The owners & staff are very helpful & customer service is a priority. Lana has been my go to person for many years. She always goes above & beyond to make sure my needs & my clients requests are met.

Are you interested in lighting of any kind? Are you looking for new fresh ideas for lighting? Could you use an updated and efficient ceiling fan, a new small piece of furniture, or maybe a decorative piece for a table, mantel, or wall? Biggins is a great place in the Northstate for expert help in all these areas. As Redding residents, we have enjoyed all that Biggins has to offer for many years, and the icing on the cake is the wonderful staff. They are knowledgeable, never pushy, respectful, and really nice people. We are lucky to have Biggins!!

I wouldnt go anywhere else for my lighting needs. Lana is a sweetheart and gave me an odd finial part and sure enough it matched my desk lamp Ive had for yrs. John is the greatest too. Purchased my home in 91 and love all my lights and ceiling fans from Biggins.Always Blessed At Biggins

Always look forward to shopping in this fantastic lighting store, we were shopping for a ceiling fan and found many options (72) finally choosing one and look forward to having it shipped in. We prefer to shop locally and they have a very fine selection. Super friendly staff as well. And we especially love seeing prices without having to ask,like some local stores around here do......

We’ve been using Biggins Lighting for 8 years now.We’ve replaced most of the light fixtures in our home and each time we wanted to make a purchase, we returned Biggins. You just can’t walk into a box store and get the service a local business can provide. Even when there’s been minor adversity, the integrity towards Customer Service has been at the forefront. Communication is key and they do this at a high level. We love our choices and the helpfulness of your team. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Shasta County.
