Updated review - still a 5 star. If I can give more than a 5 star I would. Jamie and Daniel came to fix the heater part that was bad and they also adjusted the vents to properly circulate in each room. The biggest thing for me was they cleaned and sealed this space that was accumulating dust. I attached the picture of before and after. Jamie and Daniel did an awesome job. I want to start this review with Greg. He came to do the inspection asked what was wrong with my AC. We did a walk through, and my unit is very old. Greg took his time and explained my options. He was able to schedule the work within 4 days.Ray and Phil were the technicians that came and installed my new unit. Ray explained what they were removing and any problems they might ran into. Phil had shoe covers before entry house which I appreciated. Phil gave me a quick tutorial on how to set up the new AC. They cleaned up when they were done. They even found a scorpion in my old unit that they removed for me. So far, my new unit is working. Pretty happy with the process from inspection up to installation.

Just had my central heater/AC unit serviced for basic maintenance and it was a very pleasurable experience. They sent Leo down to service me and he was a very kind, nice, respectful and courteous young man. Very knowledgeable about what he was doing. RighTime installed a new water heater and removed the old unit for me. Extremely fast and easy process. David handled the quotation, contract, and scheduling process extremely well and got me setup with installation same day (on a Saturday, no less!). Diego performed the install, and did superb work; i Greatly appreciate the attention to detail and the pride of workmanship exhibited by Diego. Both David and Diego were extremely knowledgeable in their craft, were very kind and professional, and eased all the concerns I had with water heater replacement and purchasing. Overall, amazing experience! Thank you very much! A+, highly recommended!

Shane came out to check my furnace that it stopped working totally it’s really ancient it was here when I moved in 22 years ago this was on a holiday New Year’s Day and I was so grateful it couldn’t be fixed, but Shane was awfully nice and even invited me to look at the furnace and get Some clarity on what was going on. Happy new year. Shane greatly appreciate your prompt and thorough service.

Jeremy and Dorian out did themselves on my install today. They both informed me this is their standard whenever they get to do an install. It literally looks like Night and Day in my garage due to their level of attention to detail and appeal to the eye. They kept me constantly informed of the progress and I couldnt be happier with the final result. If I knew the entire process was like this I would have definitely done it sooner.

Im sharing my home heating/ac installation experience by Right time Home Services.I met with Jonathan (sales). He was very professional and knowledgeable about their products. He took extra time with me to explain the details, answer my questions, and concerns about the equipment and installation.The installation was scheduled and promptly completed in one day.Chris and Mema installed the full system.First, I must say I was impressed upon arrival to my home. They had uniforms with their names, used shoe covers, and protective floor coverings inside. What a team, they worked well together, one working inside the other outside, getting the job completed.They were very neat, removing all the old equipment, no trash left behind.I was completely satisfied with this company and would recommend them.On 7/24/24 Randon fromRight Time Services dropped off a latter for the city inspector use to complete the installation inspection.Randon was on time and very nice.He even waited 15 min for me to get home.Randon returned as promised to pick up the latter today.I highly recommend Right Time Home Servicelocated in Riverside, CA

After 2 missed appointments (no call no shows) Damian took the job that most technicians wouldnt take simply because it wasnt the biggest job in terms of profit. Regardless, Damian came over after he seen how many missed appointments I had and decides to help the common folk out.He came when he was supposed to, did a clean swift job, and handled everything with care. Overall, really respectful & humble guy and I appreciate him going the extra mile.I recommend him to anyone in time of need.

Honestly have not been so appreciative of how someone took the time to explain to me what needed to be done in detail. John Wilkerson Was very informative and helped me understand a lot. He did his work very clean and explained how he installed the plumbing. Truly they are very helpful and very trustworthy. Will be using them again VERY soon. I am a very happy brand new customer. My salesman Justin was wonderful! He was so professional, approachable and his explanations were clearly understood. He was great in making it possible for me to have the AC/heater installed today. I had been w/o AC for 15 days with the temp at 108 degrees for me today!My 4 installers were great also. Leads Tyler and Ron were very nice to me and answered every question I had. They went above and beyond to increase my comfort when there was an unforeseen “delay” in the installation process. Apprentice Bryan and Ivan were also excellent workers. Finally their clean up was awesome and unbelievable! I have not found one scrap of paper or anything left on the ground.Rate: 10 stars

Had a little issue with the smell of my heater. Lasted over a week, but Robert was quick to send out Kevin who installed an air purifier. Hopefully this works. This company wants to be one with excellent PR. They were very good at the task at hand. They even explained everything clearly made me feel that they are trustworthy. They extend me extra services with no charge. Also for a mixup with timing (mine too)they discounted the fee. Good company you should use them, I will again.

