    Sun Plumbing was so professional from start to finish. The office was able to have my emergency service bumped up to an earlier time due to a gracious customer taking a later appointment. Nathan was the most professional and knowledgeable service man I have ever had. Sun Plumbing is 100% highly recommended!

    Exactly what you’d hope for from a plumber. Professional, knowledgeable, available, and reasonably priced.After attempting a DIY shower valve job on a Sunday, I called Sun Plumbing on Monday morning. I spoke with Nate who agreed to come out the same day to fix it. As promised and at a very reasonable price, Nate did an amazing job getting our shower fixed and getting our water flowing again.I really appreciate the quality of the work that he did on short notice. Not only do I strongly recommend this business, I’m planning to have them back for some optional upgrades in the future. They have my strongest recommendation.

    Had a septic backup... and could not get a hold of my prior contractor. Called Sun Plumbing and they were super helpful, walked me through some troubleshooting tips, asked me to text pics and responded with an edited photo showing me how to clean the filter! Saved me from a backup! Definitely saving these guys into my contacts! Extra, extra mile of service!

    We had a septic problem we wanted looked at before it became a major issue. Nate came out same day to troubleshoot the problem. He located the issue and replaced a defected part caused by neglect on part of installing plumber. Poor workmanship on builder part.Thanks Nate!P.S.     Nate has been to our home several times now, each time for different issues. Every time we contacted him, he responded quickly and was on the job within a couple of hours. He is efficient, knowledgeable, professional and cost wise, very reasonable. A second generation master plumber, he is carrying that torch and undoubtedly making his family proud.     We first used Sun Plumbing August 1992.The Day Hurricane Andrew hit the other coast. They were the only plumbers to show up to fix the outside faucet leak.They repiped my whole house same year.There work held up for now 32 years!!!!! With miner leak repairs fixed today.They are Simply The Best here in RiverviewThank You Nate!!!!!

    We have used Sun Plumbing for years. Recently it became apparent that we needed to put in a new drain field. Nathan has taken over the family business and he continues the honest, quality and great service his dad provided before him, as well as fair pricing for their services. In addition to septic work and pump out, they also provide excellent plumbing services.

    I just started using Sun Plumbing a couple months ago and couldnt be happier. They are good about getting appointments that fit my schedule and show up on time. Both times, the plumber tells me what to expect and potential problems that may pop up. Everything has been smooth so far. I will continue to call for my plumbing needs.

    Ive used Sun Plumbing & Septic twice. Theyve shown exceptional customer service. I first time I had a sink installed. Later, the caulk started to peel off, they redid the caulking for free. The second time, they diagnosed my toilet and replaced a deteriorated wax ring for $167. The tech took off $20 because it took him less time than expected and I live locally.Jeff the owner is very responsive and patient, and his plumbers demonstrate that same work ethic.

    I flushed my toilet and it had backed up into my bathtub. I tried to snake it and fix myself and I am pretty handy around the house but could not get it fixed. My daughter was on her way to visit from Cincinnati and it was a rush need to fix. Broke down and called Sun plumbing and within hours of the call Nate was at my house. He was very professional and was out working in the cold rain to clear the clog. Turns out there was roots growing into the pipe and needed replaced. He dug it up and fixed before I could get back from the airport. AMAZING SERVICE! Amazing company and would recommend to anyone. Hopefully will not need them again but will definitely use again. In addition, they had fixed my toilet and stand up shower over a year ago and forgot to leave a review then.

    I’ve used this company between eight and 10 times over the last five years for various plumbing jobs ( two hot water heaters, two septic tanks pumped out, sump pump/lift station repair, toilet issues etc.) at my home and at a rental duplex property. They are always honest and very fair priced. It’s family owned. They give you options to save you money for a job which is refreshing.

    The Only Plumber i will be using now.Two other Plumbers could not fix the problem.I Found Sun from their ratings ( on two different sites) and they amazing, they do what they say for the price they told me.Fixed the problem ! ! !I have already told a company and two friends about them.It is Rare to find a plumber who does not make your job longer and more expensive. I think good plumbers and good electricians are the hardest contractors to find. Very happy.

    Yesterday my husband inadvertently hit an irrigation pipe with the lawnmower. It broke off causing water to shoot up from the lawn like a geyser! We had to shut off the water for the entire house to stop the water flow. The guy from Sun Plumbing and septic service was awesome! He did great work at a fair price! The repair looks better than the work that the home builder did! We’ve found our forever plumber! Thanks so much for showing up quickly in such an emergency situation!

