We had a main water line break around noon. Looked online and came across Rooter Warrior. The reviews were great and I liked it is Veteran owned. We called and receptionist was very polite and gave us a time slot of when the plumber would arrive. We got a notice within the time slot with our plumber picture and info - Guillermo. He arrived on time. Listened to our concerns. He was able to give us two options to fix the issue. Price was great.Guillermo was awesome. He did great work quickly and efficiently. Once the work was completed he was gracious enough to answer other plumbing questions we had for future work.Warrior Plumber is now definitely our go to for future work.

**UPDATE - Service 06/24/24**Another great experience! Guillermo was quick, friendly, and didnt leave a mess. Im so amazed with this company with each service. I dont even bother to call around or get quotes anymore - I just call them! I know they do good work, have quick response times, and prices are competitive. Guillermo was able to complete a water tank replacement (of a 30yr old one) same day - since it had leaked and I had my house water off! He was quick but it was still after 7p by the time he left - true blessing and many thanks to his family because he was still on the clock to get it done, even though the work day was over and it was their time!*****************************Service 01/20/21*Had a washer/dryer install scheduled. When the company tried to install they noticed broken valves, so they couldnt complete it. Had Rooter Warrior in my phone from last time, called them up to explain the situation and they were at the house within 1-2hrs (cant remember exactly but it was extremely quick and way faster than I ever expected)! He did the work in what seemed like 15min... new valves & hoses! I didnt even bother to call around for other prices. They were fair and reliable - as always! Im hoping to replace my water heater and maybe other projects with them!*****************************Service 07/14/20*Dealing with Guillermo regarding a quote was quick & easy! Lower price than some competitors and was available to come out the very same day... they came out the following day (today, 7/14) because I was late in responding. I had an emergency plumbing issue, and called Rooter Warrior based on reviews. I was not disappointed. The quality of service was excellent. The appointment scheduler was courteous and kind (Im sorry I didnt get her name...) I was given a time frame and Oscar showed up within the hour. He was professional, respectful of COVID procedures, and very thorough in making sure the plumbing issue was resolved. The cost was reasonable for the work provided. I will certainly be calling them again for plumbing services!

OUTSTANDING!! This word fully explains the integrity of Rooter Warrior Plumbing! I am SO HAPPY! They contacted me within minutes to advise they would come by for a FREE estimate. They gave me the choice of (2) time slots so I picked my choice and they came within that time period with a heads up text to advise they were on their way. They gave me a GREAT price and GEORGE provided us with GREAT SERVICE! Our main line was clogged. It is 100 so not many companies have a snake long enough. But they came with a 120 snake. It was a super tough clog due to our ceramic main conduit being broke and moving. George worked so so hard for us! He very easily could have given up and said he couldnt get it or he could have just offered a more expensive jet type service...but he didnt...George kept at it and cleared it! He also explained to me a few recommendations for us to do or not to do until our actual problem is fixed, which actually involves the water company so we will do as he recommended. We sure appreciated the integrity in his work and service he provided! We absolutely recommend this company to our family, friends, and fellow Yelpers! Oscar was awesome. Not only did he arrive on time but he was very conscientious about keeping the work area clean, and keeping me informed of where he was in the process. He was always quick to check and make sure if it was okay to turn the water off, advise me that the smoke alarms might go off while he was welding and not to panic and was very upfront with all of his explanations. We just moved into a new home and immediately our kitchen sink was filling up/ not draining properly. We determined our pipes were completely clogged full of grease from the previous owners. Rooted Warrior Plumbing came out and used a hydrojet to flush the line. It was so backed up, Juan had to spend extra time clearing the pipes but was completely willing to spend the extra time to do it right. He was very knowledgeable on what products we should buy to do maintenance for our pipes. We are very pleased with their work!!

I have used this company before when I had a clog issue in my bathroom. and I knew who to call when it happened again. The next day I called Rooter Warrior and they came the same day. He came out last minute to camera a sewer line for us at a 100 year old house we were in escrow on to buy. It wasn’t as easy as planned but he figured out how to make it happen and inspected the line. He also walked me through all the details of what he was doing and he basically inspected the old plumbing system of the house with me and pointed out some things I didn’t see. Thank you again!

I had a leak at my main water shutoff, they came out and gave me a price that was right at what I was expecting it to cost. Juan was able to get the job done over the course of the day. Put in new PVC, copper and dielectric unions to the existing pipe. The quality is better than anything I could have done. It was a very tight spot, but he got it done. If I ever have another problem, Im definitely calling these guys again.

Very friendly and was able to fix our clogged drain quickly and included a 18 month warranty.Update 12/21/18:Just a week later we had a leak show up in our main service line. Guillermo was quick to come back out and take a look and found the previous owners had repparep the line at some point and used all the wrong materials and all this just a few days before Christmas.He was able to explain and show me where our issues were and was back out and managed to handle the project with his team quickly and despite many hurdles to overcome finished all the repairs in a single day. He and his entire crew were nothing but professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with. I will not hesitate for a moment to call them again or suggest them to any friends and family
