Water heater was acting up as I called and Ryan promptly called right back. He was able to diagnose the issue over the phone, and gave me quotes and options., without pressuring or up selling me. Ryan got me an appointment next day. Scott showed up for the appointment and I accidentally gave them the wrong size of the water heater.... No problem, as Scott offered to get the correct size and come back right away, same day. Service was quick, efficient, cost effective, ....and amazing. Excellent service. Yesterday s headache of waking up to a busted water heater knowing family was coming into town and 24 hours later I have peace of mind from an outstanding company.

Im a Riverside based General Contractor. Usually Im doing some sort of New Construction, while Ryan can do this type of work well its not how we met. I meet Ryan and his team when trying to find someone who could help us with an emergency slab leak. They were able to offer a temp fix, a re-pipe, and new tankless water heater within a few days and keep my customers water going every evening. What I think Ryan does the best is come up with inventive solutions that are also professional. My Customers appreciated Ryans work and willingness to answer any of their questions and ensure what was being proposed would be long lasting. 1st photo was the temp fix, 2nd is re-pipe in progress and 3rd is the tankless water heater. All work was signed off on first inspection by City of Chino Hills.

Great service. Talked to Ryan about my concern with the water heater, he gave me an upfront price after sending him some pictures and had me scheduled the next day. Scott called to confirm appointment the next morning and asked.if it was ok to start earlier which worked out great. Scott was able to change out the water heater in a somewhat odd, difficult location with no problem. Very courteous, professional, and showed me the new water heater settings. Great company to work with. Theyre honest and made everything as easy as possible for me. I initially hired them to install a new water heater and they did such a good job that when my house developed a slab leak, I remembered they also did plumbing and called them. He said if I can’t get the pipes clear, then there is no charge. They did exactly what they said they would do and with a friendly and helpful attitude. My fiancé and I just moved to the I.E. and needed help quickly as the house we just bought had no hot water, and very little water running at that. I found Ryan and not only was he able to help me within 10 minutes of contacting him…..but he didn’t even charge me for his time. He could have easily come out and charged me up the wazoo! Instead he had me send a pic of my unit and troubleshooted with me on the phone; with intent to come out if nothing worked. I was absolutely shocked how respectful, kind, and helpful he was. Ooohhh but it did not stop there! We ended up calling him to come out for a deeper issue, he sent over 2 of absolute sweetest, respectful, communicative, caring, and knowledgeable men by the name of Fransisco, and Scotty!!! They knew what they were doing, they scheduled me the day called, they showed up early, they finished within the time they said they would be working, they made sure they weren’t leaving footprints, they asked to open doors (even the front door to go out to their truck) they let us know what was happening from start to finish! They also made sure Ryan (the Boss) was involved in the entire process which is really nice to see and hear, so everyone was in on the same page. I will never call anyone else for our plumbing! Rdodson Plumbing and Rooter were amazing. Nobody know when a water heater is going to go out, but as soon as it does, we all realize how amazing a water heater truly is and want it replaced promptly. Rdodson came to the rescue quickly. They provided professional service over the phone and were able to have someone out the next morning - they were contacted late Sunday afternoon. Ryan was extremely thorough when discussing our options and prices. The technician, also named Ryan, arrived minutes before the arrival window and was professional from the start. My water heater is not an easy job, as the heating unit (whatever that’s called) is inches from the water heater, but this did not stop Ryan. He was able to get to work quickly and had the new water heater up and running in about two hours. I highly recommend calling Rdodson Plumbing and Rooter for all your plumbing needs. RD Plumbing and Rooter are the best! Ryan was very responsive over the phone and came out the same day. If that was not impressive enough, Ryan also replaced my water heater with a new one a few hours later. The price was great. Some of these larger companies wanted more than 2x what Ryan did it for. Ryan was friendly and great to work with. I liked them so much that I have some follow up work with my pressure regulator that I asked them a quote for. Would recommend 100%

Ryan is amazing! Came out on Labor Day and did the job by himself! Im a 40 year construction company owner and he is an amazing worker that seperates him from 90% of all the others! Will definitely be using him again and referring him to others! Dont waste your time looking for others just do yourself a favor and hire Ryan! Hes on time, reliable, courteous and a hard worker!
