Ali and Ryan were our plumbers. They were very professional and respectful of our property. they did an amazing job with identifying the source of the leak from our second floor. After they found it, which was a crack from the bathtub, they did all their research with replacement and pricing and recommendation for drywall. It took about 3 days to complete the bathtub replacement and the drywall. They were very knowledgeable and answered any questions and concerns we have. Ali went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. We’re very happy with the results. Highly recommend.

I usually get my tankless water heater serviced and flushed annually, but this year I decided to try a different plumbing company and I’m so glad I did. They didn’t just descale the water heater, they went the extra mile by thoroughly inspecting and clearing all the ports, ensuring everything was in top shape. They even replaced the filter alongside the descaling, which was a nice added touch.On top of that, they offered a free home inspection and identified a few areas where we could save a significant amount of water. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to quality service were impressive. I’m extremely happy with their work and will definitely be using them again in the future. They are great plumbing near me and have a fair cost for all the work they provide. Very grateful to know that there are still few companies that pay attention to detail like these guys did.

On veterans day they came out and fixed our leak in the bathroom same day and in a timely fashion. We were experiencing a lot of toilet leaks, and it was causing water damage to the baseboards and drywall. A technician from elite plumbing pro came out and installed us a new toilet with all accessories included, and it also came with the one year warranty, which is really nice. The technician also made sure that the water pressure was not too high so it doesn’t damage the new toilet flush valve and everything was installed and diagnosed accordingly and I’m very satisfied with the professional services and professional appearance that elite plumbing pros has to offer with their work. Not a lot of plumbers wear shoe coverings but they do. Thank you!

It was about that time for a brand new water heater so I called out the plumbers and they gave me multiple options on water heaters and explained the work in great depth. What I really like is that everything comes with warranty as long as they supply it and they install it. Knowing that it makes me extremely confident and not only the work, but also in the company. I went with one of the best options so I can get my water heater up to code and it came with a five-year warranty. I am extremely satisfied with what elite plumbing pros had to offer so I ended up purchasing a annual flush for my water heater so they will come and flush my water heater without me even having to call anybody. I am definitely recommending my family to them.

Our water bill was higher than usual so I called the city out and the city had told me that there could be a potential slab leak and they were actually right. We called out elite plumbing pros and they performed a leak detection and located which line was leaking and then they presented multiple options for me to choose from. we decided to go with the reroute and they installed a new line so we did not have to jackhammer our floors and change the floors. Very knowledgeable and considerate technicians, I appreciate that amazing customer service and professionalism.

This was our first time having a slab leak but we are very grateful that we went with this plumbing company. Not only were they able to locate the leak and also propose multiple options to fix it we were able to get a lot of water damage approved by the insurance so all of the holes that had to be made in order to perform the fix was completely covered. , the plumber saved us a lot of money, but we did have to come out of pocket for the actual plumbing repair because insurance does not cover that. If you ever have a leak in your home plumber to take care of it for you these are your guys. Everything came with a 3 year warranty as well! Very professional and extremely kind people.

Was having issues with my toilet constantly running water even though nobody was using the bathroom. Called elite plumbing pros and Ryan came out. He did a really good job and I feel like I wasn’t just being sold the whole time they proposed multiple different options and also threw in a free plumbing inspection with the service. Turns out the reason why I constantly had water running was because I had really high water pressure so I look forward to getting that resolved with them as well. Ryan was really sweet and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I have been having drain problems because our house is kind of old and we have cast iron pipes. I called the plumber and they noticed a lot of water was coming from the crawlspace and when they went in there, they located the issue and proposed the multiple options for me to choose from. Definitely will be referring to elite plumbing pros again when I run into any issues. They are also plumbers near me. Before I called the plumbers, I was experiencing a lot of sewer issues with water backing up into my house. The plumbers snaked out my drain line and cleared the clog, after they were done removing the clogged drain they ran a camera to inspect the sewer and found shifting pipes which is called an offset of pipe. Located exactly where the issue was and did a really good job with the install and clean up. They had to dig up a good portion of the front yard and once they were done with all the work you can honestly barely tell work was done in the front. They do their best to keep things clean work, very professional and warranty all the work that I paid for. Definitely one of the best plumbing companies I have ever called.

Ran across an issue with our drains, we had deep root intrusions along with corroded, clay and cast-iron pipe. Elite plumbing pros had came out and gave us a camera inspection and propose a couple options for us to go with in regards to retraining a good section of the contaminated area. Luckily, they offer multiple options not in regards to just the work but also payment options so we were able to get the whole job financed and it also comes with a 5 year warranty. We are completely satisfied with the financing option, great professional services, and I already recommended them to my neighbors because they have the same issues with the roots and very rocky terrain.

We had an emergency call around 11 at night and the PVC in front of the house popped and water was just shooting to the roof. Called out elite plumbing pros for the emergency service and they do charge 250 just for the emergency but they come very fast and they were able to do the repair same night even though all the supply houses were closed, because they keep stuff ready for emergencies. The work itself was all additional costs on top of the 250 But not only was the work performed at a timely manner, they cleaned up after themselves and we have no issues with a one-year warranty. Elite plumbing pros provided me with a huge feeling of security, knowing that if I ever run into an issue in the middle of the night again I know who to call. I will be using again and referring them to my parents because if they ever have an emergency as well I know they will take care of them, they also give senior discounts. I had a emergency call for my toilet being clogged and when the plumbers came to unclog the toilet, they flushed the toilet a couple times and ran some tests to find that there was a leak coming from the ceiling and we did not know about it. They performed a leak detection and located exactly where the leak was gave us options to fix the leak and we were also able to get a lot of water damages covered by the insurance. Great plumbers and amazing emergency services! I highly recommend these plumbers. They are also quick to arrive and have clean work.

