    I got rusted pipe in my house close to Christmas my bathroom was flooded and my carpet in the bedroom was wet. In order to fix this unexpected situation I got a quote from 03 plumbing Companies. I decided Elite because when they came to my house they listened to me they explained in detail the options and the prices. Their prices are affordable. I am so happy they did the job fast and well done. They are friendly and empathetic . I highly recommend Elite 🤩

    Called them to fix my area line in my backyard, believing it was just a clogged line. They were able to quickly diagnose that it wasnt just a clogged line, but a broken pipe due to tree roots and other debris. The professional crew had the repair fixed quickly, neatly and had it cleaned up as if the repair never happened. Based on other estimates I had received, this was by far the best value for the quality of work they produce. Thank you!

    I often dont trust a business that has all 5-star reviews because it looks suspicious, too good to be true has served me often as a red flag in my life and I was concerned about Elite Plumbing & Drains LLC, but our sewer line was backing up into the house and I called our usual plumber and two other guys before I gave up and called Elite Plumbing & Drains LLC.When I called Elite, they got me an appointment for service within 10 minutes of calling, for the very next day at 8AM (I called at 2PM on a Sunday).We knew when we bought the house that the sewer line was compromised so I knew more or less what I was getting into and how much it was all going to cost (wouldnt have been cheap regardless of who we went to), but Elite gave us a fair price, and had the work completed in less than 48 hours to repair 80 feet of damaged/clogged sewer line, with two added clean-outs so that any future issues can hopefully be more easily addressed.Dannon and his crew were among the best tradesmen Ive ever received help from, and I say that as someone with a long family history in the trades. These guys are respectful, clean, considerate, punctual, and they communicate very well. Its rare to see this level of care and professionalism out there in the world, these guys just became my go-to plumbers for any future issues I run into.

    I will be using these guys again. Everado and Jose helped me out tremendously with a recurring issue at my Mother’s house. We had another company install a brand new water heater that kept having issues. After several failed attempts with the other company to remedy the issue and getting the runaround, I sought out Elite plumbing for a second opinion after reading their reviews. Originally I called during emergency hours, but the owner was very upfront that it would be a waste of money since they couldn’t call the water heater manufacturer to diagnose the problem until the morning. After coming out (on time) the following morning, they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and provide a cost effective recommendation which was actually through our warranty with the propane company. Living out of state, it has been very challenging to help my mother when problems arise. Sometimes it feels like she gets taken advantage of. Not these guys. They were great. I will be using them again for all of our plumbing needs.

    I had a drain cleaned out on xmas eve by a plumbing co i had used in past. Thought all was resolved and left for family event and xmas day the problem reoccurred but worse. No return call then or still from that plumbing co. I found Elite and Everardo came out xmas day within hour and found much bigger problem but stayed to fix temporarily until hs could bring crew. He, Dannon, Guillermo, Jose, Duane and Gerardo were all polite, professional and worked non stop to replace sewer lines, etc. Finished prior to estimated completion time and clean up was superb! Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs!

    Elite Plumbing came out and assessed our plumbing needs and found, through video inspection, a problem with our drain system. They had the proper tools and equipment to quickly diagnose the problem and give us an accurate estimate for the repair. They repaired the backed up sewer line and even placed a pipe sleeve along the main line, permanently solving the issue at hand. They were professional and work done was to the highest quality and given attention to detail upon completion. I recommend Elite Plumbing to any business or homeowner experiencing any type of plumbing issues.

    I recently had a fantastic experience with Elite plumbing and Drains. Their team was awesome, punctual, professional, and highly skilled. The owner was amazing he came to site a couple of times to supervise the work and make sure everything was going smoothly.     We needed extensive assistance with our sewer blockage and plumbing under the sink and a leaking faucet.     Fast! Literally at my door for a quote within a half hour. To be fair, they happened to be in the area. But to stop by on a Friday at 4p after just finishing a job, wow! Another half hour later the quote was emailed, fair, and easy to approve with their email quote approval system. Slab leak pipe was upgraded, reran, patched, textured(walls too), and cleaned by Tuesday, all within a single six hour visit. Highly recommend!

    Randolph was terrific!! Edit to update: I have a 60-year home that needed some unexpected work. I called Everardo and he and his team got it done quickly and professionally, with many smiles. Things theyve accomplished: 1) moving water heater from kitchen to outside; 2) cleaning up 60 years of mishmashed pipe work under the sink; 3) installing an RO system and new garbage disposal; 4) sleeving a cast iron pipe; 5) replacing broken pipe; 6) basic drain clearing, to name a few. This morning I woke up to find a puddle on my kitchen floor. I shut off water, went to work, and texted Everado. Hes sending Jose (***** amazing tech) right over. I left my back door unlocked for them.That is how much I trust Everarado and his team. They were referred to me and I am so happy with them. 5 stars? Every. Time.

