We discovered our water heater had been leaking and we had no idea until it ruin one of our walls. We had just replaced the water heater 4 years ago, so it was very unexpected and frustrating. It was covered by the manufacturer warranty, but ofcourse we had to figured out how to get it to Homedepot to exchange it and reinstall. We called Lauer Plumbing the next morning at around 8:45am and they were in my house by 9am draining, disconnecting and taking it to Homedepot for exchanging. They came back reconnected and were done with everything before 11:30am. They were professional, understood my frustration and helped with the situation in less than 3 hours. I highly recommend them!!

I could not get my plumber as he was busy on other jobs, he recommended Lauer Plumbing. Mike answered my call and sent a crew within an hour and replaced a leaking pipe and new faucet we provided. Mike and his crew are trustworthy and stickler for details. While fixing the sewer line in the basement he had to flush the upstairs toilet and it wouldn’t stop running and needed a small piece also so he fixed that promptly and saved me a higher water usage bill. Love this company they are like having a family member in the business.

When hurricane Ida hitand I had almost 3 feet of water in my basement. We had lost our hot water heater. Not only did Mike and his workers Tim and Richie, give me a pump to use to facilitate getting the water out of the basement. They came immediately to install a new hot water heater( tankless on demand system this time I fully recommend it) to ensure that there was this little downtime as possible. Professional, on time. Hauled away old unit. Having someone who will help in all emergencies was a relief. I cannot wait to use them for all future plumbing needs

Very professional and on time service. Mike responded to my voicemail same day, was out the next morning to provide an estimate, and had his crew there on time next morning. His pricing was fair, services were done as promised, stayed and checked to make sure no leaks, and did a full clean up. Couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely call again.

We havent needed the plumber services for many years and then there were a few jobs for the professional plumber to do we had started looking around. We found Lauer Plumbing via our town Facebook group. After reading Google reviews here I was hesitant to hire them, but I have no regrets that I did! Came within time frame (they were very flexible to accommodate my schedule change as well), they were professional, courteous, very efficient and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Mike and his team are A1, the best! I’m a real person leaving a real review about this company. I woke up in the morning to a pool in my basement with my wife freaking out. Mike and his team got to my house in 30 minutes after calling him and fixed the Issue, plus replaced my water heater before Noon. The guys are down to earth, welcoming, and great fast workers. Had a problem with water coming into my basement through cracks. Turned out that the pipe was broken and it probably was for years. Mike and his team came in, dug the pipe up, replaced it and laid down the concrete. Ive had no problems since. Im very happy with his work and I would recommend him.

Mike Lauer is wonderful. He has helped me more than once out of a tight situation. He recently came out, after hours, when I had water pouring through my kitchen ceiling and called him in a panic. From simply sharing his knowledge, to clean rapid work of installing baseboard heating, to replacing the boiler & hot water heater, to tracking our most recent problem with discovering the problem, why our home was not reacting to the call for heat to go above low-to mid 60s during this cold snap.
