We were having a big problem with our water pressure—there was no hot water pressure at all, just a trickle throughout the whole house. Adrian from Drains and Plumbing 24 came out and got everything fixed in one visit. Now everything works perfectly! He was super professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. What I really appreciated was that he took the time to show us exactly what caused the issue and gave us tips on how to avoid it happening again. I’d definitely recommend Adrian if you need a good plumber!

Adrian and the Drains and Plumbing 24 business will forever have a customer in me. A different plumbing company quoted me a ridiculous price for a bathtub and sink that needed to be unclogged. They even tried to scare me into thinking I had a bigger issue that needed to be fixed. Once I was able to get a second opinion from Adrian, my mind was at ease. What the other company didn’t bring to the table was the proper tools and patience. Adrian came into my home and was friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. When he fixed the issue, I was so happy that I wanted to cry! I would have paid double to get this issue fixed! I am thankful for a business like Drains and Plumbing 24 because they have responsible and knowledgeable technicians to complete these jobs.

Wow such the best experience in my whole entire life by seeing Gerardo who is the Plummer. He came on time and did amazing work fixing all my drains what was clogged for a long time, I had couple Plummer came over to fix those drains but they either just cleaned on the surface or couldn’t do anything to make it work. Gerardo came over so fast the very next day I called and he cleaned the pipes first then brought the big machine to go deep down on the drains to make sure it all cleaned up, he was taking his time and made sure the job done right in the best way possible. Plus he cleaned up the whole area so well after done . Beside doing amazing work, he is very nice, kind and so friendly. I’m strongly recommending Drains and Pluming 24, small business own with very professional technicians with lot of experiences. Also they charge with very reasonable great price for the best quality work, i absolutely will send family and friends or anyone I know to them . I’m so happy with the service!!!

Our one bathroom home doesnt allow us to wait for days for a fix. When I was told a tech would be by that afternoon, I expected an assessment of the intermittent singing and the leak with service on another day. I was very wrong. He arrived, assessed the problem on our 70 year old toilet correctly and attempted to fix it. The old toilet had a balance/wear issue that was not immediately apparent. It had to be retired and we had a new toilet before he left at 9:30 pm. There have been zero issues since.

Outstanding job, beginning to end. Had another plumber come over to look at my water heater. He attempted to relight the pilot, same as I did on my own, declared it dead and tried to sell me a ridiculously overpriced replacement.He left, and I contacted Drains and Plumbing 24. They scheduled an appointment only an hour after my call (would have responded faster, but I had already left home), and actually took the time to troubleshoot. When this failed, he gave me several options to choose from that would best suit my needs and budget. In the end, I decided to replace the water heater, but at a price that I felt was reasonable, around two thirds of the price quoted by the first plumber. Drains and Plumbing 24 took the time to explain operations and maintenance for the new unit and answered all of my questions. I felt like I was a customer, instead of the sucker the first company evidently took me to be.Looks like I have a new plumber to take care of my home! Highly recommended!

Ill start off by saying that Drains and Plumbing 24 will now be going on my Emergency Contact List.PRIOR to Drains and Plumbing 24, my home warranty contracted a plumbing company to come out to my home to clear a backup in my bathtub and restroom sink. The technician arrived and after approximately 30 minutes, he said it looked like I had a bigger issue at hand such as a broken drain and the drain would need a camera inspection. He also wanted to install a clean out. After he left my home, I walked in to puddles of water in my vanity, resulting in water damage.I then reached out to Drains and Plumbing 24 for a second opinion. Adrian was the technician who came to my home and arrived within the estimated time given. Right off the bat, he was professional and personable. He walked in my house and treated it as if it was his. He made sure to be clean while walking in and out of my house. After he assessed the backup issues, Adrian assured me and my wife that our drains were not compromised. He took his time clearing the clog and was very clean and meticulous throughout the process. Clearing the clog required Adrian to run the drain snake multiple times, but he did not give up or try to sell me on additional services our home did not need. Lo and behold, Adrian cleared the drains and found the culprit, a big wad of my wifes hair.I was very grateful for Adrians honest and hard work. He could have easily taken the easy route like the previous plumber to try to sell us on work our house did not need, just to make his job easier. Instead, Adrian invested his time and some elbow grease into providing exceptional work that fixed the issue at hand. After Adrian completed the job, he made sure everything was clean just as it was before his arrival. Adrian asked us if we had any questions and provided valuable information for the questions we did have.Overall, Adrian from Drains and Plumbing provided exceptional work at a great and reasonable value without compromising the A+ customer service we all yearn for.

