I don’t know why all the bad reviews…I have been here numerous times and have received excellent service every time including today. You shouldn’t go here with the expectation you are going to get electrical advice. I wouldn’t recommend taking that from a big box store though either. If you know what you need this place is hard to beat. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with here has been friendly and proficient at their job.

I can understand the flak they get, but Chris and Amanda really go out of their way to provide awesome service! Id really recommend giving them a call for your next project. Electrical parts, switches, hard to find stuff - give them a call!

Went to C.E.D. and stood in there showroom for almost fifteen minutes while employees walked by and never was greeted or acknowledged, even though I was the only one in line. Went to Platt and was helped immediately. Was in and out in less then half the time I spent at C.E.D. very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
