We discovered a water leak and our contractor recommended Ricardo at Ocean Plumbing LLC.Setting up appointment with him was easy, we communicated the issue and work scope via text message and he arrived on time.Instead of doing a quick fix of the found pinhole leaks, Ricardo noticed subtle water mark on the ceiling, and he decided to cut more drywall open to check for more leaks. Sure enough, he found another leak. This means he needed to replace a longer stretch of pipe and deal with a T connector. I offered to pay extra for the extra work, but he still charged the original quote price.Ricardo was also friendly while working. He explained what he was doing, the type of material and tools he was using.I highly recommend Ricardo for his dedication and honesty. He truly cares about his customer and go the extra mile to ensure the best quality of his work. I will call Ricardo for any of my future plumbing needs.

If you’re anything like me, having work done on your house is one of your least favorite things.My water heater started to leak and so I began the process of replacing it. I came across Ocean Plumbing and their excellent reviews, gave Ricardo a call, and he provided me with an estimate over the phone as well as answered other general questions I had.After calling around, I found Ricardo’s price to be competitive and moved forward with booking. He was easy to communicate with, arrived on time, and the work was completed with thoroughness and quality. He answered other questions I had, provided estimates for other work he had noticed opportunities for, and overall was great to work with. I would happily recommend him and his reviews are well-earned and a true reflection of how he approaches his work.

My husband actually found Ricardo - he is extremely professional, nice, and respectful. He was very clear with his thought process on what might be the issue, and was transparent the whole time. He made sure to ask us if it was okay to walk in and out of our home while he gets his tools/supplies and wears shoe booties to not track dirt into our home. He explained to me ( not knowing much about plumbing) very simply what the issue was, and provided tips to make sure to not encounter the problem again. He was very clean, not only with his things but also put back our kitchen sink items nice and neat. He also provided general tips for the home in terms of good plumbing practice. I think this is well beyond what you pay for , and his service was reasonable.I tried to tip him for his service but he skipped over it, and instead asked for an honest review and that’s what I’m doing!Thank you Ricardo!

Excellent service. We had an issue with significant water leak on main water line into the house. I contacted Ricardo at Ocean Plumbing just after lunch time. He told me he would by after he finished the job he was working on. He arrived as promised to determine the problem and estimate the cost of repair. His explanation was clear and easy to understand.He determined that he could make the repair reasonably quickly. It wasn’t as straightforward as he initially thought , but he was able to make the repair and restore water service to the house, leak free.

Ricardo came by and immediately identified the problem as a leak that could be solved just by tightening the valve- I felt very silly but he didnt charge me for it, even though I insisted because he was the one with the expertise to spot the issue immediately! There was some water damage so he also set expectations for speaking with insurance about it, and recommended multiple strategies (moisture monitors, leaving the heater on while traveling) which I could use to avoid encountering the same issue again. He also identified a water pressure issue which could be causing my hardware to misbehave. Overall very friendly and knowledgeable, responsive and flexible to work around a water remediation contractor who was there at the same time, and will hire him if I do decide to get a water regulator installed. :)

One of the best plumbers Ive ever worked with, very professional and leaves a clean work area. Originally brought him in to replace the sink drains in a custom dual sink set up, but he recognized the real problem, that the drain was too high, something I had already been warned about during the end of our remodel. I was very pleased with the final results and I am very appreciative of the fact that he climbed inside our corner cabinet to move the drain lower the proper way.

Fantastic service. First time having a plumbing issue at our house with the toilet getting clogged and water leaking all over the bathroom and downstairs. Ricardo was fantastic, and Id definitely recommend his business to anyone. I called him in the morning right after his business opened, and he was able to show up an hour later.Id stupidly clogged my kitchen sink drain the night before, and tried a number of fixes (plunger, using a 25-foot drain snake, drano) and nothing worked. Ricardo explained exactly what he was going to do, and cleared out the clog. It was a stubborn clog too, and he had to use a super-long drain snake multiple times! But he was persistent and my drain works great now.Ricardo also advised why it can be harmful using drano on older pipes, and recommended a different product for proactive pipe health. Hopefully Ill never have my plumbing that screwed up again, but if I do Im calling Ricardo!

We highly recommend Ocean Plumbing LLC. We had a problem with our shower/bathtub and Ricardo solved it very quickly. He listened to our concerns and also treated our home with respect. We will refer our family and friends to him from now on. Excellent service - great price!UPDATE: Its been a year since Ocean Plumbing fixed our bathtub problem and we needed more plumbing repairs - of course we called Ocean!