I used right time Home Services through a Costco offer. Our house did not have any air conditioning at the time. I had gotten an estimates from a few different installers. The Costco deal with the rebate made this place the one to deal with. My one slight problem with all of the contractors was the vagueness of what was actually going to be installed and lack of it being put in writing. The install went real well it was done in 2 days. The first day there were two guys here for remediation. Next day there was four guys here definitely cranking out some work ducked install running all the lines on the power. The install was completed a little over 2 months ago and Ive used the air conditioner and the heater with heat pump without issues. Ive crawled around in the attics and looked at the install quality and the other outside areas and everything looks real good

Tyler performed a very thorough service on our AC/Heating system. After inspecting the unit he went over all components, their condition and estimated cost to repair. He was transparent and there were no hidden cost or surprises throughout the process. The estimate for the tuneup was exactly what was quoted over the telephone. His service was a huge relief because this area is no place to be without proper air and heat. I am signing up with them for a yearly maintenance contract because of the thorough job that he did. He explained all that was needed to complete the job..very knowledgeable …quoted a reasonable price and did an Awesome job in a timely manner. Christopher and his field blss, sorry for not remembering his name were awesome! After Christopher did all the inspection, he even cleaned my filter. They were due to be clean this month (I cleaned every three months, they were due last month). They even complimented the their people on replacing the air ducts. They mentioned they went above and beyond. I told them they were good people to have working for RighTime. We, my wife and I, are very happy with RighTime. Yes, they are a big company, but they take care of the little people. NO Bull S***!

RighTime Home Services did an excellent job servicing my heater for the annual seasonal service and their charge was very reasonable. They had to do extra work to clean the fan motor because it was very dirty. It has greatly improved the air circulation for heater and air conditioning. The technician cut his hand deeply while performing service, but continued on until completion. That showed me their dedication to their work. I highly recommend this company.

Our water heater went out while we were away on vacation. We purchased a new one and Right Time Home Services came out quickly and have us a comprehensive quote and options for the heater and installation. Once we agreed that the price was competitive they sent out their technician Jose Aviles with the news heater and her did and awesome job of installing it quickly, securely and compliant to our city code. After the job was completed, Jose Aviles did a complete clean up of the area and took the old heater and trash with him do we did not have to do anything but enjoy your hot water again. Great service from Right Time and great performance and attitude by Jose Aviles.

They cleaned the oily substance on the base of the condenser, attached testing equipment to the coolant lines and confirmed the pressure was good with the unit running. They also ran the heater and confirmed it was running properly as well.They told me to keep inspecting the condenser base for any oily stains and call if I see anything new.

My experience in the beginning was not good,... But the manager Gilbert made it better for myself and my husband because we both have severe health issues. They had a technician come out by the name of Shane Williams. He was totally awesome! Very polite, explained new options for us, explained it a couple times for us so that we understood it a lot better. He was very thorough and got are air conditioning working properly right away. I have had my unit not even one full year yet, and had to have many service calls. This rating is solely on a particular driver. My overall rating for the Company would be a 2. I rate this Driver Juan T a 5 star! He came within the time frame given. He listened to what the issue was and actually got down and dirty to see where the issue was. He was so polite and understanding and very informative. He made me feel that the job was going to get done and get done correctly. It was a 2 day service but he assured me my issue would be fix by afternoon and yes it was. I am hoping not but if I ever need service again I will be absolutely sure to request Juan T. I wouldn’t want anyone else coming to service my unit! Thank you Juan T for an excellent Job!

Shane was the technician that came to provide my tune up and A/C and mini split inspection . He was very thorough. He explained what kind of services I needed for my central A/C unit. He was not Hard Sell and also offered reasonable financing options for the work. He also explained how my mini splits worked and showed me how to clean their compressor. He explained everything he was recommending be done and followed up with an email for me, so his recommendations were in writing. So, I will be utilizing these services after I finish my more eminent home projects. I would highly recomnent Right Time Home Services.

The pilot on my w/h kept shutting off every time I took a shower. Being under warranty I called Rheem, who in turn called RIGHTTIME home services, who is contracted thru Rheem. Damien Lara was the technician that showed up. He listened as I explained my problem. In 15 to 20 minutes he found the thermocouple to be faulty. Unfortunately Damien spent the next 1 1/2 to almost 2 hours trying to contact customer service at Rheem to order the part we needed. It was getting late, so I said order the part tomorrow morning so he could move on. The part was ordered the next day and delivered the day after that. Damien was here approximately 2 hours, was professional and patient, and ordered my part the following morning as promised. Thank you Damien Lara!PART 2So, the new thermocouple from Rheem was installed Friday night by Jose. It was faulty. Again, the pilot/burner kept going out. Jose witnessed the red light come on, but was able to telight the pilot/burner before he left. Unfortunately the pilot went out 2 more times. I left it off after that, called customer service and set up an appt for Saturday morning. After thoroughly checking everything out, Jose daid we need to order a new burner & thermocouple...again. Hopefully this gets resolved on Monday. To be continued...

