Have leak in water line between meter and our house. They came right out and after several hours found the leak. Also gave us a bid for the repair which they can do in a couple days. Nice guys, good value, great to work with!Update - two days later they fixed it! The leak was right where they thought, they fixed the pipe, and patched our driveway with a minimum of disruption. We weren’t there, but all went smoothly. Even sent us good photos of the work done. Couldn’t be happier!

Can’t say enough about these folks! We had a water leak at the base of a powder room toilet. TP&H sent a team the day we called and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately it was a clump of roots that had snuck into the septic tank main drain line blocking the whole system! They quickly cleared the blockage so we could use the drains and came back the next day for line repair. Clint and John had to dig up the section of drain pipe which was under not only a low deck but also a concrete slab the deck was built over. They did this efficiently and even restored the deck so you couldn’t even tell they’d been there. Also installed risers over the septic tank lids. Huge kudos to James, Aaron, Clint and John who were all friendly, courteous and professional! Would definitely hire again for major jobs.

This company sent out 2 competent plumbers to clear a kitchen drain only to find out the pipes were corroded, installed improperly and needed to be replaced and the Shoddy work of the previous repair corrected.These 2 gentlemen worked very hard to correct the previous damage and installed all new parts and stayed to trouble shoot the repair until they were satisfied their work was perfect.The men were courteous, able to explain clearly what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, how much it would cost and cleaned up the area afterward. Trusted plumbing and heating is the absolute best!! We called them out around the holidays for what we thought was a minor fix. They came out same day and did a sewer scope. Turns out all of our concrete pipes were collapsed! Jim sent out his team to temporarily fix the problem for the holidays and within 1 week they came out and completely replaced all of our old concrete pipes! I can’t thank Jim and his crew enough for fixing my burst frozen pipe this past Monday holiday!I was introduced to Trusted Plumbing when they were installing an automatic water shut off at my neighbors. I noticed their truck advertising sewer re-lining. I needed to have mine done but the two companies I received bids from sub contracted out the work and I didn’t feel comfortable with that and had postponed getting it done. Talking with the plumber at my neighbors he said they personally do the work. After reading the reviews and receiving a very competitive bid, they got the job. That was two years ago and they have now re-lined several of my neighbors homes who witnessed their efficiency and the amazing job putting my rockery back in place. They will continue to be my go to plumbers for my 100 year old home.

He was very personable and honest, I was impressed with how fast he was able to replace my drain, and piping. I appreciated him explaining what the issue was and waking me through the repair. Ultimately they replaced my water heater the next day for a very competitive price.But I cant give them five stars because they initially installed a dented water heater without getting my permission. The dented water heater didnt work so they had to replace it with a brand new one but the point is they tried to get away with installing the dented one without asking me.

Trusted Plumbing was great! Theyre working on 3 different projects for me so far, and have been very responsive in coming out and helping to assess what the problem was. They did an emergency hot water tank replacement, and had to jet the sewer line at the same time. They came back towards he end of the day to finish the job, and I appreciated that they came out on a Friday night! These guys were awesome.

Quality, down-to-earth outfit. I called Trusted for my kitchen sink which had been plumbed into the sump pit in my basement by a previous owner. I knew there was an old line the kitchen used to be on in the crawlspace but I had no idea what kind of condition it was in or what any other feasible option could be. After a couple of scoping attempts the guys were able to determine where the cast iron of the old line had rotted out and that ~10ft length of concrete pipe was also no good under my patio. All in all, it was probably about 15ft worth of new PVC they needed to put down and tie in at both ends to get the sink back on the old drain. They came out a couple days later and got all of the new pipe down, patched the concrete they had to cut for repair, and got all the dirt they dug up put back into place. All of their worked appeared to be of good quality, they left the patio spotless when they were finished, and were respectful of the property while working. All of the different folks who came to the job were friendly and answered all of my questions and let me watch a fair amount of the scoping they had to do. They charged me a fair price and Im pretty happy with my new drain. Would highly recommend!

Initially, I had contacted another company to replace my water heater who notified me 1/2 hour before they were suppose to arrive that they would be able to make it until the next day. I called Trusted Plumbing & Heating around 12:30 p.m. and spoke with Jim, who had Chris out to my house later that afternoon. Chris was very respectful, knowledgeable and a diligent worker! The price quoted on the phone was the amount I was charged. If I have a plumbing need in the future, I will call Trusted Plumbing & Heating.

Our undermount bathroom sink broke and then eventually came unfastened from the countertop in our bathroom. Jim and his staff worked with me on potential repair options and even came out 3 separate times to ensure the new sink and counter installation was done correctly. Their scheduling staff were very kind and answered the phone every time I called to reschedule even around the holidays. Company came out to repair a hot water heater they installed 2 years ago. The thermostat had gone bad and they had no problem fixing it under warranty. I did have to pay for labor which is understandable but they handled the warranty claim for the parts. While they were here I also asked about replacing a hose bib and they quoted me a fair price and said they could do it right away during the same visit.A couple weeks later I started having the same problem with my hot water heater and they came out, fixed another part, and didnt charge me.Really appreciate their hard work and making sure the customer is taken care of.

He was addressing two separate issues which were not related. In both instances he and his apprentice dove right into the work. They were clean, respectful, good communicators and kept me informed through out the entire process. Both issues were resolved successfully and in both instances they came in on or under budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Grant from Trusted Heating and Plumbing - if I were you I would ask for him by name!

We came home Thursday afternoon to find we have no water coming to the house. Our well pump was installed in 1973 down to 187 feet. Located Trusted Plumbing & Heating via Home Advisor Friday morning. They said they will be out between 12-3, but showed up to my surprise at 9am. James and Tom did a fantastic job in carefully raising the pipe. I watched and was impressed with the attention to detail and quality of work. Their integrity showed. Also, I had them replace my 20 year old hot water tank. Being without water I was impressed how well they responded and the quality of work they did. I highly recommend them.

Really appreciate the hard work they put into it my bathroom addition. They worked nonstop from the moment they arrived until the moment they left, were incredibly courteous and professional. I felt safe at all times. I felt respected and valued as a customer. I submitted an original design to them. They came out for a site visit and provided a detailed quote within a week. Out of 4 companies I interviewed, they were the only ones that provided the level of detail and transparency I was after. Rough-In of toilet, sink and tub pipes, followed by the installation of all fixtures. This company has landed on my go-to list for all plumbing needs.

We talked about scope of work which included sewer scope on a smaller structure and getting estimates for my bigger plumbing project. Im a DIY type so when our kitchen drain started gushing sudsy dishwasher water into the garden outside our kitchen I dug up the leaking pipe and discovered it was not draining. I tried flushing it out with pressure from the garden hose but the water only seemed to come back up into the hole I dug.I decided to call for professional help and since the other outfit I called was unable to get here for a week I made an appointment with Trusted Plumbing and Heating in only two days.Since our blockage turned out to be hardened grease their heated high pressure water jet made quick work of clearing out the grease. Then they ran a camera down the line to verify that it was clean, and to identify some problems that need to be fixed. We had a low spot that holds water all the time and a section of our 76 year old sewer line had no bottom.Now for the best part: They used a locator device to identify the exact location of the needed repairs, just two feet down from right here.Those two guys, James and David, really know what theyre doing! I need some more plumbing work to be done and now I know who to call.

First visit they installed a new disposal. On time and done well. Second visit found leak was in old pvc pipe in yard installed by previous owners and capped off pvc system.
