Margullis Construction was recommended to me by a reliable source, and I was not disappointed! I had a pretty bad water leak from my meter to the home and after calling numerous companies, one of which I have been referring work to for a number of years, Margullis Construction came through for me. It was refreshing to find an excavation/plumbing company that not only made room for me in their busy schedule, but also charged a very reasonable rate for replacing my failed pressure reducing valve. I would definitely recommend them and they will be my new go-to for any exterior dirt work or utility needs that I have.

Mike and his dad Doug are some of the best people on the planet. Having a water leak in a home you own is a big deal. These guys came highly recommended from my water district. It didn’t take them all but less than an hour to come out to my home for free and assess the situation. They recommended a leak detection company who specializes in leaks under concrete. Once the issue was found Mike and his dad fixed the issue, we’re not over priced, we’re professional leaving the least amount of concrete repair work needed and were just so nice and respectful. I highly recommend them for water leak issues on your main water line from the meter to the house. Assessments are free! Give them a call!

Great customer service. 100% transparent and no BS scare tactics. They replaced my main waterline for me. Got a bid last year for $9000 and thought that was outrageous. Got a second bid at $12, $15, and $18k. Did not have the money to do it so I let it go and it suddenly went away.Now I was forced to replace or repair as i had a $2700 water bill.. Margullis did it for $5000 and were done in less than 4 hours.Friendly, professional, and clean work.

Technician was very kind and thorough. With a very short notice and referral from Cedar River, I was surprised on how fast they responded to my call. Its very rare to find someone to come and assess the problem without asking about $$$ first. Please dont hesitate to call them. I will be utilizing their help again and highly recommend!

After a main line water leak caused by poor contractor work and a tree, we were recommended Margullis Construction from water district 90 for repairs. Both father and son did a wonderful job fixing my line and taking out the tree that caused the problem as if it were their water line. They were both very personable and informative and didn’t gauge my checkbook the way a plumbing service would for the same job. I really appreciate the work and integrity. I would trust and recommend them to anyone with similar problems.

I had a damaged water line from the meter to the house. Margullis construction was responsive, friendly, and very helpful. They were able to come out the next morning. Coached me on where to dig the night before to help make the morning pipe replacement smoother/faster. They came prepared with all the tools and materials needed for the job. I would recommend Margullis Construction for any of the services they provide.

Margullis Construction came out the next day and was able to repair my leaking water line. I highly recommend them for your water line problems.