He not only answered all of our concerns while here, he also educated us to have a better use of our AC system. Additionally, because some of the issues did not become apparent suring his visit, he guided us through what to do, should the issue happen again , gave us his direct contact and commited to returning to complete the job. Both our A/C unit croaked almost on the same day on the hottest day of Sept. 2024 Our old units are over 18 yrs. old provided us with minimum maintenance. As I looked at Home Depots a/c repair, HD contracted us to ARS RIGHT TIME HVAC. Thete was an initial issue with scheduling due to an uptick in emergency HVAC services. HD initially postponed us for the next day, but a few mins. later, a technician was done early so he (Anthony) was directed to us. Anthony performed his diagnostics and determined that our 2 units are on its last breath. He ho gave us his honest assessment and some technical info. No hard sell, just honest opinion. So we arrange for a sales rep from ARS RIGHT TIME to visit. The next day, RTs sales rep Gregg showed up on time for the appt. He conducted his survey and inspected our old unit. He too was upfront, honest and presented the types of a/c capacities compatible with oue solar system. He did not direct us towards the most expensive or higher efficieny unit for the simple reason, we have solar and it will be moot for an expensive high efficiency unit. Gregg presented different brands and compared apples to apples including pros and cons. Bottom line we almost chose Lennix, but due to our timeline to pay-off the financing, we chose RHEEM, a $37.00 minthly difference. He set the appt. and promised the install techicians will be on-site at 9 a.m. and out by 5 p.m. with cold air blowing by the time they left.9:00 a.m. technicians Alex, Leo and Abraham reported for work. They laid out protection carpets, and procedded to inform me of the days events and process it will entail. Abraham warned me of potential damage to the attic ceiling dry wall due to having to sqeeuze the large furnace, heater and other equipment and asked for my ok. The damage was very munimal and an drywall technician will repair the damage in a few days. These crew was very careful moving all the old furnaces, evaporator, blower not to damage our walls and furniture. They made sure our cats are safe and wont dart out of the door. They worked with minimal noise, my wife and I actually fell asleep. These good people were done around 4:25 p.m. and out by 4:45 p.m. with complete work including area clean up, wipe down final clean up, provided instructions, checked operation and called for the drywall tech. Abraham is a personable young man and built customer rapport from the start. We are extremely satisfied and happy with the entire process from diagnostics, sales and installation. We are now cool, our cats are happy, and we STRONGLY RECOMMEND HOME DEPOT & ARS RIGHT TIME PARTNERSHIP for your HVAC needs. We are impressed eith the stsff and technicians professionalism and technical knowledge. Abraham and Leo are young, with combined experiences of 5 yesrs, but acted like theyve been working as HVAC techs for 20 years. THZNK YOU HOME DEPOT/ARS RUGHT TIME.👍👍👍

Approximately 3:00 PM yesterday - Sept 5 our A/C stops working - and its over 110 outside. I call Right Time and advised they can have someone out to my house - today Sept 6 - between 8 - 12. Shortly following my phone call I get a call back from Right Time - advising me they can be here in 1 hour. The fine young man who Right Time sends is Michael Cedillo - a seasoned pro who knows his business. Michael diagnoses the problem - replaces the broken part and has our A/C running. In all sincerity I cannot thank Right Time enough for responding to our problem and sending a qualified man to diagnose and fix our A/C unit. Air conditioner went out on Sunday-service scheduled for Monday-never showed up. Finally showed up on Tuesday afternoon-told me there’s a leak in the coil-Air conditioner is under warranty. Wanted to charge me $2400 for 8lbs of Freon or $4000 to replace coil for a warranty repair!!! Sent #2 person to give a quote for new ac unit-refused. Was told the general manager would call me next day-Wednesday. No call! I called-no call back! Homeowners are mid and late 70’s without air conditioning and it’s 99 degrees today! So if I could make this a minus rating, I would!Update: On Thursday, 7/4 at 8 am, I received a callback from Benny, the service manager. He had reviewed this issue and confirmed that the a/c unit was under warranty until 7/16. He sent a technician to add Freon to the system as well as dye to find the leak in the system. Later that day, the a/c was working again and the technician stated they would come back within 2 weeks to find the leak in the system. Benny, the service manager called again the next day to check to see if the a/c was working and reaffirmed that the leak would be covered under the warranty. As of today, 7/16, we’re just waiting to hear when the tech will be back for the leak inspection and repair. I will update my review after that work takes place.

RightTime completed the install of my furnace and condenser 2022. RightTime was responsive during the install. Just got a preventative maintenance done. Scheduling was easy with the membership. UNFORTUNATELY, communication was not the greatest this time around. I understand its summer and a people are in need of A/C services but courtesy calls ahead of time that you will be rescheduled is helpful to customers especially to members of your service. Glad my system is running fine the Technician was awesome and helpful although I dont blame the Technician for any of the lack of communication issues. In all RightTime is a good company to go with.

RightTime is a first rate HVAC company. You have very capable installers. They did a very thorough install at my home. We had trouble with the original unit not flowing refrigerant to the inside coil. They replaced the entire system. It works perfectly now. Thanks.This is an addendum to my first post. My system did not pass the HERS leak down test. Right Time sent Randon, a very seasoned tech to resolve the leak issue. It took a couple of visits but Randon was able to find the leaks and close them. This is the type of tech that should be training new techs to share his years of experience and multiply his expertise across the tech force.

Shane(technician) came out to do the work, introduced himself as the rep for the company, he asked me how the system was working. He explained the process and what to expect. Performed the work as mentioned, answered all my question and showed me pics of what he found. He explained the health of the system along with maintenance work recommendations,gave me pricing and options to pay. What I like is that he did not pressure me to do the services.
