Dale and his team are superb. They got us out of a really tight spot and solved a very last-minute, very ugly problem with essentially zero fuss. Incredible pricing, very straightforward communication, literally turned one of the more stressful events in my home ownership into something quick, smooth, and easy. Cannot recommend them enough.

When we discovered we had a leak somewhere in our foundation, we were a little stressed out. When we call Dale from Inland Empire Leak Detection we knew we were in good hands. He was very knowledgeable. He sent out Ivan who took care of us with professionalism, courtesy, and made the whole job a stress-free experience for us. Plus he was a true gentleman. We could not be more impressed and I could not recommend them more highly.

I called IE Leak Detection because a friend of mine referred me to them stating they were honest and did great work. I called on a Monday night at 8:51 PM and spoke to Dale who was very assuring to me as he sensed my stress. They showed up, as promised the next morning, he looked at it, we agreed for him to do the work and within an hour his crew was here fixing my rather large issue. He was very re-assuring during the entire process and his crew is super customer oriented, polite, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I need to point out that Dale is on it, he rocks, you text him, he calls or texts you back just as soon as he can. Usually its a phone call. I honestly feel blessed having been referred to him and his company and associates and will always recommend him to anyone.

We had a great experience overall. Evaluation and repair was timely for an untimely and chaotic situation. We are grateful to the team that knows what they’re doing since we had no idea where to start. Thank you Dale and team!

Dale came out super quick to assess my leak and helped me pinpoint where it was coming from. I had other companies come out and try to help but to no avail. Dale figured it out within minutes. Would highly recommend.

I called IELD for the cost of a consultation on what might possibly be an outdoor leak. Dale made it clear that IELD did not work on outdoor leaks. So he walked me through the process of determining whether it was an outdoor or indoor leak. When it was established that it was an indoor leak, he walked me through detecting the source of the leak. From there, I was able to fix the problem myself.Thank you, Dale, for your kindness and integrity.

Dale came out to help me with leak detection at my home. He was very nice, professional and informative. He quickly identified the leak in my sprinkler system. He told me how much the sprinkler company should charge me for the repair and as promised, he did not charge nor would he accept payment for his time to identify the leak.I have absolutely no reservations in using Dale and Inland Empire Leak Detection for any plumbing issues I may have in the future. I highly recommend Dale and Inland Empire Leak Detection!

Called for free estimate and Dale was on the phone throughout the process of checking from the meter for possible leak in main line and other possibilities, suggested to test with water hose on the door and found out only possibility is from golf course sprinkler to our back door. I will now have to capture video and talk to Golf course. Dale was very patient and professional throughout phone call consulting. I definitely have new plumber if I have any water problem around my house. Thank you.

Their trouble shooter, Dale, makes Inland Empire Leak Detection the company to choose for leak detection. Dale brings decades of experience with all sorts of plumbing issues. More importantly, he has cultivated a network of experts that he taps into to help a customer. If you like doing things yourself, Dales connections might not be as important. But for someone who does not deal with burst water heaters, I fully recommend Dale and his ability to summon his professional team mates. He knows who to call and how to interact with insurance companies.

Dale has years of experience and was great, professional, patient, detailed and most importantly honest. Help trouble shoot and find where the source of water coming up from the ground in my backyard was coming from, was due to a busted irrigation pipe in my neighbors backyard.

Dale was amazing! He helped me troubleshoot an ongoing leak over the phone and via text. Gave me a bunch of tips and tricks to help identify where the leak was coming from. I was able to locate that it was from a stuck float system for my pool. Couldn’t believe how responsive and available Dale made himself to help me save some money with having someone come out. Such a big help! I’d highly recommend!!

We had wet carpets in the master closet and called our home warranty company to check the bathroom for leaks. Warrenty sent a plumbing company out and said we had a slab leak- not covered. So we went online and found Dale with Inland Empire Leak Detection. Chose him because of the positive reviews and now I know why he has so many. We called after hours and the answering service put us directly in touch with him. He came to our house next morning based on info from warrenty company to tell us we had no pipes in our slab so it couldnt be a slab leak! Through his detective work and gadgets we found the source of the leak and instead of a major slab leak cost, we have a minor DIY project this weekend to correct. Hes good at what he does, explains everything thoroughly, honest. We wont be calling anyone else moving forward. Thanks so much Dale!

I want to give a shout out to an exceptional person that I encountered at this company. My normal water bill runs about 50 to 70 bucks. I got notice of excessive use and checked for leaks and running toilets, etc and could find nothing wrong. I set the sprinklers back two minutes on all 4 stations and just figured that the notice was about a little extra use. When the bill for a month came it was a shocking $1339.23. I could not believe it and called Eastern Municipal Water to inquire about how I could incurring such high bill. She reviewed every thing and said that at certain times my home water use was in the thousands of gallons. She recommended I look on the EMWD website for a more complete understanding get a leak detection company. I said that for all that much water my house should be in a sink hole and the ground around it like quick sand. I was very upset, needless to say, being retired and on a fixed income about I could pay this huge bill. I called a few companies and found out that someone could come out for between 250.00 to 300.00 to detect leak and apply the fee to repairs.**Now this is where its important. I called a few companies and left requests for a technician to call me back to set an appointment. I called Inland Empire Leak detection also, but while I was ringing them up another company called back and I switched over to answer. This guy at the other company said that his guy could com the following afternoon for a $250.00 fee so I made the appointment and hung up. A few minutes later Dale from Empire called me. He said that he was calling me back because he had answered my call but could not hear me. (In actuality I had switched over and then hung up.) He asked me what type of problem I was having and I relayed the details including my panic about paying the bill. Then he asked me several specific questions about the water usage such as was it continuous, was it during specific times, had anything Id done made any difference in water consumption, did I have automatic sprinklers or a water softener, etc.. Then he explained that because the high usage was during specific times followed by regular hours on consumption and that my house was not sinking in mud, that the culprit was very likely the water softener. He said that it was malfunctioning and purging water right back down into the sewer, thus no evidence. He said that any technician taking the time to examine the facts could have figured it out just as he had but that they would rather just get that fee than really help solve the problem. He also told me about how to deal with the water company to get an adjustment after fixing the usage problem. I was floored that Dale had troubled himself to call me back and take the time to help me out so freely and completely, as he had. He didnt ask me to write this but I wanted to recommend this kind and competent plummer and this company. Seldom do you come across someone that puts their willingness to help ahead of profiting. Want to give kudos to this 👏 man and his surprising ethics.
