Righty Tighty picked up my call right away, I didnt have to call again and again or leave a message and wait for a call back. It was on a Sunday afternoon. Came just in time to check on the water leak. Justin was the technician, very professional and outstanding. It turned out the problem was on our neighbor’s side. Justin even went over to the neighbor and informed them. That was very thoughtful and kind. I know the neighbors and they were pleased thank thankful for him. The fact that you guys picked up the phone on the weekend, came out to see us within time promised, even went above and beyond to help us out and our neighbor, definitely deserves five stars on customer satisfaction and recommendation. Thank you for your excellent service.

Highly recommend Righty Tighty Plumbing! My daughter suggested them after having a great experience with her rental property, and I can see why. We had a serious drainage blockage causing water to back up in the shower, and Tony, our technician, was exceptional. Communication was clear, he arrived right on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes. Even better, he called the company to reduce our bill because he solved it so fast—who does that? Tony was personable, honest, and thorough, testing all fixtures to ensure everything was clear before he left. Their integrity and professionalism are unmatched. We had a slab leak and we noticed it as soon as we woke up in the morning. I panicked and started searching for plumbers on Google and Yelp and found Righty Tighty Plumbing. Lorenzo came out immediately within an hour of calling and assessed our issue. He gave us his opinion then proceeded with a leak detection. Once this was complete he located the bad line, rebuilt 2 manifolds, rerouted it back through the attic and also installed a new pressure regulator hose bib and irrigation shut off valve. He even came back on a Sunday to complete the work. Overall words cannot describe how satisfied I am with Lorenzo’s work. 10/10 recommend to anyone having plumbing issues. Tony and David came out early the day to take care of a clogged, slow flowing toilet and bathtub drain. They got the pipes cleaned and a new toilet installed which will avoid future calls. Great response and even better customer service. He was prompt with the quotes and the pricing points were reasonable. If you are looking for a reliable and honest plumber, this is the place! We had a few plumbers come out and give estimates that were outrageous and included things we didnt need. I was so happy when Tony came, he was very knowledgeable and gave a quote for what he thought was the problem. His price was very reasonable and when he came back the next day, the repair was exactly what he thought it was and we did not need all the other overpriced items others were trying to bully us into. After spending about 3 hours trying to unclog my backed up kitchen sink I gave in and decided to call out a plumber. Got online and found Righty Tighty plumbing and they had great reviews so I gave them a call. Problem was, I was on a tight schedule, I had to be somewhere in just a few hours. Well, they sent Justin out and he got here pretty quick.Justin got to work and he did a great job. The sink was backed up pretty bad and he really had to spend some time getting it to clear but he was determined and he did a great job. Ran a camera down the line after to make sure everything was good. He was friendly, knowledgeable and hard working and when he was done he did a great job cleaning up any mess. And I made it to my daughters graduation on time! Highly recommend Justin at Righty Tighty Plumbing!

We were having issues with our hot water at our rental cabin. I had just had the hot water heater replaced by another company, when it went out again while a guest was there. I was told by the other company that because it was the weekend and not an emergency, they wouldn’t go out to check on the issue (even though I was told the issue was fixed earlier that week with the very expensive heater replacement). I called company after company looking for someone to help, but wasn’t finding anyone. I came across Righty Tighty Plumbing and am so glad I did! Aaron went through our whole system and stayed late on a Saturday night, finding a temporary fix for our guest. He came back weeks later to really work through where the issues were coming from and fixed the root issue. We’ve used Righty Tighty in the past and have had really good results with them and so we needed our water heater replaced and they again did an excellent job for us. 5 Stars. They arrived on time performed the work in a timely matter and kept the area very clean. I hadn’t been able to drain the existing water heater but they were able to remove the old valve and install a new valve and drain the water heater. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Not one single drop of water dripped from the old unit upon carrying it outside. These gentlemen were able to get our plumbing back in order the same day in which we are grateful!! We also asked about a water pressure regulator for our older house which was installed. Aaron was very patient and kindly answered all of our questions throughout the process. I was impressed with their knowledge especially for having an older 1950s house and somewhat problematic plumbing. We will be having them back to install a sewer clean out drain.
