Steve and Chris did an amazing job rerouting the water line from a slab leak they detected. Our house was fully remodeled in 2020 and were worried about tearing out cabinets and drywall inside our home to complete the repair. They completed the job with only minimal cosmetic repairs - they only needed to cut a small hole in the stucco to access the hot water pipe in my backyard. I would highly recommend Jim & Son’s Plumbing and in particular, Steven and Chris. Steven and Chris were truly a Christmas miracle!!!

Our water heater stopped working. This is very first time working with Jim & Sons Plumbing and Rooter. Excellent services! When initially speaking to Angie for appointment, she provided estimates over the phone, which is very helpful for me to decide to proceed. As we already got diagnosis by gas company technician and ordered parts. Some other companies didn’t want to give an estimate in front, which left more uncertainty on the cost. Due to parts arriving sooner, upon getting my call, Angie changed the schedule to Saturday morning. They didn’t charge extra for the weekend. The technician Cory is very thoughtful and texted me on the way to the property. And he got the water heater fixed quickly. Doing this whole time, the company kept good communication by sending text messages and emails. I really appreciated their services!

I was looking for a smaller plumbing company because I had dealt with a big company that didn’t deliver. Jim & Sons delivered on every level. I called and immediately got through, was never put on hold, they answered my questions and were extremely helpful and polite. The technician Cory came out the very next day and fixed my issue promptly, was very down-to-earth, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He even cleaned up the mess beautifully. This company felt like dealing with family (or maybe even easier!). I would recommend them any day to anyone with plumbing needs!

This review is long overdue. I had work done in November before Thanksgiving and everything has been working great as it should.Aaron from Jim & Sons was a pleasure to work with. I needed a cleanout for my laundry drain in my garage. Aaron came out with Curly who assisted him in clearing out the clogged drain. The regular snake wasnt enough so we opted for the Hydro Jet which did so good of a job it unveiled a long crack in the pipe under the kitchen floor.Aaron worked with me and provided multiple solutions at different price points. Ultimately we opted to get it done the right way as we had Thanksgiving right around the corner. We got our new utility sink in the garage hooked up to our new laundry drain line and a full camera inspection to ensure all was cleared up, and fixed. The before was so bad you could only see black whereas the after was a nice clean tunnel all they way out to the main sewer line.They helped me understand the problem and what it takes to fix it and how to prevent it going forward. I will going back to Jim & Sons for all my plumbing needs and will recommend to all friends and family.

I want to say that this company prides themselves in customer service. I manage a Property Management Company and these folks are truly a company that I and my clients appreciate. They respond quickly. We have used them for the past few years. I have no problem sharing our experience with them its been a great experience. They definitely came to our rescue! Christmas Eve morning, walked into bathroom to find bathtub with dirty water in both bathrooms and both toilets clogged. They were out within a couple hours and Daniel removed a gigantic tree root from my sewer pipe, but that still didn’t clear the clogs so Steven brought in the heavy duty, water pressure machine, which did the trick. We’ve used them for other projects and will continue to use them because they are amazing! They saved our Christmas!

Hands down the absolute best plumbing service Ive ever used. They first came out for a clogged sewer line and my pipe had roots so they recommended a hydro jet. I called around and found that they were by far the cheapest. I decided to go with them and Im glad I did. Ive since had them back for a trenchless sewer repair where this company again was very knowledgeable and affordable. Although the parts to replace the valve couldn’t be fixed at the moment he helped stop the leak at no charge. I will be calling Jim and Sons to change out my valves from behind the wall. I called for my In-laws who noticed water leaking from their living room ceiling. The response was very fast, within one hour. We are in the middle of a bathroom remodel with tiling a shower, new vanity top, etc. , and experienced a slow drain issue. The contractor tried clearing it with little result so after explaining to Angie about getting this project finished she dispatched Technician Daniel within an hour to rotor the debris out. Easy peasy and done. Things happen like this, but my wife and I always find Angie and Daniel to be most accommodating, efficient, VERY affordable, and always with great options and suggestions. Always a great experience, they are super professional from reception to the technicians coming out to our business. You call and they come out next day and get your problem fixed.Recently we just called Tuesday night for a water leak in the wall, they offered to come out that night if we needed asap. We opted to wait till next morning and the technician Danny was out here promptly at 8am. He was able to diagnose the problem and come back next day early AM before the other businesses opened up to shut off the water and fix our pipe that was leaking. I’ve used Jim and Sons twice now and I will continue using them for my plumbing issues. My son is notorious for shoving things into the toilet that do not belong. Jim and Sons has come to pull my toilet twice and excavated the treasure trove of charging blocks, remotes, razors and batteries that my son flushed. They work quick, are able to give an estimate on the spot, and fix the same day. Scheduling is always easy. Rates are competitive. I hope I don’t have to call them again for some time, but I have them on speed dial if I do.

They explained everything that needed to be done and detailed (since it was a a big job i wanted to be sure only what was necessary is being done). And if all you need is a main line jetting, they offer the best price i have found and do a camera inspection.

