day of the replacement. They were on time. Flawless work. Cleaned all work areas after completion. In my current home, one of our water pipes was struck by our lawn service. Within a few hours they were here to replace to broken portion of the pipe. Again, flawless work, on time and personable! Glad to do business with a family-owned, local company.

    Had no no water, went to Lowes 7 times, and while they were friendly and tried to help, they could not answer my questions or understand my plumbing issues. However, one nice employee referred me to Chriss Plumbing. The guys at the front desk were first class and knew my issue immediately. I now have water, and am grateful. You dont pay for peoples time, you pay for their knowledge and experience, those guys at Chriss Plumbing got that in abundance.

    I have been a customer of Chriss Plumbing for approximately 30 years. I have always found them to be courteous, responsive, and professional. Not just plumbers. They assisted in clearing a warranty discrepancy on my water heater. No job has seemed to be too small or too large. The plumbers always seem interested in seeing the job done right and are courteous and friendly. My grandfather and father were plumbers, and I feel my rating here has some degree of credibility. There is no other plumbing company in my contact list.

Then, I got another call, saying hes running a few minutes late because of a train. Nice courtesy.Jeff showed up and listened to me describe the blockage.     Had a clog issue that affected a toilet and tub. Problem also caused a leak from under the tub. Cameron came out to look at the situation. The clogged had already cleared but he found a broken tub drain which was the source of the leak under the tub and floor. Cameron communicated the issues and wrote a report. Price was fair.

    I went to see the folks at Chris’s Plumbing seeking for help with spigot valve that was not working. Tony immediately assisted with the issue. Took his time and put a lot of effort into resolving my problem. If it wasn’t for Tony’s effort, I would’ve had to spend a considerable amount of money installing a new outdoor spigot system.     I have used Chriss plumbing 3 times in the past without any issues.Today, Shawn & Todd removed and replaced an ice maker shut off valve.They were able to do this without cutting out the existing valve box. They were efficient, respectful and friendly. Above all, they were honest about the job.This is a family run business and there pricing is always fair. When you need service, just call and ask for Shannon or Karen. I have found that they can usually schedule service on short notice.

    This is what a customer expects in a plumber. It started with Cathy the receptionist who took time to get me pointed into the right direction. Then the team was Highly responsive, with great communication, then a perfect diagnosis and outstanding execution on repairs.     Chris’ Plumbing just completed a re-pipe of our entire house as well as replaced the hot water tank, replaced the sink in the garage, and replaced the line going from the street to our home.Jason, the owner, met with us first to discuss his plan and give an estimate. His team (he bought Leto Plumbing last year and kept their repipe crew) were clean, professional, and certainly know their job. Everything was done per estimate with no surprises.     Can’t say how happy we were with the job Chris’s Plumbing did on a major job at my house! Recently had to have our entire 2 story house re-piped. As nervous as we were going into it, I can’t say enough about how good Monte Kratzer and his crew (Wayne, Rob, Carlos, Todd, Dylan, Taylor and Brian) did with the job. Nothing has changed in my opinion of this company, their timings, or the fees.On this occasion I had a clogged drain. Manny was the technician that performed the work. It did not take a long time for him to access and take action.Within a minimum amount of time, the drain was free and all tools and accessories were put away.I dont understand the negative reviews, but I am happy with the services Ive received from this company.     I had multiple projects that I did not have time to do, so I called Chriss b/c they have helped me snake out the drain a couple of times and did a good job. The tech, Greg, knocked out reseating a toilet, replaced a tub spout and replacing a fill valve in a toilet. Best of all, my disposal did not need replacing as the noise was just the blades touching rust and crud on the sides. I was this close to buying a new one and installing it myself. So glad I called the pros at Chriss Plumbing.06/27/23Update, had a clogged upstairs and Todd came out and very professionally (and fast) got the job finished. You can tell when people care about their work and Todd is one of those. He answered all my dumb questions about what was going on in the pipes and I did not feel dumb.

He had to put a new drain pipe under the tub that had a hole in it and was corroded and made water leak out from the bathtub. He also replaced waste & the overflow fixtures. Replaced the small toilets with taller and narrower toilets. We are very happy with Greg’s work!!! He had this all done in less then 3 hours! The second time was to fix a broken toilet flange.     Last night at 830 our plumbing backed up into our house. We had called Benjamin Franklin and they never called or showed, even though they said they would be here at 11:30 pm. By the time we were calling other emergency plumbers it was well after midnight. Everyone had excuses or said they couldnt come until the morning. What is the point of being 24 hours unless you will actually come? The ONLY and let me reiterate ONLY company , because I called every single one, that actually came out and fixed our problem at 1 am was Chriss plumbing.     Absolutely the best!! Every drain in our house clogged up early Saturday evening. If we plunged the toilet, water would flow back up the tub and shower. Nasty!! Called multiple plumbers, including Chriss. Chriss plumber arrived and went straight to work. We dont have a clean-out on the side of the house so the plumber had to go on the roof to get to a plumbing vent. He had to make multiple trips from the roof to check for success.
