    My experience with water heaters only was amazing. They came out same day on a holiday and didn’t charge extra. My technician Marcus showed up on time and explained every step of the process. He worked hard and you could tell, took pride in his work. The company was upfront about the pricing and even help me get the permit that was required. Based on the experience I had, I would absolutely recommend hot water heaters only to anyone that needs to repair or replace their water heater.

    My experience with water heaters , inc was great ! It was my first time using them. I google them on my phone and spoke to to Paul customer rep. He was a professional and friendly rep gave me a quote for new. Bradford white water heater and said he would have installer with the right water heater within one hour. He was right on time gave courtesy call arriving in 10 mins. The installer name was Danny he was a great guy , and new his stuff replaced all my copper pipes took pride in his work came out great upgraded to 50 gallon , He put drip pan with a plywood board to hold water heater. I give them 5 stars I would highly recommend them. I will refer them to my neighbors and family that’s for sure ! The gave me a good competitive rate too I call 5 other places they were the best!

    Service so good itll make you want to slap yo mama. As I was clearly told, not the cheapest, but they install good quality product.If you want cheap go to the big orange store like I did and learn the hard way.Danny G was punctual to the minute and straight to the point focused on the task at hand.     Water Heaters Only, Danny Gonzales (technician from Riverside, CA) installed the Bradford White water heater 3/13/2024. He did a great job.He communicated well, explained well, and listened well. Service to my greatest satisfaction. He was very patient thoughout the installation process.After my brief yard works, I went inside. He stopped briefly and told me I had a dried tiny flowers on top of my head. His concern was not only his work, but personalized his service. He is a gentleman, not only his best technical skills.     Daniel came out same day to install a new water heater after my old one sprang a leak. When I called to set up the appointment I was quoted a price range between $2100.00 to $2400.00, but when Daniel arrived I was quoted $2800.00 so this was disappointing. He made a phone call and ultimately I paid $2425.00 which was as close as he could get me. So my only complaint is that the person scheduling appointments should not be providing price ranges by phone as it felt like she mislead me into choosing Water Heaters Only. So the 5 stars is for Daniel. He explained what he needed to do and then installed same day and did a great job, cleaned everything up, and walked me through using my new water heater before he left. Thank you Daniel.

    My water heater started leaking last Sunday. I sent a message to Water Heaters Only and they responded in a few minutes. I told them what the problem was with my 50 gallon gas water heater. They sent a tech the following day with a new water heater. Tech Alexis installed it and cleaned up when the job was done. Alexis did an outstanding job! The new Bradford White water heater was professionally installed. Drain pan included. They are all professionals, from their office staff to their techs like Alexis!

    Nothing short of amazing.Fidelity Home Warranty sent people to my home when my pilot light wouldnt ignite. They suggested replacement but informed me that I would have to have custom-built cabinetry installed before I owned the house, removed, and re-installed. It would have been terribly expensive. I called around. I spoke with three businesses getting quotes for each. WHO was the lowest-price. They offered Water Heaters that arent Rheem. I started to research, Bradford and White are long-standing, have good reviews, and a better warranty.The other companies said they would try to remove the water heater without removing the cabinets. The others suggested they would need two men to do the job.WHO said they could do it in 4 hours with one man. I was doubtful.Then came install day.And Marcus showed up.Professional, courteous, kind, fun, personable, AND CAPABLE. This guy did SOLO what I was told was a job that was both impossible without the suggested modifications to my garage OR required TWO men.And all the while I would come out and check on him from time to time to make sure he had water and was welcome to use the restroom if he needed it. Id crack jokes. Hed laugh. Wed laugh. Ive NEVER had an experience with someone coming to my home to make repairs like this, NEVER.From quote to finished product, HIGH QUALITY ALL THE WAY.Ill be back in 15 years, AND Ill refer everyone I know, beginning with my fellow Googlers!

