We had a fairly large job (in our eyes) that required 4-5 people working at a time for a slab leak. Every engagement with any team member was polite and friendly. I cant express how thankful we are for them to resolve a major leak while always being so kind and courteous.     My wife and I had discovered that our water bill had tripled in one month, which we had experienced 5 years earlier from a water leak. I was familiar with the name of First Class Plumbing from their truck logo. I called them, and they were amazingly at my door within an hour and half. They quickly diagnosed that I had a severe slab leak. They thoroughly explained our opinions, which we felt extremely informed to make a knowledgeable decision. We decided that a repipe was the best choice for us. Amazingly First Class Plumbing completed the entire job, including drywall, in only 2 days. My wife and I have already recommended them to friends, and we will continue to do so.

    Had some issues with our pipes that was affecting all of the drains in our house. Called First Class Plumbing and Rooter as well as another company to come give us a quote- they arrived in less than an hour and for under $100, First Class snaked and ran a camera through our pipes. Not only were their services hundreds cheaper than their competitors, the job took no more than 30 minutes, everything is fixed, and the technicians who helped us, Justin and Randy, were very professional, providing us with insight about the state of our pipes and what caused the problem. Very highly recommend this company. 10/10

    Im the type of person that usually goes and looks at the reviews before visiting a place or using a service especially when downloading an app or using a service. After reading most of the reviews of a couple companies that popped up when I first Googled plumbers in my area First Class plumbers were the first ones that I was even able to get in contact with being that it was a Saturday late afternoon. I was at a friends house and I was supposed to be taken care of the place for the weekend I dont know who did what or what happened but we had no use of both restrooms they were backed up with flooding all down the hallway and even into the 2 bedrooms. I couldnt picture a worse scenario and the whole time the owner of the house (my best friend ) since elementary was calling me asking me how is everything and Im just looking at this flooded disaster telling them that everything was good and that he shouldnt worry enjoy your vacation Ill see you Sunday night. Even the best outcome I could ever imagine wasnt as good as what it turned out to be. They showed up in less than an hour had stopped the flooding ,pumped all the water out and even had another truck show up for cleanup . After the job they did theres no way I could not share this review I would be doing an injustice to somebody whos looking for a plumber in an emergency situation thank you first class plumbers I will highly recommend to family and friends.

    This is a top notch organization. They did two projects go me. They installed a free standing bathtub and the replaced my whole house.Each project went off with our a hitch and I am highly impressed with their work.The front office ladys are awesome also.

    They came out and will be back in a.m. with the parts to fix our broken off tub faucet..theyre fast response to 24 hr call was excellent. Ricardo was very polite and very knowledgeable. They returned today 10/7/24 and completed the job..Carlos was great and very professional..thank you..will definitely refer your business..Manuel answered our problem with a new price quote but the problem should have been taken care of at above completed but still have leak in tub faucet due to psi pressure according to manuel..still deciding how to handle that new issue from above complete Job that wasnt fixed properly.

    They arrived within the appt time frame. Got our kitchen sink unclogged, kitchen plumbing line cleaned thoroughly as well as the outdoor drain with hydro jet.     Excellent service. I had a severe back up flooding my kitchen right after dinner. Called them about it and an hour and a half later. Every drain in my house is draining better than when I bought this house over 10 years ago.Alright this is my first time doing a second review on the same company. Once again I am giving a 5 star rating for multiple reasons. Really quick service, unfortunately the full repair is currently out of my budget but after discussing different options we came up with a good plan to get all the issues repaired and done within my budget and will be complete in a few visits do to cure times. Truly very impressed by both employees who have came here to repair what I dont have time for nor do I want to do it myself.

    I had water standing on the carpet in one of the bedroom. I thought the water was coming from the foundation. I called First class plumbing and Rooter. Chip came out and did an assessment. He determined that the water was coming from the water heater. All of sudden, the pipe broke in the wall. It sounded like someone was in the shower. Chip turned off the water. Within one hour or less he had a crew fixing the problem. Special thank you to Robert, RJ, Daniel, Tanner and Randy. Chip you are awesome.

    Our experience with First Class Plumbing and Rooter was OUTSTANDING!! Our kitchen sink started draining slowly. After a couple of days trying to resolve the problem our landlord sent this company. Christopher was very professional, and quickly assessed the issue. After several unsuccessful attempts clear the drain he consulted with his Supervisor to determine the next steps. When he returned, he was able to resolve the problem. His determination to help us was impressive! If you have a Plumbing need they are the company to call!!

    The plumbing in the house had backed up. First Class Plumbing came through for us. They did an excellent job fixed the problem with new pipes . Checked our sinks and shower, snaked them all to make sure that all were working well. I would definitely recommend them.

    Jonathan and Chris had immense knowledge on how to fix our problem and when they saw that it was something I could do myself after I exposed the pipe in the front of my yard they were kind enough to let me know that I could purchase the materials and do it myself to save money. I really appreciate them both especially for them to walk around my house and make sure that, my sprinkler shut off valve system was properly turned off. I would recommend both of these men to anyone and I think all of you for your kindness and your service.

