I have had Nate from A1 out for repairs and installations at least three times. Every experience has been timely, professional, and fairly priced. My last appt (which was a same day reply), he ended up trouble shooting via text prior to arrival and walked my unknowledgeable self through it and to a resolution. He also didn’t want any payment and simply requested to keep him in mind for the next time! If you hire Nate, you can rest assured that your getting a fair, honest, and true expert in his trade for you electrical needs.

Had the power go out to a section of the house which would not reset from the main breaker. Nate was able to work around my schedule and fit me in right away. He was professional, quick, showed me the problem and was able to change out the switch right away. I was exploring having more work done, Instead of trying to sell me something I didnt need, he was honest reguarding reasons the change I was looking at was unnecessary. He is a great guy and we will use his service anytime we need electrical work moving forward.

We bought a new to us home in need of a professional electrician, as the previous owner was a bit of a tinker-er. Nate was the 1st call I made based on reviews from people in need, like me.I explained the situation & he made time to help us the same day. We explained a bit about our situation, and he was quick to make an assessment and then went to work. He kept us posted during his progress and asked questions in order to make his own best decisions and made suggestions as to how we could best move forward on our own.Ultimately, he saved us a ton of frustration and time. Our opinion is that he also saved us money in wasted electricity. He successfully completed all that we asked and was very neat about his project.If youre looking for quality work and a person who truly knows their craft, look no further. Nate was suuuuper patient and professional, I called him because our garage lost power. He asked me some detailed questions and then concluded it was most likely an easy fix, like a GFCI outlet that just needed to be reset and something I could do myself. He told me he didnt want to charge me for a service call to come out and just flick a switch so he told me how to reset it myself.. problem was, I had a switch totally hidden in the garage and so after I reset all of the GFCI outlets the problem persisted.. he asked me a lot of detailed questions over the phone (totally for free mind you) and again concluded I needed to look more closely to find the GFCI outlet.. I again looked and didnt see one. Finally I insisted he come out, even if it was just to help me flick a switch (since I was failing to fix the issue myself). When he came by I showed him all the GFCI switches and insisted there was another problem He did a few minutes worth of testing things and walking around and then he came to the same conclusion that I had just not looked carefully enough. Sure enough.................. the man was right ! A very very hidden switch behind some shelving put in by the previous owner that I had overlooked each time I checked for outlets.. THIS MAN KNOWS HIS STUFF. He also knocked down the service call fee because he felt bad that the solution involved such little work for him. I was happy to pay it and would trust this dude and hire him again in a heartbeat to fix any problem I have down the road with electrical. At the expense of making myself publicly look extremely dumb I decided to post this because he is a one man show, hard worker and super stand up guy. FIVE STARS

Cant say enough good things about Nathan. He diagnosed and fixed our issue iness than an hour. I called around for quotes and was getting estimates of atleast $300. Nathan was way less than that. He provided top notch customer service. I really appreciated the time he took with me to explain what the issue was and how he fixed it. I will recommend him to everyone having an electrical issie!

I called Nathan at A-1 Electric after I lost power in my garage. Having no background in electrical work I had no idea where to start. I left a voicemail and explained my situation. He returned my call immediately and walked me though restoring power over the phone. Apparently the GFI tripped and needed to be reset. Despite how simple the issue was, he was very kind and treated me with the utmost respect. He solved my problem over the phone which saved me a service fee that most other contractors charge. Before I called A-1 Electric, I didn’t have a “go-to” electrician, but I do now. I would highly recommend. Thanks Nathan!