I had a gas leak at my house and I called the city and they shut off my gas to the meter. I called out the plumbers and the gas leak that I had at my house was bigger than I expected. Our house is a duplex and it is pretty old so we decided to do a gas pipe because it comes with a lot of warranty and its guaranteed to last. The Repipe option not only came with warranty, but it came with tracer wire, and also a sleeve for the gas pipe, so it last longer, and we can always locate exactly where it is without complications. The technicians explained everything great depth and detail and show expertise. I was very impressed with the work and decided to install additional work since all of the pipes and floor was exposed and add an additional riser for my duplex just in case the other house needs a new gas line to be tapped into so it saved us money. I appreciate elite plumbing pros hard work and dedication to prioritize my issue. We absolutely recommend these good plumbing services.

Sewer clog and that started backing up into the bathtub in the house. Ryan and Ali Camera the sewer line and found roots then they located where the roots were and gave some options to fix the issue. They gave options, wanted to get this permanently fixed so went with the middle option which allows to just get a direct spot repair. Not only did the scope of the work have multiple options, but also had a lot of options for payment methods which really helped because plumbing repairs are not cheap so we were able to finance the whole job. Work came with warranty and they cleaned up after themselves well enough. Would definitely use again and recommend them.

I noticed my floors in the kitchen would get hot and I didn’t really think much of it, but I then started to realize my water bill was extremely high so I called plumbers and they told me that I had a slab leak and the best way to locate this would be to get a leak detection done so they performed a leak detection and located the leak. They gave me some options to fix the leak and we ended up going with the reroute option so we did not have to jackhammer the floors. All we had to do is run a new line in the attic and it saved my floors completely, and it came with a five-year warranty, which makes me very confident and not only the company, but the work as well. They then offered multiple options to fix this leak and I ended up going with the option to replace the shower valve and I got the shower valve warrantied for one year. They checked the water pressure and meter to make sure there was no additional defects or leaks. I have worked with a lot of plumbers in the past and none of them perform work the way elite plumbing pro does. Definitely will be recommending them and using them again in the future.

Had Ali pump out the septic and he also installed a two-way clean out to allow access into the home and into the tank just in case another issue occurs. I had to get the water back on in order for my family to shower because we all had work and school the next morning. Thanks to elite plumbing pros for coming out after hours. We were able to have the water on. We did have to pay an after hour fee of $250 but they were very respectful and the fact that they were able to get everything working same night was much appreciated. recommend them especially if you have an emergency issue.

I came home from work and all of a sudden the water started to overfill in the sink while I was doing the dishes. Turns out it was a mainline, sewer clogg. So we had to call out the plumber and elite plumbing pros where the quickest to respond so they came out to snake the sewer line through the toilet. we never got a camera inspection done in the past so we ended up going with the second option to get both the snake and camera done at once. they finished cameraing through the toilet and found a belly and offset inside the line. We did not have a clean out on the property so if we ever had an emergency we would have to go through the toilet again or roof. The technicians were able to fix the repair and also install a cleanout for us at the same time so we did not have to spend double the money they got everything done up to code just one shot. I was really impressed with their expertise and the technicians are really respectful. We will definitely be using elite plumbing pros again!

Was experiencing a leak inside of my house and couldn’t turn off the water unless I turned it off at the meter my shut off valve was apparently a gate valve and those tend to fail. Had Elite plumbing pros come out and they installed a brand new riser with all new valves and addressed my leak. All the work has a warranty included as well. By far some of the most clean plumbing work I have ever had done.

I was renovating one of my duplexes and the water lines were galvanized and needed to be changed. I received a quote and accepted the option for a Repipe and I got my Repipe permitted with the city. The city inspected all the work and everything was good. Everything was re-piped with copper pipe and it is guaranteed to last a long time and the nice thing is they offer a great warranty. Work is clean and the customer service is great. Will be considering using them for my future repairs and projects.

We had some water drip through our ceiling after using our AC, but no HVAC vendor we used in the past was open, as it was a Saturday and they were closed. We called Elite Plumbing Pros and they walked through what they thought it could be and sure enough after sending some videos and pics, they stated they could fix it!Ali came out, took a look at it, explained what went wrong, answered all our questions, and gave us a very fair quote which we immediately accepted. After coming back from a supply store, he noticed it still wasnt performing as he expected, so he made another stop to the store and when he returned, it was completely fixed! He also mentioned some hoses and cables that needed to be up to code and educated us on checking for certain things and also included an overall plumbing inspection of our house.The inspection was fine and he recommended things to look out for as well. I mentioned to him I probably should replace my water heater soon, he took a look and rather than upsell me, he stated just to keep using it until there are symptoms that I can identify easily and the give him a call - that is trust and honesty!Anyway, hes going to be our future plumber or anything tangentially water-related as well as our go-to referral to family and friends!
