    Jeovany went above and beyond to help my family replace our faulty water heater. He quickly diagnosed and initiated a warranty claim with the manufacturer and was able to locate and install a replacement water heater by the next day! He even fixed and improved the piping and insulation around the unit to be more secure. Thanks ARS Rescue Rooter for being professional, timely, and trustworthy!

    Jeovany was great!!! He identified the problem. Found me a replacement pump, installed it in the dark, debugged an electrical issue and got me all buttoned up. There is a shower in my future!!!

    David and Albert were absolutely amazing. They were so attentive, and so helpful. They were patient with me and helping me understand what the root ofnour issue was, and all the steps to get it fixed. They even called another worker to help and assist.     I called to schedule an appointment and in two days they scheduled a tech and he was at my house. Alex was very friendly and got to work figuring out my plumbing issue. After the problem was quickly identified, Alex laid out the best plan to fix the issue and how his company could help. There was no pressure to do or sign anything after our meeting. I would 10-out-10 recommend moving forward for anyone in need of plumbing help.

    Big thank you to our plumber Dennis Poznyur 🙏 for going above and beyond what was thought to be the initial scope of work. He was incredibly thorough and demonstrated his plumbing excellence to solve a complicated leak in our house. Dennis did so much extra work at no extra charge and he said its just all about solving the problem. I recommend his service for anyone in need of plumbing issues to be resolved. Great experience 👍

    Excellent technician. Guy showed up, at 8:00am. DUG A TRENCH 4 x 11ft by hand. In the rain, while it was cold. And he did it with a smile. I even asked on several occasions if he wanted any help. He replied. No I got this. This guy would have made a great soldier. If they have people like that working for them. Hell, I might even apply. Thank you. Give that gentleman a raise. He definitely deserves it.

    Our plumber was Prescott Jackson. He was a God send. Such a nice , fun and personable man. He was our answer to prayer. My toilet was clogged and we tried everything to in clog it ourselves. Prescott had it unclogged in just a few minutes. I would recommend him highly.

    Prescott was the technician and he carefully took a look at the septic tank prior to work and he walked me through the steps to resolve the drain problems on one side of my house. He ran his line clearing machine for about 10 minutes from start to finish and it fixed the problem.We tested by running all the affected sinks and toilets and everything seems to drain without issue.They strongly reccomended we pump the septic tanks and will be out later this week after that is done to ruin a camera through the lines.I am fully satisfied with their work.

    Donte and Dave did excellent work and cleared our kitchen drain quickly. Donte quoted two options and carefully explained the benefits of both, then they immediately got to work.     We were fortunate enough to have Prescott fix our kitchen sink! It wasn’t draining and he was able to successfully get the sink working.     This is the best experience so far for any plumbing. The two technicians are super nice and knowledgeable. They tried to clean the igniter on my water heater which fixed the problem in less than 30 mins I tried other plumbing companies which either told me they would not do it without warranty or they don’t have the certified technician. So happy to have it fixed and never thought water heater is so important in life. Thanks for the good service. Highly recommended.

    I figured a few hundred but when I was quoted over 750.00 I was quite surprised. When the techs told me they couldnt use our clean out due to it up too high. Then they told me only thru a toilet where they charge a bunch. I offered to run to HD to get an install kit but they wanted to use only theirs so they could charge over retail. They even admitted it as one said, well you know how buisness goes, they get to charge retail plus to get a profit. I figured since the toilet was off we would just buy a new one but they said they only install the same one they removed.

    Jeovany has been my favorite contractor that I’ve worked with since purchasing my first home.My experience started when I had another plumber advise me to re-pipe my entire house for which I was obviously going to get a couple of second opinions.When Jeovany came, he noticed my faucet handle for the tub was loose and fixed it for me. then he looked at the garbage disposal a previous plumber had (jankily) installed and fixed the wiring (bc it kept tripping the circuit).Then when he got into the actual plumbing work that needed to be done, he spent a significant amount of time in the crawlspace, took pictures of ***everything*** and explained in detail what needed to be done and communicated the level of urgency, as some work needed to be done soon (replacing the drains), some within the next few years (water lines), and some would be okay for another few years (main water line).I opted for doing drains and water lines (so basically all the plumbing inside the house) and got the work scheduled to begin following week. But when he went to connect the new piping to the water main, the main pipe literally crumbled, so i ended up replacing everything.Even with that extra work though, they were able to get a team out and trench my front yard within the time frame they had originally estimated. Additionally, the team that trenched my yard took such great care and went above and beyond to get topsoil and seed it so my front lawn doesn’t look like a mess.Also, they make sure to dot their i’s and cross their t’s when it comes to doing everything by the book when it comes to getting everything inspected by inspectors and approved.all in all, i will be contacting rescue rooters for literally any and all of my plumbing needs. Jeovany (and team) has been the best contractor to work with. honest, straight forward, and transparent. 10/10.

    The technician that came out, Trey, was very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions with confidence. What I scheduled the appt for was not what I actually needed for the problem we have. After talking some more it was determined that having our septic pumped out (which we knew was going to need) would most likely resolve the problem. That is not something that this company does but he did recommend a company for this. Trey said that even though he was confident that all would be resolved, if it wasn’t then to call & they will come back to help. I appreciated the fact that even though I scheduled for one thing that wasn’t needed that he just didn’t do it anyway knowing it wouldn’t have worked. Also, that he knew that anything he would have done probably wouldn’t have worked & he do the work anyway & charge for the job. I hope that I won’t have anymore plumbing issues but I will call again if I do.

    Alex done a wonderful job the 1st time installing new toilets (2), a new bathroom faucet and fixing 2 leaks in the kitchen and bathroom. His explanation of everything was detailed which l appreciated. He had to come back today to explain the low water today which l fully understand now. Im sure he did it the 1st time on on the 2nd.