    They did a wonderful job replumbing my home. Always on time, cleaned up after themselves every day. All of the plumbers knew what they were doing, were always courteous and polite and worked, no matter the weather.I am using them again. I have to replace a toilet, its been 25 years, and they gave me a great estimate for installation and a date that works for me. Manuelito was polite, very helpful, and checked out everything.I just had First Class Plumbing out for another job. I needed to have my toilet replaced. I really appreciate that their workers always introduce themselves, are always polite, and clean up after themselves. Aaron and Jesus both lived up to this standard.     I needed a clean out for a clogged shower and Justin showed up with in an hour. He had to return the next day with Randy as the blockage was not accessible the conventional way and a camera was needed. The shower was unclogged through a new clean out access which Randy and Justin installed and the clean out can also be for future work in case one is needed. They exchanged a spigot in my driveway. Very professional. I highly recommend First Class plumbing and Rooter for any plumbing job Nd I will definitely use them again.

    Less than an hour from my call to an unclogged drain line. The technician responded in 20 minutes and offered good service at a fair price. I would recommend First Class to anyone seeking plumbing services.Within a week signs of the problem returned. Those things DO happen. I called First Class on a Saturday and was first in line to have another visit on Monday. It wasnt an emergency so I passed getting service late Saturday or Sunday. There was no charge for the second call. My technician cleared the clog again then performed some additional steps to hopefully insure this would be his last visit. He was also helpful in suggesting things we could do routinely to help clean the drains.Three days later I got a call to make sure everything was still working properly, In short First Class lives up to their name in service.

    This company was great! They installed our Free Standing bathtub and vanity. Which sounds fine, however they changed my substandard above ground plumbing to under ground. Which was crazy because cinder block walls and old plumbing made it a really difficult Job.The project came out beautiful!!I would definitely recommend First Class Plumbing.

    I was referred to First Class when I needed my washing machine’s valves replaced in my laundry room. I received an estimate from another company in which they charged me significantly more than what First Class did. I was so appreciative of First Class’ pricing since these days every penny counts. Aside from the great price, they were very fast. Justin arrived at my home within one hour and before I knew it, he had his team which consisted of Tito and Xavier come out to assist him. They were in and out before I knew it. They even patched up the wall which the other company said they wouldn’t do! Their customer service was top notch also.     First Class Plumbing and Rooter are the Best. On 9-26-24, I discovered a leak in the ceiling of my garage. I contacted First Class Plumbing, who I’ve used before, to come out and take a look at the problem. Manny responded, who had fixed my previous plumbing problem, to access the problem.Manny had to cut a small 12 x 12 hole in the ceiling where the leak was coming from. He found a slow water leak coming from a pipe in a multi junction connection point. At this time, Manny gave me a reasonable estimate of approximately $2100 for the repairs. I lease my house. I told Manny I would have to take this estimate to the owners of the property. When I contacted the property owner, they decided to send over their own “handyman “ to fix the problem for $400.On 10-1-24, this “handyman” who I could tell, looked like he might be in over his head came to repair this leak. Needles to say this “handyman “ had absolutely no idea what he was doing. He started his “repair work “ by never having shuttling off the water. Whatever he did in about twenty minutes caused a steady stream of water from where it had been a very small leak. This guy took off to get parts for the repair work. He was gone for over two hours. The steady stream of water had now grown to a full on flood water of a ruptured pipe.I was unable to reach this handyman so I contacted First Class. Within 15 minutes, Danny responded to my house (I later learned the dispatcher and other staff could hear the flooding water in the background of my call). The handyman had also returned at about the same time.The handyman had no clue on what to do.This guy actually stood on his ladder underneath the flooding water trying to hold back water by wrapping his hand around the hole in the water pipe. Danny, being the professional, located the water shut off valve inside the garage and shut off the flooding water. By this time the garage had sustained serious water damage as well as water damage to property I had in the garage.Danny repaired the damage to the pipes caused by this handyman. The cost to the owner $2700 in repairs. This does not include the undetermined water damage to the garage and damage to my property.Thanks to the professionals at First Class Plumbing for providing me with their expertise, in preventing even more damage from happening.     It was a holiday weekend when an urgent plumbing issue arose...I was referred to First Class Plumbing and Justin arrived just 60 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem, the supervisor came with some special equipment and his team came next to start the job.     Overall; an excellent plumbing team. We had First Class handle several projects in our house: install a new water heater, recirculating pump with a timer, and an expansion tank. Also re-piped the entire house, installed new whole house pressure regulator, and another for the sprinkler system. Installed a new whole house shutoff valve, and another for the sprinkler system. First class also water jetted the sewer system, and installed a few facets including the kitchen sink. They also closed up 73 drywall openings and repaired / replaced a couple items that were damaged during the re-piping.First Class is a responsible company, high quality, professional company.     This company was great for me. I cant speak for others but I will say this Im not an easy guy to please at all. So when I give out 5 stars is cause I was pleased with the money I spent and I spent $$$. Work was done in the time frame they promised and at a great price. They are not the cheapest but also not the most expensive either. They came in found the problems offered reasonable solutions gave me a time for the next day and was there. Chip and Randy in the Riverside area are really good guys and will be my go to if I ever need service again cross my fingers next time its a small fix versus having to break concrete to fix something that wasnt caught in the inspection of the house.     I just had a plumbing emergency, all plumbing was clogged up at my house and my kids had just gotten out of school. Called First Class Plumbing and Rooter, in less time then what they told me it would take to make it out to my house they got there . In no time they got the drain unclogged . I was just speechless with theirs service, since I made call till the end, completely satisfied , I was expecting a large cost considering that it was an emergency call , not at all.