    My experience with Elite plumbing and drains was the best, i had a big problem with the main line, called them, they returned my call in mins, spoke to Jr, came over, gave me an estimate, he was very attentive and courteous, so I hired him, the team showed up the next day (Sunday) 3 guys ( Duane, Memo and Rick?)very respectful, Everardo (jr) did a lot more than just the job, great customer service!     I recently had Elite Plumbing replace a cold water shower cartridge in my rental unit. Despite the initial replacement, the manager noticed a slow drip. Everardo, the owner, promptly contacted me, assured me everything would be taken care of, and refunded the money. He even replaced the shower valve with a new modern one for me. The team at Elite Plumbing is incredibly honest, and Everardo went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect before leaving. Truly a gem in the industry—highly recommended!

    I have had many home repair and improvement experiences with plumbers, contractors and painters in my day, and believe me when I tell you that my experience with Elite Plumbing & Drains was the best of the best.George was incredibly polite and professional. He replaced the dated trim in my bathtub, and even made a impromptu trip to hardware store to try and source a better fitting trim piece for my shower arm.     I do not know where to begin, it started out to be a major nightmare. A week ago I called to get an idea of what was needed to be done with my plumbing. The company I called out not only quoted me an amount that was way beyond what I ever imagined, they said job was going to be at least 5 days. They also said they were going to crack my tile in all three bathrooms and jackhammer cement. The fixing of the tile was also not theirresponsibility to fix, I would have to spend additional $$$’s for repairs.Then I met and talk to owner of Elite Plumbing, what a compassionate nice individual, he explained everything to me, quoted me one fourth the price, no bathrooms tore up. He reassured me that all work could be done outside, and said it would take possibly two days. I went with them, he not only finished my job in one day but cleaned and cleared everything up. If you are looking for a honest company, please contact Elite Plumbing. I would give them 10 stars if available, they are awesome.A few days later my other property was having problems with hot water, again a few months ago I had someone out to clean hot water tank and replace starter. I spent again what I thought was way too much for what needed to be done, trusted them to take care of it. I find out from Elite plumbing that the waterless hot water heater was not good and needed to be replaced. I can not understand how these companies can keep doing this, and get away with it. I am sticking with Elite plumbing, it’s hard to find an owner with such integrity. 10 Stars I would totally give you, thanks Elite plumbing for taking care of my plumbing needs.

    This company is impressive and stands out from the rest. Ritchie and Dwayne both came to my door and were professional. They were prompt and efficient, installed a new garbage disposal and even threw in some new piping at a very competitive fee. And with their experience and both of them it only took them less than 90 minutes. Also, the customer service on the phone was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

    I had a pipe break in my shower and I called Everardo at Elite Plumbing on a Friday night and he came right over and gave me a free estimate. I was surprised that he could schedule me for first thing in the morning since they were going to have to go throught the wall to fix it. I thought it would take a couple of days.     Everyone at Elite Plumbing is top notch professional from first calling to set up a quote Ritchie was very polite on the phone then when he came out him and Memo and Dwayne I felt comfortable and they can get the job done..They redid all our Plumbing and Sewer lines it was well time to get it done our home will be turning 100 years old next year..     We just bought our new home not even a month ago and we started to see a leak about 2 days on our master bedroom bathroom. We tried fixing it on our own in many different ways but all attempts were unsuccessful. My husband and I decided to call Elite plumbing and the owner answered around 9:30pm. He gave us a quote and was at our house in 30 minutes!! He lets us know what could be the different issues but for last night he just wanted to make sure there was no more leaks and he wanted to make sure we can use our other bathroom with no issues. He was able to fix the leak in less than an hour. Today they will be coming back to do an inspection through the pipes to see what the main issue is. The owner is really nice & informative. We are so thankful he was able to come fix this leak last night, they will now be our go to plumbers for all plumbing issues moving forward. Thank you

    It all started with a slow draining toilet. Another plumbing company came out and put a camera into the sewer line. They discovered it was buckled with roots intruding into it. Their quote was extremely high - so high that it was nauseating! So, we sought other estimates.The second plumbing company gave an estimate that was half of the first company’s. Elite was the third company that came out. They pinpointed the problem and recommended a cost-effective but comprehensive solution (80% less that the first guys!).Richie and crew were professional and kept a tidy work area. Richie did an excellent job of keeping us updated and explaining the scope of work.My husband and I are thankful for Elite. They are honest; they won’t try to sell you services you do not need, like other companies. Elite is our “go-to” plumbers for life.

    We noticed our floor was extremely warm in some areas of our home and after some googling we determined the most probable cause was a leak in the hot water pipe. Jorge Nunez picked up the phone and although he was extremely busy himself he squeezed us in and was a God send.     After informing our management company that our toilet and kitchen sink were leaking, we figured itd be a few days before we heard from whatever fly by night company they called to come fix the leak. But, no, it was next day. And multiple seals were completed within twenty minutes by a super pleasant guy named Alex. Couldnt be happier with how fast the job was done and how there was zero mess left.When we move, when people ask, Id happily recommend them. I dont know about others, but Alex was good not just because hes good, but I have a curious dog and daughter that peaked in on him and he was still able to complete everything.
