Great customer experience! I was quickly connected to the Project Consultant who answered all my questions and described in detail the work to be done. I was given several cost options for the type of work to be done , how long it would take and when I could expect the work to be started & finished. I would definitely recommend Henco Plumbing Service.Jesse and Nick arrived to start work early Tuesday morning. They mapped out a route for the replacement Main Water Line from the utilitys meter to our house.Jesse Offered several options of installing Main Water Line, and we agreed to have the Water Line routed through the concrete slab and inside the Garage. Jesse replaced the original gate valve with a new ball valve and insulated new pipe. Jesse showed me the location of the tracer wire should future utility traces be needed.Jesse and Nick continued to work into early afternoon and began a thorough cleanup including back filling any holes they dug.I appreciated the quality of their work and their respect and care of my property and would recommend Henco Plumbing for future jobs.

I hired Henco plumbing after collecting three plumbers because they initially seemed the most knowledgeable.Both the plumbers who installed my water heater and Ryland, who replaced a leaky hose bib and installed my Watermark whole house filtration system, were excellent.They all called in advance to let me know they were coming, were courteous and professional, made sure I understood what they were doing and what to expect during the installations, and left everything immaculate.Ryland was also very conscientious about explaining how my filtration system works and answering all my questions.I highly recommend Henco Plumbing.

We experienced the dreaded main waterline rupture between the house and meter. Henco was out the next morning to attempt the repair, but ran into the multitude of rock so prevalent here. After the day of effort, they hooked us up to water, and made their plan of attack for the next work day. That did the trick, and they completed the nearly 100 ft run. The cleanup was beyond expectation. Always polite, explained everything, and didn’t mind the onlookers. Please give them a call for any plumbing needs. You will be glad you did!

Henco installed the natural gas fuel line for our backup generator. Tony, the technician assessed our site then clearly explained his recommendations and reasoning. When a problem arose with the installation, he was able to provide a solution with the least inconvenience for us. The support staff, like the tech were helpful and direct. When your water heater goes out it is definitely an urgent emergency. I called Henco and they said that that a Tech. would call me back and do an estimate. Chris Greenwood called right back and said he could be there in 30 min. He was and he was a great guy from the start. Helpfull and friendly he surveyed the job and gave an estimate that was lower than two phone estimates I had gotten earlier over the phone. We agreed and Chris took over and did a fantastic job he did everything and brought the heater installation up to code and got the inspection done then cleaned up and hauled the tank and stuff away! Really 5 star service. Henco and Chris are our new plumbers!

Michael very efficiently cleared a main line clog that another company wasn’t able to clear. He communicated well all along the way. He checked the crawl space to rule out a possible leak from the shower. He left the home clean. He was clear on pricing. Excellent all around.

I had Anthony Lemery from Henco Plumbing install new plumbing under my home. It was a tough job to do for 1 guy but he crawled around in my crawl space a replaced all the old cast iron plumbing.worked like a professional plumber and stayed until the job was done. Did a amazing cleanup job and took all the old pipes with him. I would highly recommend this young man and Henco plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing done. Michael and Drew came to inspect and provide estimate. Both gentlemen were pleasant, informative, and patient about answering are questions. They were professional, thorough, and we feel confident doing business with Henco Plumbing.Okay, the job is finished. Justin & Drew came to do the the work. They had to remove and reinstall the drain pipes from one end of the house to the other. I cant find words to describe the disaster they had deal with. What I can say is that after they were done (surprising quickly), the water tank install as well as the drain pipes under the cabinets and house were nothing short of a work of art. And yes I carefully inspected every single inch of there work under the cabinets and house! I can feel good about recommending Henco Plumbing

Contacted Henco for service of a Noritz On Demand water heater, and a next day appointment was available.Joshua arrived at the scheduled time. He inspected the unit and provided choices and recommendations of what could be done to flush and service so the unit (which was intermittent) would function properly, and the costs involved. He was very patient with my questions, and invited me to observe.Joshua also gave suggestions on proper care and that I should drain the unit during extreme freeze events to prevent damage. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends.Pricing was based on the service performed, rather than an hourly rate. The repair cost was in line with other estimates, which, like everything else, has gone up substantially over the years. based on the excellent and prompt service, Ill certainly call Henco in the future.

So i dont usually do this, but my experience (replacing my 90 year old mothers hot water heater - emergency) with Henco Plumbing was top notch! Everything they said they would do they did and when it was said they would do it. The lady ( sorry i do not recall her name) who answered my first phone call was pleasant and committed it would be done the next day and i would receive a call that evening for timing. Dillon called me that evening and told me the technician would be on site by 8:30 am - - - and he was! Colton Watson, the technician, could not have been more pleasant and certain knew his stuff. He got all the materials he needed and worked diligently to complete the work required (including the recirculation attachment so that the house would have hot water closer to the faucets during normal daytime hours). He finished right at the time he said he would. What more can you ask for - - - timely, quality, pleasant support when you have a need - Thank You Henco Team - my mother is enjoyng having hot water back in the house!

They fixed it quickly and got us back up and running and got a quote to fully fix the problem (the cement sewer line has caved in >.

