They said they would be able to send out a plumber that day. The plumber, Aaron called in an hour and a half confirming that he was on his way. Aaron quickly accessed the problem, gave us options and recommendations. He was able to fix the leak. We would recommend anyone with plumbing needs to call The Plumbing Joint. We plan on using them for other non-urgent plumbing related repairs.

The Plumbing Joint stands out in class, service, and honesty among all the plumbing companies that I called around.I had a bathtub drain leak in my 2nd floor condo, a random J&M plumbing sent by the condos HOA took a video clip and gave me a outrageous quote to replace the drain pipe which already has the wall opened from the downstair. I am very handy around the house myself so I understand the scope of work but I am out of town at the moment and felt like I am being taken advantaged off by that plumber.I then called around sharing the clip with a bunch of plumbing companies, the plumbing joint is the ONLY company who would take a serious look, and provided a very reasonable quote. All the other companies, in my opinion, were either incompetent or inexperienced to understand the problem. They all insisted to come on site inspection to just get a quote which in my case is inconvenient because it requires arranging appointments with the residents in the below unit, and is also inefficient given I have already shared a video clip.Working with the Plumbing Joints office manager was fantastic, (s)he is on point, highly professional, polite and responsive. The technican came out on the next day, everything was done efficiently, the most amazing part was that the repair was completed in half of the time of the initial estimate, which IMO is HIGHLY HONEST. Most plumbing companies would just go with the estimate instead of the actual work performed. They did not intend to take advantage of me being out of town at the moment. I saved over $1K working with Plumbing Joint compared to the random plumber.In summary, The Plumbing Joint gave me+Time and money savings.+Experience is outstanding.+High honesty and integrity that are very rare in these days.Next time around, I wont need to call around and will just reach out to The Plumbing Joint directly.

Great plumber, fast dispatch, fair price. Called a few other companies for bids on a simple project. We were very unhappy with the lack of transparency with both of those other companies. The Plumbing Joint dispatch gave a rough estimate, ETA, and what to expect. Plumber, I think his name was Dakota, was on time, very friendly, professional, and did a great job. He gave some helpful advice without feeling like he was pushing additional service. Went above and beyond and fixed a separate issue while here.The billing was transparent and fair. I had a broken pipe - I called The Plumbing Joint and they were able to come and locate the leak and do the repair very efficiently and quickly. I had a different broken pipe two years earlier (old house!) and while using a different company that took days to locate the leak, and after jack hammering the driveway discovered they had the wrong location so ended up with 2 patches on my driveway and a crazy expensive bill. The Plumbing Joint was so much more efficient and cheaper. Will definitely call them again when I need any plumbing work or repairs done.

The record low temperatures caused a couple pipes to freeze. I was able to make an appointment for Monday Morning! Arron showed up on time, crawled under the house, confirmed there was no damage from the freeze and added some insulation. That same weekend an electric outlet blew - which upon inspection was due to a different drain that sprang a leak with the freezing weather - So I called The Plumbing Joint and they were able to send Arron out a couple of days later to figure out where that leak was coming from. He was very thorough, even going up in the attic to ensure water wasnt coming down the exhaust pipe. Weve since pinpointed where the leak is and he will be back this week to fix it. Arron is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and listened to my concerns and ideas. Ashley the scheduler is so pleasant and helpful. I have used them periodically over the last 20 years and will continue to call them for any of my plumbing needs.

