The circuit to my well pump stopped working. I needed a new circuit breaker to be put in but I have a very uncommon 1960s circuit breaker panel system. And the main switch was not turning off power to everything appropriately cuz that circuit breaker is going wonky also.I was referred to Wagner Electric by J&J Pump. A recently installed pump from my well had stopped working. J&J said its an electrical problem they did not feel safe attempting to fix. They said that I need to get an electrician, because of my odd breakers, and the main was not fully shutting off.I called Wagner electric around 9:30 in the morning and explained how it was the circuit for my well pump and I wasnt getting water in the house until its replaced. I explained I had an odd style of breakers. The nice person who answered they would have Mike the owner call me back when he came back in. I explained about the odd style breakers and said it might be better if I sent a picture so Mike would know what type of breakers I need. I sent two pictures.Mike showed up around 11:30 and even though he usually doesnt do the work hes more of a estimator for his crews, Mike came prepared and fixed my breaker panel so that my well pump was running by 1 p.m.I was impressed that the owner of a business would take care and get my issue addressed so quickly.Mike and his people are very friendly, they listen to my concerns and they make sure that they can get the job done to my satisfaction.My experience with Wagner electric is with a company that went above and beyond my expectations.The rate for the work is reasonable for the type of work done.I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Wagner Electric for their electrician needs.

Best service from a business in the Trades. Power was down at my shop and I called them, they were here within 30 min. Looked at an issue caused by the city and got the parts and made the calls and what needed to be done with the city for me. I had power back up not only the same day but within a couple of hours.

We had an electrical issue in our mobile home and after calling Wagner they had a technician at our door within one day. The technician Mike was early (with a courtesy call), polite, and knowledgeable. Within a 15 minute inspection he had resolved our issue and saved us time, money, and headaches. 10/10 service, will definitely be our go-to if another issue comes up in the future.

I lost power to my State Farm office over the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning and although they had a full schedule, they came out right away and replaced main fuse. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Aaron for having efficient business systems and a solid team.

Went and spoke with Bob to see if he had an old panel cover we needed, he didn’t, but he helped us come up with a drawing to take and get a cover made specifically for our breaker box. Super great guy who went totally out of his way to help us and gave us some great tips too! Thank you Bob!
