I can’t recommend Emergency Water Damage enough! Alan and his team were incredibly clean and professional throughout the entire process. Alan was a fantastic communicator, taking the time to explain every step and ensuring we felt informed and reassured. The team’s attention to detail and efficiency were top-notch, making a stressful situation much more manageable. If you’re in need of water damage restoration, this is the team to call!

Thank you Isaia, Gabriel and Miguel for a great hassle free clean-up / drying experience in such dire times. You guys did a great job and cleaned up nicely after you were done, which was a great plus. I would definitely ask for Isaia , Gabriel and Miguel again... I recently dealt with an emergency flood situation in my residence due to a burst pipe. Anthony from EWD was prompt in responding, thorough with his inspection, and patient with answering my hundreds of questions. He and his team were extremely professional and organized while performing the necessary drying and asbestos abatement services. I also truly appreciate Anthony coordinating directly with my insurance company and guiding me through the entire process.When dealing with stressful emergencies such as this, you want a company that’s reliable and responsive. I couldn’t be happier with Anthony and his team at Emergency Water Damage (EWD). I had the unfortunate luck of having a slab leak at my home and EWD was referred to me by my plumber. One of the best referrals I ever received. Anthony explained the repairs and insurance process and made what could be a challenging process as smooth as possible. The team at EWD was coordinated, knowledgeable, and great to work with. A team of experts all the way! They made a difficult situation easier to manage. I have referred Anthony and EWD to several friends and family members and all of them have been extremely happy. I recently had another water leak at a 4-plex that I own. The leak damaged 1 apartment, a common wall to another apartment, and 3 garages. My first call was to Anthony because I knew the job would be done correctly and the team at EWD did not let me down. No job is too large for EWD and I would highly recommend them.

A leaky pipe behind the wall of our downstairs bathroom caused quite a bit of damage. Anthony arrived soon after they were contacted to assess the damage. He was upfront about the time needed for remediation and even let me know about what to expect at each step of the process. I appreciate the time he took to explain things and educate me on the process. He was even considerate of the fact that I have a toddler and let me know about potential hazards without my asking and they took steps to make the area as safe as possible for the remainder of the restoration when their work was done. He and his team were professional, and I have only positive things to say. I highly recommend them.

We moved to CA and arrived at our new home Dec 31 to find water damage due to a slab pipeline leak. EWD was there within 2 hours on New Years Eve to help. Their team had containment areas with evaporators and dryers going by Jan 02. We have been super impressed with their expertise and guidance through this whole unexpected process.
