    Sergio delivered on N.I.R.’s promise of quality, value, and professionalism. Referred by MOEN as one of their preferred installers of the MOEN Flo Smart Water Leak Detector and Shut Off, Sergio communicated the scope of work and quoted a cost much cheaper than my up-to-now regular plumber. Work was completed in a timely manner. He even cleaned the filter on my Moen Sense kitchen faucet at no additional cost. I’ve found a new regular plumber!

    Juan and his son were outstanding. Juan explained every step/ process in the replacement of our new tub and all the plumbing. We have more work to do in the house but were moving forward. NIR is who were using, they remain the positive constant in the chaos weve been through.

I would have given 5 stars but plumber #1 they sent out took off panels and plumber #2 did not feel comfortable putting them back and since I have no tools of my own I now have panels that need replaced that I am currently trying to find someone to put back. Loved the honey they gave out with the 10% discount for next visit

    I highly recommend NIR for their excellent plumbing service. Mike was brilliant at locating a leak in my basement which two other plumbers could not find after more than one week of inspections. One company recommended a complete repiping of my plumbing. Mike found the problem within two hours and fixed it the following day. He provided excellent customer service and explained the problem before he did the work.     Unfortunately, Ive had to use these guys on maybe 8 different calls over the last 5 years. Never a repeat issue, but always seem to need them to fix something. They are very good at what they do, all of them! They show up on time, clean up their mess, trucks are outfitted with everything they need, knowledgeable, kind, etc. Weve had small jobs, big jobs, etc. and they have done great with all of it.     Nick and NIR Plumbing came referred to us by a friend and homeowner insurance agent. He was professional and after hearing our plumbing problem (after hours mind you) came out himself to assess the damage and begin repairs. He was kind, courteous and professional. He explained the situation and jumped right into the repair. We were installing base boards in the garage and drilled through a major water line in the slab. Nick is very knowledgeable and it shows in his expertise, skill and craftsmanship. He was able to cut around the slab, cut a small square in the drywall and fix and reroute the copper pipe in an hour and a half. I would recommend Nick to friends, family and neighbors for sure.

    We had some staining on our ceiling and it was getting darker and darker. I called NIR Plumbing to help us figure out what it was and sure enough it was old rusted piping in the restroom on our 2nd floor. Nick said we got this checked out just in time because if we would have just let this sit the sheetrock would start developing mold. He fixed the leak and replaced the damaged sheetrock and everything was good as new!

    After having to take cold showers for 12 days, and talking to 3 different plumbers, we really liked NIR Plumbing, so we decided to go with them. They told me up front that theres a 6 year warranty on their water heaters and they guarantee their labor, too. My Husband really liked that, and the guys worked fast and cleaned up after themselves, including removing our old water heater and hauling it away for us. We highly recommend NIR Plumbing and will use them again for other plumbing issues.

    Excellent service from Nick and Isaac - they charged my AC on a very hot day amd now we can enjoy the cool and not roast!     It was good. Mike showed up was professional, friendly, funny. When I asked about cost though he never included labor into this so the final number went from 250-300 dollars and when it was all said and done he was like $850, what I would like to know is where the extra 500-550 dollars came from? At no point did he feel it was necessary to let me know it would be that much.A friendly heads up would have been nice.

    We have used NIR Plumbing now for over 5 Years. Any issue we need, They always get it done. The best part, is they are available 24/7 & on holidays. Always professional, courteous & polite.This last time our power flush toilet was leaking in the tank. NIR contacted the warranty company for us, had a replacement shipped to our house, came back & had it installed in less than an hour. Its so hard to find an honest & reliable plumber, Im so glad we have one.

    I has having some stoppage issues with some of the drains in my home and needed a second opinion as to what was going on. I contacted NIR Plumbing and went over the issue over the phone but Nick said it would be best if him and his team went to my home and checked it out personally. They came the next day and only spent 10 minutes to tell me what was wrong. There price was fair so i let them execute the problem and thats exactly what they did, Superb work!

    From the initial call to the final day of service, NIR responded promptly, professionally and most importantly clean and friendly. We had to repipe our whole house! Nick, the owner, came over right away and after walking through the house he explained to us his recommendations and also gave us a reasonable price. My wife likes to ask lots of questions and Nick was able to answer them all with ease, which made us feel confident in going with this company. By the way we got 2 quotes to repipe the house which had galvanized pipes. We then scheduled the repipe which included plumbing in two restrooms, a kitchen and removing an old water heater to go tankless. The repipe process was performed primarily by Mike Lopez, a one man army. Mike is the most knowledgeable plumber out there; Id put him up against any other plumber in the country. Not only that, but hes also the neatest plumber as well. He cleaned up immediately after each project and was able to explain what he did every step of the way. Sergio Cortez helped install our tankless water heater. He was also very prompt and knowledgeable. Nick came by almost each day and was available by phone every time we had a question or concern. Nick, Mike and Sergio all reminded and reassured us that they were always available for their customers. 24/7 service. The whole process lasted less than a week and we were able to stay home the entire time. I will definitely be calling Nick and the team to handle all our future plumbing and A/C needs. I highly recommend them to anyone in this IE area needing commercial or residential services. For people leaving negative comments complaining about price, remember, you can choose to go cheap, but you get what you pay for. This company is VERY reasonable in price and provide over the top service. Thank you Nick, Mike and Sergio!

    Just bought my first place so I am trying to do a lot of things on my own to of course save money. With that being said I tried to replace a water washer valve on a old 1927 house and of course ran into issues. Called a few places and Nic was the only one who answered on a Friday afternoon. Once I told him my location he said he was down the street and would be there in 5 min. Nic came in looked at what I had, gave me a few pointers and had me repairing my own valve in minutes. I offered to pay him for his advice and time and he would not except. I will definitely use Nic and his company for all my future plumbing issues.