We did not have water for 3 days because of a slab leak and I do appreciate Stephen coming out of his way on his Saturday day off just to replace the switch valve ( it was broken too) so I can have the water shut off and on easily until the leak is fixed. True to his promised schedule, Stephen and Chris was here today (Monday). They did work thoroughly and diligently. Stephen, thought of the best way to reroute the water pipes with the least amount of damage on the walls and sidings. Another company, after clearing a blocked kitchen line, told me that my pipe had a hole in it and would need to be repaired. (Epoxy coat the pipe $10,000). I called Jim & Sons for another quote on the repair. After inspection, Stephen determined that the pipe didnt have a hole. He told me that the pipe wasnt cleaned thoroughly but I didnt have to do anything at this time. I had him hydro jet the pipe ($500). Stephen was willing to walk away with nothing, the other company wanted me to talk to their finance guy.

It was a Saturday afternoon and didn’t think we would have any luck getting a plumber to come out. I have an 1950’s property which had a problem with the shower valve. I called Jim and Sons and Cory came out, quoted me a very fair price AND could replace the valve without ruining the original tile. I scheduled the job and Cory did a stellar job! He replaced the valve, connected back to the galvanized pipe in the wall and replaced the shower handles with brand new parts that look amazing! The admin got all the details on my water heater so they can make sure they brought every part they may need as well as a replacement just in case it wasn’t fixable. Jim and Sons were excellent! I called right when they opened explaining I had a leak in my main. They were out within an hour of me calling. Found the leak without digging up my newly landscaped yard. Fixed everything and even put my plant back! While they were here, i asked if they could hydro jet my lines due to my washer backing up into my kitchen sink. This old 1926 house was put together by 3 blind mice and there was not a proper kitchen sink cleanout. However, the team was able to still do it. No more dirty washer water backing up into my sink. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a plumber.

I cannot express how impressed I was with Jim and Sons Plumbing. Their tech Daniel, diagnosed and solve a complicated problem we had in a very complex shower valve. You just dont get this type of service nowadays.

Jim & Sons Plumbing was the most courteous ,professional, and honest company I have dealt with in a long time.I was told that they would be at my house at 10am on Monday and I asked if they could make it sooner I’ll be home. Original Review: The main water line to my house burst unexpectedly, so I was in crisis mode. Im also on a budget so I needed to shop around for quotes. Stephen and his crew showed up within an hour of my call and quickly determined what needed to be done and how much it would cost me. They quoted me a great price, replaced the main line to the street, and even replaced the nasty galvanized water supply pipes, updated all the valves, and installed a pressure regulator in under 4 hours! I couldnt be happier!This was also the only plumbing company that even mentioned a warranty. The water line is covered for 30 years, so I can sleep at night. I hope I wont be back anytime soon, but if I have another crisis I know who to call.Updated Review: Unfortunately, I have two more plumbing emergencies to report on. In short, I have terrible luck but Jim & Sons has been there for me through thick and thin. I wont waste time calling anyone else from now on, and I guess the plus side is I can weigh in on a number of their services.Water Heaters: In January, Aaron helped me when my water heater exploded. I shopped around for quotes to replace it and was quoted everywhere from 2k to 25k! Jim & Sons had the best price by far and didnt try to upsell me on stuff I didnt need. I felt like everyone else was trying to rip me off but Aaron made me honest recommendations as if he was working on the plumbing in his own house. The job was done quickly and without any headaches. Loving my hot showers ever since.Drains: Since buying the house 2 years ago, Ive been having constant issues with my kitchen drain backing up. Last year, I had it hydrojetted by another company. They started the job, said they couldnt get the last 10 feet, charged me $600, and left. Of course, my problems persisted until I called Jim & Sons this week. Their price for hydrojetting is much better, and they wouldnt even think of giving up if the job wasnt done. Heres how this service went: First, Daniel showed up to assess the problem and pull out the snake I had got caught in the drain. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. Then, Stephen and Chris came over to hydrojet the *whole* drain and diagnose the issue. They used a camera to determine that the sewer line had collapsed. For transparency, they showed me images of the inside of the broken pipe, identified places where it collapsed, and sent me a photo of the pipe once it was removed. We discussed options and went with the cheapest and least invasive: instead of tearing up the floors in the house, install a new drain pipe that runs around the house and tie it into my existing sewer line. They even repaired the concrete they needed to remove to install the pipe, and were very thorough in making sure the concrete came out level with the existing patio. They were so careful to work around a garden bed I had built right next to the buried sewer line, and almost all my plants survived the digging! We took advantage of the opportunity to replace a buried galvanized water supply with copper and re-route some old pipes to better suit my needs. Now Im enjoying a free flowing kitchen drain and some very nice water supply upgrades on my back patio.If your pipes are cursed like mine are, make sure you give them a call. Theyll take good care of you. Ill update you next time I have a crisis.

Curly came out today within a short time after I called this company, and he was very professional, efficient and personable. We had a leak in the pipe that sends water into our house. He fixed that pipe, installed a new faucet where we hook up our hose, and installed a ball socket on the pipe that leads to the sprinklers for a very reasonavle price. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if we have other plumbing issues.

Youve found your plumber! Jim and Sons is a highly skilled team with a moral compass; proceed with confidence! ---- Our story: We had a leak in the line from the water main to the home. Another plumbing company misdiagnosed the issue as a slab leak at the footer of the home. The competitor insisted the only way to repair the issue was to replace the entire line. (Very expensive option) Stephen, of Jim and Sons, explained he could better pinpoint the leak with some sophisticated plumbing equipment. In a short while, he had the issue located and resolved for a fraction of the other proposed solution. There was no scope creep, no damage to my driveway or my front walk.
