My family has been using ER Block for YEARS for our personal and multi-family properties. They have always gotten the job done perfectly and put 110% effort into each project.Last Thursday was a prime example of the dedication and intelligence of these men, when a resident accidentally crashed into a fire hydrant causing thousands of gallons of water to fill the streets. Paul got there and immediately started working on a solution. Then James came and to help because none of our solutions were working. Long story short, these two stayed until 8:30 PM in the cold and dark trying to make sure my residents could go the night with water. They ran out of feasible options and had to improvise. Fortunately it worked and the street didnt flood in the middle of the night.The next day Paul and Ted came out to work on it again to find a more permanent solution. They did, the hydrant is up and working and everyone got their water.ER Block has always handled every job or project with care and dedication. Many other companies will not go the extra mile, they would have said sorry the residents will have to go to school and work without any water until tomorrow. You pay for what you get, with ER Block, you are getting the best around. Thank you all so much for your years of hard work and dedication.

AMAZING! emergency service needed, ER Block Plumbing sent Someone out right away… Edgar showed up and was very friendly, knowledgeable and found leak right away.Edgar showed me damage and explained and what repair was needed.The water damage was so bad in my hallway and restrooms that I needed a restoration company, Edgar called into his office and ER Block Plumbing contacted and set up a same day quote from a restoration company! I didn’t have to research.I can’t say how impressed I am with ER Block Plumbing and the outstanding service of Edgar.This company cares and goes above and beyond for their customers.BIG Thanks goes out to Edgar and ER Plumbing