    I called last night and left a message then called this morning right after they opened because when things happen you freak out or at least I did! They calmed me down and said they would send someone out gave me a window of time that worked for both of us.Ivan was prompt and ready to work when he got here. I had explained that my house has been moved around the property a few times but that the septic had stayed in the same place. It took a bit but with Nates help we were able to find it...buried under 7 inches of dirt!.Once found Ivan got right to it working to clean it out. And it was a mess! I have only owned the place for two years, no problems so did not think it was a issue I needed to address. Well it got my attention! Seems it had not been emptied in at least 7 years. It was a mess so I did incur an extra charge but they told me about it up front and I had kinda expected it.Luckily cleaning and emptying out the septic fixed the problem and I can enjoy my house again! A BIG thank you to Ivan for getting the job done and Nate for finding that cover...Thanks guys for not giving up and working out the problem! Honest, Dependable, and Professional who could ask for anything more. Thank you again I will be telling all my friends about you!

    So I normally put 4 stars (as 5 stars suggest there is no room for improvement) but in this case there is no way to get better - IMHO. The entire transaction was 100% transparent. At one point the owner indicated I might find another Plummer. So glad I did not. Not only was Karen and Justin pleasant they said what they can do and then did it. That is so rare. I am going to hire Sun for all my plumbing needs. You have earned a customer for life!

    I called Sun Plumbing & Septic when our system backed up into the house. They came out same day and took care of everything. The serviceman was professional and didnt have to dig a large hole so he left the yard better than expected. He also explained a few things about our tank which was very helpful. Highly recommend!

    Next day Service was the only plus with my experience. Immediately after opening the tank the tech started in on how it might be extra for there is a lot of waste in the tank. Then asked if thats ok. Also claimed that I needed a new drain field because the water level was high. Learned that this is normal after the rain and I just had new sod laid down so Ive been watering like crazy. He then used his tool to slush the waste around for about three minutes and said it wasnt as bad as he thought. But, still charged the extra $50. We called the office back for we werent.......**Update** The owner Jeff came out to my home today after a lengthy conversation yesterday about where things went wrong. He was very polite and I appreciate the advise he gave on our septic system. I was in a hurry so we didn’t discuss water house reimbursement but when we get that figured out Sun Plumbing deserves Five stars for their effort to rectify the issue. I will also use their service going forward because of the unpaid time Jeff spent with me this morning. Thank you again Jeff:)

    Justin from Sun Plumbing and Septic was a real straight shooter. I had an alarm sound on my septic system. He determined it to be a false alarm and had me back in business in no time. I called other companies that wanted to charge very high minimum service call fees, but these guys were reasonable and fair. I will call them when my system fails next time!

    Nathan has completed three jobs for our house. It had been a while since we had work done and things were needed. The easiest was cleaning out our bathroom sewer lines so the water drained fast. Then he replaced an external Saniflush lift station for us. Finally he changed our our filter system that filtered out iron leaving our clothes white again and as a extra benefit it also eliminated our waters sulphur smell. We couldnt have asked for better results. He was always available by phone and quick to respond. This is who you want if you desire consistency with plumbing matters over the years. He carries on his family legacy of quality service.

    Sun Plumbing ROCKS!! The Office Manager, Karen, is such a joy to speak to and is super helpful, super knowledgeable, and has always been able to have my issues addressed very quickly. Service Technician, Justin, has been the one to come out to my home for all of my plumbing needs so far (water heater replacement, spigot repair/installation) and I could not be happier with his work. He, too, is super knowledgeable, exceptionally professional, and has always done a fantastic job in resolving my issues.This company provides top notch service at an incredibly fair price and as long as they are around I will NEVER use another company for any of my plumbing needs.     We have had septic problems for years. It got to the point where we had our septic tank pumped every 6 months for the last 2.5 years by a well known competitor. We knew there had to be a problem and we knew the competitor gladly collected our money everytime we called. They never offered to locate the problem. Finally, $1725.00 later, we said enough was enough. After seeing one of Sun Plumbing trucks on the road, we called. The Sun Plumbing crew came to our home within a few days and they pumped the tank. They also found our system had a filter that had never been cleaned since we built our home 24 years ago. This is the only company that found and corrected the problem. To pump our tank $275.00 and to find and clean the filter $137.50. We are now advised to have our septic pumped every 5 years. This is one company that is totally honest & professional. They are a family owned company that takes great pride in servicing the community. We highly recommend them!!

    Completely satisfied with the work done, the excellent customer service and what I like most is in my language, and I was looking for them. I saw his bus marked in my Urbanization, I stopped and the most kind person helped me and told me he could come tomorrow and exactly on time and with a clean job, professional above all very respectful. My work really turned out ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Recommended 💯. Here is a photo of your excellent work. My piece was broken by those big cars that the yard cutters bring.