Office staff was gracious, the work was scheduled and completed promptly, the installers were friendly and courteous, and the cost was reasonable. There was one issue with the initial installation that seemed to result from a misunderstanding by the installers of what I had asked to be done. The company responded to my concern by sending a different technician to substitute a new part for one it had installed within a few days and without an additional labor charge. The Plumbing Joint had the appropriate machines and experienced employees to get the work done. None of the trees were damaged as they went deep under the yard. These people are the BEST I have worked with. They came out EARLY to repair some water leaks under my mobile home. While they were under the house, they found a sewer repair that was done by another company that was done completely wrong and leaking sewage under my house. These two guys didnt hesitate to fix that too while they were under there. They also told me what was done wrong so I could get it fixed. When the other company pushed back saying there was no warranty before or after the repair The Plumbing Joints plumbers and office staff looked at the pics and listened to what happened and gave me the information I need to go the next step to get this cleaned up and fixed the right way. After many attempts to contact them, we reached out to Facebook for referrals from friends. And thank goodness we did!We got multiple bids from different companies, and the Plumbing Joint not only came in under all of those bids, but they were more responsive and much more approachable. We were incredible over our heads with the size of this plumbing issue, and Buddy was understanding, knowledgeable, and patient as he dealt with all of our questions.The guys who came out to work on our water line were friendly and very helpful. The whole experience was tops, the over the phone appt, nice friendly helpful setup plumbers appt, LT and Dakota showed up early, friendly professional all about service, told my story and listed the repairs, they quickly diagnosed what was wrong and their repair plan, I had several major things wrong blocked kitchen sink, slow flushing toilet, strange lint in the laundry and kitchen sink outflows, leaks from under the kitchen faucets. They methodically went about to fix all of these ASAP. They were done with all in under one hour. They made easy friendly conversations while doing their repairs. Everything works on the first try. Check out was modern smooth on the iPad, LT offered me the 3 percent discount if i offered a paper check vs. debit card has a processing fee to them and me, but i couldnt find the right checkbook, so i let them charge me the service charge. They were done with everything within 90 minutes. OMG. There was nothing to give them for areas of improvement, THE best home repair visit of my 32 years of homeownership. The Plumbing Joint ROCKS. We live in Redmond and have been customer of the Plumbing Joint for more than 15 years. From the third day we owned our home and needed a pipe fixed through last Sunday when we had company coming and needed a drain cleared, they have been awesome. They have installed a gas line when we switched our stove from electric to gas, installed an outside faucet and our replacement hot water heater. There is no other plumber I bother to call. They are fair, fast and competent.We appreciate all they do.

The Plumbing Joint is really professional and very competitive in their pricing. We had a lot of plumbing work required around our home, due to its age, and a renovation we were going through. The Plumbing Joint was able to send some guys out within a day. They assessed the work in person, gave a quote which was half of what another local plumbing group had estimated, immediately set to work, and completed everything efficiently and professionally. When they left a few things needed to be adjusted. I called their office, and the guys returned in a half hour to complete the adjustments. My husband and father in law spent 3 hours snaking the rain line to my clogged kitchen sink. The 25 foot snake just wasnt doing the job. 7 am on Monday morning I called and by 9 am Stan was here to use a 75 foot snake. He was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. He did take a while to set up (over 10 minutes)... and paying $56 every 15 minutes that kinda made me frustrated. The clogged drain was found over 50 feet in the pipe. Then I was recommended a bio enzyme drain build up remover that was marked at $34.95 and then when he went to charge me for it it rang up at $50 so he called the office and the office was not going to budge on charging me the amount that was marked on the bottle. (Department of weights and measures issue) so I did not take the enzyme build up cleaner. Overall a good thorough job, pleased with the work done just wish it could have been done a little faster. Plus I was charged a cable usage fee($25) for the snake which I think is ridiculous because they have that tool there all the time and Im ready being charged $56 every 15 minutes after the initial $99 house call fee which is insane (I want to make $200 an hour too).Over $320 and 1 hour to have a sink again. 💸🙂💸

We flushed too many Baby Wipes.Two guys from the Plumbing Joint came and reassured me that it might be a simple fix.They quickly found the access port upstream of the top of the Septic Tank proper.They showed me the blockage which was stopping the waste flow.They cleared the blockage, closed up the access port and put the sod back on top.It took them less than half an hour.Cost me less than $200.I was very happy and could flush my toilet again without worry.

I had a stopped up drain in a duplex that caused both units to have backed up water in the bath tubes. I had a hard time getting the renter and the plumber coordinated. The plumbing joint was very accommodating without running into overtime. Matt was the plumber and got it taken care of in a reasonable time. When I first called I informed them I would like to have the option to have a video of the pipe which would saved me $100 on the video, When I first talked with them they said all of their trucks carry cameras. When Matt was done I asked about taking a video and thats when I was informed he had no camera.