    I had to call a few times, because I didnt know the model or serial number of my water heater, but they were very a great help to me in ordering parts to fix my water heater, rather than just trying to sell me a new unit.The day the parts arrived was a holiday. They sent out Mike ( Michael Ledieff ) within a few hours of me calling, and within 2 hours of Mike arriving I had hot water again. On a holiday!Ultimately, they saved me over $1500, because I was thinking about replacing my entire unit, but they were able to assist me in getting what I needed for much less.5 stars. I would recommend them, and use their services again.

    I would highly recommend this company. My water heater went out, and the response time was amazingly fast. Ron Gautreau was my water heater specialist. He made me feel that I was in good hands.     I called to get a water heater replaced. They sent Brad out the following morning. He called in advance to ensure I would be there. He arrived a little early was ready to go. Brad did a great job. He took out he old water heater and even cleaned the area up prior to installing the new water heater. He was quick and efficient. The installation was well done and he secured the earthquake straps nicely. Once he was done, he cleaned the area that he worked in. It looked better then when he arrived. I would recommend them for future work. The price was competitive.

    I called Water Heaters Only Inc. after an inspection from the Gas Company revealed that I had a leak in my water heater valve. During that phone call I was able to find out that my water heater was 14 years old, way past its life expectancy and I decided to have it replaced..Neil came out the next morning and explained that some connections had to be brought up to code during the installation . Neil was very professional and had over 20 years experience. He explained step by step what he would be doing and why. He answered all the questions that I had and the installation process began. Three hours later I had a beautiful new water heater in my garage. My experience with Water Heater Only Inc. was a favorable one. I had originally called another company out and they did not come as scheduled. I called to find out why and was told they were running late. That gave me enough time to do some research and that is how I found Water Heaters Only Inc.What a blessing !!

    Our water heater failed and Ron G. with Water Heaters Only saved the day! He visited our house on 4/7/19, inspected the water heater, and was able to replace it in the same visit!!     After my water heater took a dump on a Sunday, I contacted my home warranty company, set up a service request, and received a call from Water Heaters Only same day! I tried Water Heaters Only and I am happy to say I am very pleased with their work. My technician, Ron, appeared very knowledgeable and made some recommendations to bring my situation up to code standards, seeing as it has been a number of years since any work was done on the heater.After we agreed on what was to be done, Ron and his partner, Brad, completed the job in about two hours. I dont feel they were rushed to go to another job, and they even cleaned up after the job was completed.No one enjoys waking up to a faulty water heater, so anything that can make the day better is great.     We had a good experience going through Water Heaters Only.I think the best part of the experience is the communication and explanation of everything from the inspection, to what needed to be upgraded/replaced, and especially estimate and costs involved.They were available to go in a very short time, and accommodated our schedule and needs. Knowing the water heater is made and sold in Riverside was a plus.     Aaron from Water Heaters Only called 1 hr prior to arriving as promised when appointment was made. He explained what the entire job would entail and gave us a fair price to replace the water heater and all the attachments. He said it could take 3-4 hrs max and it only took 2 hours.     Our water heater was leaking, so I called our home warranty company (Fidelity) and then sent out Water Heaters Only the same day (8/13/15). They quickly diagnosed the problem (needed a new water heater) and transmitted the information to the home warranty company, who authorized the replacement. The next day (8/14/15) they installed the new water heater, re-circulating pump and some valves. Everything seems to be working well with no leaks.     When the Gas Co came out late one night to check for a gas leak, we discovered that our old water heater had sprung a leak. So the following day I contacted Fidelity Home Warranty and they set up an appointment with Water Heaters Only for the following day. My husband had to take time off from work for the appointment, so he was VERY pleased when Ron showed up on time. After a thorough inspection, Ron determined that a new water heater was needed. Ron couldnt do the work himself so he called Thomas, who arrived within 30 minutes. Thomas got the job done quickly and painlessly and - voila - we have a new water heater! My husband reported to me that both gentlemen were on-time, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and amiable.     We were referred to Water Heaters Only through our home warranty company. They arrived promptly at their next day appointment at our home to replace a leaking unit. Our mechanic, Neil, was extremely thorough and found that our unit was out of compliance in many different ways. He told us assuredly, that he was going to make things right, which he did in great detail. He completely took apart every pipe and connection necessary, replacing it in a timely fashion with a brand new and immediately operable unit. Neil was professional to a tee and took the time to show us how to provide regular maintenance for unit as well. We appreciate the hard work that they put in here to get our hot water running again.