Cody Allenton was excellent. Too much effort is put into up selling products and services. I knew what I wanted and that part took less than 15 minutes. The charge was atrocious. I get a toilet unplugged at my commercial building in another city for less than one -fourth of what I was charged.

It seems that most places are going to take longer than that these days, so the speed was a nice surprise. Josh identified the leak quickly, fixed it, made sure the leak had actually stopped, and checked around the house for other possible issues that we should watch for. Technicians Troy Litle, Jacob Wald, and Ryland Hanno replaced my old galvanized pipes with PEX, installed new supply lines and fixtures in all bathrooms, replaced five hose bibs, routed a dedicated hot water line with recirculating pump, decommissioned and removed a water heater, and installed a reverse osmosis filter in my 2-story home, in addition to replacing a broken double check valve serving my sprinkler system, all in 2 1/2 days. Their work was thorough and secure. They took pains to keep my home clean and tidied up afterwards. Senior technician Drew Lipe added his expertise and quality control at key points in the project. Hencos price for their excellent work beat the competition. This job also came with an outstanding customer care package. Great service by the installing technician, comparable pricing to others. New water heater install went flawless. Only issue was with scheduling the install. Appointment was set up for next day with a 4 hour window of arrival, 12pm-4pm. Get a call the next morning saying my schedule window was different than what I scheduled, 10am-12pm. Technician installing ended up arriving at 9:55am, 2 hours earlier than my original time scheduled. Called the person I set up the appointment with and they told me they were sent a request to change the time by the technician and he approved it. I was never notified and asked if the new timeframe would work. I had told the scheduler that it was difficult for me to leave work and the later the better. I was not happy that I was required to put half the fee down to schedule an appointment and then they chose to change my appointment without asking if the new appointment times would work or even notifying me at all. I would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for the scheduling issue.

My sewer line backed up causing water overflow in both bathrooms, both toilets and both showers in my single residence home on Sunday night June 23. Mark arrived promptly in the morning to diagnose the issues, He quickly discovered my sewer line had been invaded by root infestation and compromised a concrete sewer line connecting to the main city line. Mark displayed tremendous patience with me showing through his sewer line camera the exact problem that needed to be addressed and how that problem could be remedied.Mark was a tremendous wealth of knowledge and information and taught me many concepts about my sewer line that I had no idea about previously. He patiently answered all my questions and proposed several courses of actions as a homeowner I could take to prevent future problems. Mark spend the entire day at my house ridding my sewer line of the root infestation and describing in detail the permanent solutions for the issue. Although there was a slight problem with scheduling it was handled immediately. The technician, Ricky May called ahead and arrived within the agreed upon window. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He told me exactly what he was going to do, and when done, explained all projected charges. The total was SO close to what Id anticipated I agreed on the spot. Turns out that we had a good size clog in the main drain line, but Ricky was able to clear it - Such a relief! Id already purchased a new toilet and he explained a worst case scenario that might occur with the install. Fortunately everything went smoothly. I appreciated Zach’s communication on when he was on his way, so we were prepared. He was on time and worked hard all by himself, installing our new water heater and new dryer ventilation system underneath the house. Zach kept us up to date on what he was doing throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. Zach’s had an awesome attitude, he was upbeat and very polite and professional! Henco is lucky to have him as an employee.

Had a leak under kitchen sink and Henco was able to send out a plumber the next day! Chris was polite, respectful, and fixed the leak by replacing the water shutoff valve. This is the 2nd time I have used Henco, both positive, and will use then again if needed.

Travis from Henco Plumbing came to check out our leaking outside faucets. He looked, gave us a couple of options and then fixed both front and back faucets quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up and was on his way. A nice man who did an excellent job. This is the second time weve called Henco for plumbing work on a house we recently bought. Rick from Henco arrived on time for my job. He addressed the problem and concluded that my surge pump worked fine only that it was clogged up with grease. He stated that I should use a enzyme additive called Bio-Clean and would send me the website info, awaiting that info. He closed up and was gone in @ 1 hr. I recently had a repair done to the water main at my duplex in Vancouver. My experience with Henco Plumbing was excellent from my first contact with the office to job completion. I got three estimates, all from companies referred by friends, all very close to one another in total cost. Chris, my estimator, did a great job of explaining options and providing detailed estimates. Skyler and Reade did the work in a very professional manner with great attention to the details, answering any questions with patience, and cleaning up all work areas. I will call Henco with my future plumbing needs and recommend that you do the same.

The week of Thanksgiving, our on-demand water heater decided to fail. House guests were arriving in 2 days. Henco was able to schedule the work to replace the unit right away and we averted what could have been a real disastrous holiday. Colton explained everything clearly and did the work quickly & efficiently and everything was left clean and neat. I would highly recommend Henco and will be sure to use them in the future.

Our sewer line backed up and caused a big old mess and a huge amount of stress for me and my wife. Henco dispatched Greg and he was a miracle worker. He offered a couple different solutions at a couple different price points which was awesome. He quickly got to work And was able to show me exactly where the problems were in the line. He was able to quickly unclog the entire sewage line and get us back up and running. Thanks Greg, you are truly a hero!
