We’ve had him come over multiple times over the years, and he always provides us quick, honest service.Our contractor was having difficulty with the plumbing on our new shower remodel, so we called Best Plumbing. Jason saved the day again, and finished our shower remodel for 1/2 the cost.

Best Plumbing Services is literally the best! Jason did a great job on my condo, installing a new tub, a new shower making my half bath into a 3/4 bathroom, and plumbing for a washer. I recently experienced a major leak in my main water line. I contacted Best Plumbing on a Friday afternoon and was able to schedule an appointment with Jason for the following Monday. Jason arrived on time and professionally explained two repair options. He recommended replacing the entire line between the meter and the house, including installing a new valve and pressure regulator, as the best long-term solution.The work began at 8 a.m. in the following morning and was completed before 4 p.m. Jason and his team did an excellent job, providing photos to show the problem area and explaining the root cause of the leak. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and the thoroughness of their approach.

Alfred arrived at the expected time. He was professional and courteous. He looked at all the accessible areas to unclog my shower. He explained what he was doing. He immediately found the blockage and was able to remove a large blockage. When he left my plumbing was working perfectly without any issues. The bradford white water heater I bought needed a gas control valve replaced. Adam came out and did a great job like he has every time hes come out. The warranty was just outside of a year so even though the part was covered, I still had to pay $300 for labor of 2 hours. I feel that amount is a lot especially since it was product failure, but such is life. Im still giving 5 stars for Adams service but maybe truly 3 stars overall for price.

My grandma Bonnie has only ever used this plumber, she recently had a leak in some of her faucets and also, a Home Owner Insurance Inspector just denied her for having rust in the bathroom. Tony Rueda not only fixed her faucets at a great price but found no rust in her bathroom! He then printed her a paper that showed there was no rust! You don’t know how much that means to her family we all thank this company so much, they went more then above and beyond! THANK YOU!!!

We had Jason out to look at an outside leak that was very mysterious and me and my son in law looked for weeks and could not seem to find it . Jason showed up with equipment that was out of this world and his skills and knowledge blew me away . Needless to say about 45 mins into the job the leak was found and resolved. What really blew me away was I was working on my travel trailer that day that me and my son in law could not remove a piece on the water heater . We tryed everything Jason walks over and touched it and it literally came off like magic . Nick saved the DAY! I was notified by a neighbor of a massive leak at my house. Nick came out almost immediately, got the leak stopped and was even able to run water to the house while the repairs were being made. He found out during inspection the plumbing was run incorrectly. He not only fixed the leak but also took some preventative measures to prevent a repeat incident in the not so distant future. I found this very professional and intelligent. They came promptly as they promised (we got an appt for the next morning of the day I called, with a front yard leak problem). Adam was great, he is the one who did most of the work. Bob came by to support from time to time. Adam is friendly and professional. And in the beginning of the day, it was Jason the owner who came to diagnose the problem and explain the action plan (and quoted the fees). One can tell Jason wants a job done right and cares about his companys reputation.Their company is professional, even the receptionist is kind and patient on the phone. Jason promised that the repair of the main pipe will be done the same day (we were panicking due to the large amount of water that was running to curbside non-stop overnight). The problem was solved by the afternoon with their nonstop working for hours. And they offer one year warranty on their work. Its good to support a local business, especially when they do the work with care. Thank you Best Plumbing for your help today! We will definitely call you with future plumbing issues, but hopefully not too soon. :)

Had a busted water meter not easy to get to due to roots from pine trees that were covering the area which created the break in the pipe. JASON was my first point of contact and was very responsive, with an immediate appointment for the next morning and I appreciate that! ( I called late in the day). Replacement of leaking Moen shower cartridge was performed very quickly. Cause of leaking shower cartridge was found to be defective water pressure regulator. Water pressure in the house was around 90psi vs normal 60psi. A few days later the pressure regulator was procured and installed very quickly.

I had a drain blockage and this was my first experience with a plumbing issue in my house. Originally I went through my home insurance and they sent me a company who came out and told me, “he would not price gauge me so don’t worry.” Whenever people say that you can be sure that is exactly what they will do. Sure enough, he told me there was “no way” to access the blockage because my pipes were not done correctly in my house. Because he wrote on the assessment that it wasn’t done correctly insurance wouldn’t cover it. The other company gave me an estimate of $2400! I immediately called Best Plumbing to get a second opinion. They did find a way to access the drain, unclogged it, and cleaned up! I was blown away! The first company claimed they would have to dig down and “crack my pipes” to gain access to the blockage and it would take all day to repair to the tune of $2400. Best Plumbing gained access, DID NOT crack pipes, cleaned up after the mess the blockage caused and it was a fraction of the original estimate I received from the first company. The even fixed my garbage disposal which we uncovered had an issue while they were there. He also showedMe how to do it myself if it ever happened again. I am so greatful to Best Plumbing and their staff and I highly recommend them!

I had been living without hot water on demand because I moved in to a house with a tankless heater and assumed that was normal! Letting the water run for 3-5 mins to get hot water! I was worried at first because attempting to use the company website for scheduling did not seem to work out (my browser blocked the redirect the first time I tried, but I changed the setting and tried again), and so I called them after about four or five hours without hearing back. Mr. Best answered and explained that he had not received a request, but told me hed get back to me later in the day to schedule something. The company did get back to me later that day, and scheduled a tech to come out this morning between 8-10 AM. I received a call from the tech (Ryan) during that slot, and he informed me that he would be out by 10, and he was. He brought the faucet Id agreed to purchase, and he had it up and running in about half an hour. He was an extremely personable and professional tradesman, which has not always been my experience here in Riverside. Barring any leaks that show up in the next few days under that faucet, this five star review will live on forever in the hearts of mankind, blah blah blah. Anyway, great job by Best Plumbing Service, at a very fair cost, and handled more rapidly than Id have ever expected.
