Fantastic experience with Sunburst. I had them install a battery powered backup sump pump at my home with excellent results. I had mixed results with quotes prior but Sunburst really knew what they were doing. They completed the project as planned and at a reasonable price. Super clean job! Thanks!

I am new to the Ridgefield area. I needed a few small bathroom fixes. They arrived on time and fixed 2 of the 3 issues. The dripping shower needed a cartridge that they did not have with them. They assured me that it would be a 10 minute fix with the correct cartridge. I stressed that I was looking to find my long term plumber and to not forget to come back. That was over 3 weeks ago. My shower still drips (how many gallons literally down the drain?). I called the office after about a week and was promised a call back with info as to when they would come. That was two weeks ago. No call, no service visit. Plumber came the next day and fixed it. I raised from 3 to 4 stars.

I’ve used the Sunburst team for more than ten years. They are super responsive in an emergency. (Thankfully not many of those calls!) They also have been super helpful with two DIY bathroom renovation projects over the years. Great team, solid work, and fairest price… I highly recommend them.

I had work done in a bathroom , several valves replaced, and an outdoor wall faucet replaced. They show up on time as promised and the work was done very quickly. Happy customer.

I have used Sunburst Plumbing & Heating for over 15 years, they are my go to for ANY plumbing or heating issue in my 80 year old house. From small projects like fixing a perpetually running toilet and updating fixtures in a bathroom shower and sink, to large projects -- repairing damage from frozen pipes bursting in my family room ceiling and just last summer, replacing my 30 year old furnace, hot water heater and well tank. They are the best! Tom and his crew are wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, caring and professional. Absolutely recommend.

Very happy customer. Tom is very organized and sent John over to my house the same day. I had discovered a leak under my vanity and also needed a faucet replaced. John arrived and got right to work. I am impressed with his quality work and reasonable price. In fact, I am expecting an estimate for another non-urgent plumbing project. Highly recommend Sunburst. John was great!

Tom and his professional staffs (Kenny and his buddy) helped to replace the electric hot water heater with propane tankless heater in my house. They came several times to evaluate/finish different stages of the installation (initial gas pipe installation, removing old hot water heater and install the new tankless water heater). They did a very good job for the project. My wife and I are very happy with their service. We will use them again in the future.

Excellent, friendly, and knowledgable help--both from Beth on the phone and especially Ken in my home. From my notes taken during and after Kens visit: Call Beth: give Ken a raise! SUCH a cool, smart guy. Ken knew exactly how to fix our problem, explained what he was doing, AND provided some prophylactic measures that we might take to prevent any future problems.

The insulation on our pipes was old and worn - Sunburst was out in just a day or so to add insulation around the old piping and their services were very affordable. Wouldnt call anyone else.
