I called Preferred plumbing 911 inc. regarding replacing a leaking water heater. Art was able to give a quote over the phone. Prior to his arrival I received a ETA call from the office Customer service representative. She was polite & professional. Art was professional & knowledgable. I never felt upsold & he did all the work for the price I was quoted. Good & honest plumbers are hard to find! I will differently be using this company again & highly recommend them to anyone!

My water heater was leaking and we had no hot water. I called this company and spoke to Art to see if he can help us. I loved his sense of urgency and genuine interest specially since I mentioned I had small children and no hot water. I was amazed at how fast he came to take care of the problem and was so grateful, besides the fact that there price was way better than the previous companies I called. Its nice to know that there are some companies that care about the situation their customers are in. Thank You.