We needed a plumber on a Saturday at 2pm. I looked on Google Maps and found DRAINS AND PLUMBING 24 as the closest option. I called and lucky for us they were able to come out within an hour. The problem was roots in the line and how it happened was explained. Now we need to do our part to fix any future problems from happening. I got a first-timer discount and a magnet that is good for $50 off until you cant read it anymore. Thank you for fixing our problem quickly.UPDATE!!!! ROOTS, AGAIN WITH THE ROOTS!I called again about a backed-up drain. Again, they were quick to come help. The solution cost more this time, but we should not have a problem for quite a while. We were given a one-year guarantee on this job. I love these guys!P.S. DO WHAT THEY RECOMMEND THE FIRST TIME!

I highly recommend this company. I spoke with Jose on the phone and he and another of the employees was able to come out to my house within just a couple hours after me placing a call. They were extremely thorough and knowledgeable. They were so helpful and giving me all of the options that I could do because unfortunately money is always an issue, especially when you’re disabled and unlimited income. When we decided on what route I was gonna take they fixed. My week extremely quickly and they were able to remove an old water heater that had no longer works for me. They capped off that mine also. Jose told me that there was another leak once they had turn the water back on. And he fixed it for free. He didn’t even tell me and tell me and I can’t tell you just how happy I am a Thera professional customer service and going the extra mile. They had booties to put over there if they needed to come in the house which they did not. I thought that was extremely thoughtful of them about houses and carpets and not wanting to damage them. I’ve never known any other plumbing company to have that, but I’m Out there. I was recommended to contact Jose with Drains and Plumbing 24 to Hydro Jet our main line. We were having issues with things backing up and had another company clear the line the day before just to have issues again at night. Jose came out, inspected the lines and gave us a VERY FAIR price that significantly better than the other companies quote. Everything was completed quickly and throughly. After a few days I thought we had another issue and Jose came out FREE of charge to take a look and make sure everything was great. Turns out my kids flushed something they shouldn’t have and Jose cleared everything up again and refused to accept payment even though it was unrelated to the hydro jetting. Honestly this is the best experience with a plumber that I have ever had and I do not feel like I was taken advantage of at all like I do with other companies. Highly recommended!

During my Saturday morning while washing dishes water started spilling out from under my kitchen sink. Prior to this incident I had noticed the faucet was acting up by not properly shutting off.This occurred at 9:30am, so I decided to Google search a much needed plumber. I decided on Drains and Plumbing 24 based on merit reviews. I spoke with Jose who was on another service call, but gave me an eta of 12:30-1:30pm to arrive at my home.At 12:00pm Jose and Gerardo arrived onsite for service. I immediately noticed their respect for our property. They had to park around the corner of our house as not to block our driveway, and before entering our home they slipped on some protective covers over their shoes. This showed me they not only cared, but were attentive to the little things.What I appreciated is how professional and upfront Jose was. After diagnosing the problem with our kitchen sink he showed us pictures and explained what the issue was and what caused it. We needed to replace the entire faucet fixture due to the worn out threading on the hose.Jose gave us a quote for all parts and labor needed. He stated that in the off chance the parts would cost more he would immediately inform us of any price changes. My take away from this is that it’s great to do business with someone who is upfront and clear about things. No surprises. They even offer a year warranty for their repair.After replacing our kitchen faucet, Jose went above and beyond by fixing our switch to our garbage disposal. We had to keep it unplugged since the switch wouldn’t shut off the garbage disposal. He made a minor adjustment inside the switch and now we have a full functioning garbage disposal. This service wasn’t even part of the quoted job he was called out for. I wasn’t charged for this or for the minor adjustment that was needed to my bathroom sink drain plug.All in all I am completely satisfied with the service we received. Jose and Gerardo are my guys for any and all my plumbing needs moving forward. I HIGHLY recommend using Drains and Plumbing 24.

Very impressed with the technical knowledge of plumbing in general, and plumbing leak detection and repair specifically. We had a slow leak that had probably been flowing from an upstairs shower fitting for months, if not years. I was trying to avoid a complete re-pipe if possible, and Jose worked with me to find a solution that should be good for years to come. He explained how the pipe coming from the slab was probably still salvageable based on the ability to still hold water. He also demonstrated a high level of knowledge related to plumbing codes and best practices. Excellent over-all experience. Call on Jose and Drains and Plumbing 24 and you wont be disappointed.

Jose work on my main water leaks, it was hot day, 2pm scheduled, he came on time, Not wasted any time start work right away, I mean it was high 90s on temperature, the soils were hard, No complaints.He came back early next morning to check, and have the water on for us.Fast response time.My personally will call him for my plumbing repairs.
