I detected something odd with my floor being very warm on my bare feet, and I called Hovey Plumbing. I had used them before (twice) with very positive experiences. Late in the evening after coming home from work, Eric walked me through a couple of things to do in the interim until he could arrive at my home. This is a second generation family business that prides itself in customer service and Eric and his son demonstrated that from the moment they arrived. The repairs involved cutting some walls and ceiling spaces to route some new pex piping. Everything was done with precision and tested thoroughly and not a speck of dust was left behind. Oh and they gave me some drywall contacts to wrap all of this up in just a few days. Eric believes in treating his customers as if it was his own home. Hovey is very important in our community and they support some major medical facilities so they are extremely busy but they find a way to schedule you in. When they get take care of your plumbing needs you will be 100% satisfied. Thanks Hovey Plumbing!!

Called Hovey plumbing for a leak in the bathroom wall pipes. Hovey came out and did a leak detection test and found where the leak was . They did a great job of fixing the pipe and replacing a manifold in the bathroom and re-routing the pipes. Very good work ethic and sales ethic. They did not try to sell me anything that I did not need.Later, I discovered there was water con on the bottom baseboard that was replaced. Hovey came back out again, pressure tested the area and found there was just loose sink nozzle. They repaired it and everything has been good since. Great company to hire for your plumbing needs.

We used Hovey Rooter Service & Plumbing for anAnnual Backflow Test, and they were very friendly and efficient. At first we were unable to locate the key that enables access to the backflow, and Ivan kindly waited while we figured that out. Later on when I called the office, Jessica patiently answered all my questions regarding billing. This company is very professional and has great customer service, I would 10/10 recommend.

I called Hovey Plumbing after another plumbing couldn’t make it. They referred to Hovey and instead of waitiNg for days, I got on the schedule immediately wiyk hours, the technician Ivan was fast and efficient and found the leak within 10 Minutes. He worked diligently and efficiently. He had the water back within a few hours. He was professional and pleasant to be around, he is my new best friend. I asked him about my water pressure and to surprise my water pressure was over 125 when it should be 75. He will be back to visit. It. They also took care of a couple of nagging plumbing issues while on site.In the past they have handled repiping portions of my house do to slab leaks.Hovey has been my go to plumber for years. Eric is amazing! I own several rental properties in the riverside area and I now use Eric exclusively for all of my plumbing. He goes above and beyond to do an amazing job. He is extremely fast to respond, he is very reasonably priced, professional, he explains everything that he needs to do, and most importantly I trust him to do the job right. I recently had some pipes break under one of my houses and he was there right after I called. He not only fixed the plumbing but called around to get me 3 different quotes from 3 different restoration companies. He then met each of them at my property and helped me choose the best one. He worked with my insurance company to try to help me get as much covered as I could. He saved me between 10 and 15k because he treated my home as if it was his. You rarely find that kind of excellence and genuine kindness. This is just the most recent catastrophe that he has helped see me through. I have used this company for clogged drains, plumbing issues, whole house water filter system, water heater challenges.Little pricey but they know what they are doing. Good quality workmanship. I hd a water supply box for my refrigerator installed in wall where there is not a water supply. I recommend them for your plumbing challenges.