    Brad came to our house, after American Home Shield (AHS) referred another plumber. The plumber “ordered” the water heater from their source. They are closed over the weekend. They wouldn’t be able to install it till Tuesday. This is a week after ours failed, unacceptable.I finally got AHS to agree to reimburse for the installation. (We’ll see!)I called WHO, I’ve known about them for years. They came out (Saturday) and installed the water heater!!! No ordering BS, they stock them!!Brad showed up on time and in no time was removing the old water heater. Some minor improvements were made to our installation and we were up and running short order!When Brad completed the job he left without a trace.... except the bill (LoL)Their installed price is competitive with others and can’t we say enough about WHO.BTW they use quality water heaters !!!!

    We have 2 water heaters. Feb 2018 we purchase a new one from Mark Bowyer. It is has not been providing adequate hot water. We have now learned it was not put in by standard code by Mr. Bowyer representative. Pipes are not insulated, no tray on bottom, on sediment trap, not anchored for earthquake protection, etc, and sold us a spacer we did not need. We are simply going with Water Heaters only for a new replacement. We purchased our first on Jan 28,2019 from Water Heaters Only. Brad was the installer and was GREAT. A week later we are purchasing a second hot water heater to get the Mark Bowyer incompetency out of our house. Brad a really good guy. Great company.

    Ron was courteous, and professional. I also appreciated that he encouraged me to ask any relevant question regarding preventative maintenance for the future and to be more understanding of the unit.     The cost of my water heater installation was in the range I was quoted and Johnny removed my old water heater and installed the new tank quickly and professionally. He was very efficient, wore a mask the whole time, and answered all of the questions that I had. We did have a small issue with scheduling the service, as we had to be rescheduled due to a staffing issue, but we were flexible on our end so it wasnt a problem. Overall, I was very happy with the cost and service we received.

    My water heater was slowly leaking. Called Water Heaters Only and they sent Gene out to my house the next day. He arrived at the scheduled time and discovered the valve was leaking at the top. Thought we could just replace the hose, but it was broken where it attached to the heater. So had to replace the 15 year old 50 gallon heater. Everything was finished in 3 hours. The price was within the estimate and the work done was excellent. The Yelp discount was a plus. Overall really happy with the service done by Gene M on 1/31/18.

    My wife set up the appointment after our water heater got to the point that it was not giving us hot water, but it was making noise. She had an appointment of her own on the day that Water Heaters Only was set to come. She told me they would be at our place between 12 and 4 pm - Thomas arrived at 12:20 pm. He reviewed with me what my wife had described and asked me a few questions. He checked the hot water and verified that it was not doing what a water heater is supposed to do. Within about 1-1/2 hours, we were all set with a replacement. Everything was cleaned up. Thomas described how to light the pilot and actually had me do it. It was easy, but also nice to have done it once. Were back in business and very happy with the service we received from Water Heaters Only.

    After trying for five days to get my old water heater repaired because it was still under warranty, I gave up in frustration and called Water Heaters Only, Inc. They offered a next day appointment and a schedule window of 4 hours. The same water heater another company offered me for $2800 plus an additional $555 for installation was installed for just over $1300. The installer, Dave Pullen was professional, prepared, and had a new water heater installed in less than 2 hours. He was very precise and clearly explained what was included in the price and how to operate the water heater. All of this took place on Sunday over the 4th of July weekend.     By far the MOST PROFESSIONAL business that provides Water heater sales, installation, and removal. My water heater failed last night. Turned out it was 14 years old and was past is warrenty period. This is the third water heater I have had in my home since it was purchased new in 1990. Called their number and made an appointment for next day service at 9:30. At 8:30 Ron called both contact numbers and emailed me, he showed up well ahead of the 9:30 start time and by 11 am the new heater was installed with a drip pan and extra bracing to boot. Alexis brought everything up to code, showed me everything he installed and was very patient.
