What can I say, I had a simple breaker issue that I could not fix. I called to get someone out and was happy to pay to fix it. They could not come out the same day as it was late afternoon when called. That didnt stop them from trying to help me with great customer service. They stayed on the phone with me and waked me through some things to try and fix and save me a trip charge. Well it worked, problem solved and no charge. I appreciate them working with me and fixing my issue with no charge. I will be calling them soon for a quote on an electrical line for a Hot tube. Great Customer Service!

In 2016 Cobb AZ Electric replaced a defunct interior electrical panel with a new 220a exterior panel. The work was permitted and professionally installed by a crew of David Cobb’s electricians. In 2017 I had a detached 12 x 12 storage shed wired by one of Cobbs electricians. I neglected to pull a permit with Yavapai County. Upon listing the house in 2019, I learned the shed wiring should have been done with a permit. An inspection by the county, revealed the as-built wiring was not installed to code, and numerous violations were noted. I contacted David Cobb who informed me the electrician who wired the shed was no longer employed with Cobb Electrical. Due to unprofessional workmanship by this former employee, numerous jobs had to be redone. Cobb Electrical voluntarily reinstalled all of the electrical work at no cost to me and even gave me the option of paying for any additional materials. This extensive and expensive corrective service after the sale was entirely foreign to me. It was my full expectation to pay all of the R & R rework expenses. I had not experienced this level of customer service before and I haven’t since. Cobb AZ Electric earned my business and loyalty with their commitment to 100% customer satisfaction. I have since contracted with them on other projects, experiencing the same expert level of care from David and each of his journeymen electricians. Cobb AZ Electric has my future business and my absolute confidence to refer them to my friends and family for all of their electrical needs.

Fast, friendly, and accurate company here in Prescott AZ.Did exactly what was paid for and only reason not a 5 star review is the electrician left quite a bit of broken glass in parking lot due to a broken bulb during installation. Other than that would recommend to anyone looking for a good electric company.

The folks at Cobb sent an electrician out to our home the same day that we called and took care of the problem. Then two days later, when we went to use the outlet that they had replaced, we discovered that it was not working. They had an electrician back out to our home in less than an hour to fix the problem. However, it turned out that it wasnt their fault - it was operator error on our part. The explained how to avoid the problem in the future and did not charge us for this additional service all. Very pleased with their service and professionalism.

I am absolutely blown away by the service I just received from David and Ann Cobb of Cobb Electric. Not only was their technician savvy at his craft, but he was both professional and personable. When I called another electrician company yesterday to come out to my house after a circuit had blown from a lightening strike to my home, I was told no one was available for 2 1/2 weeks. Then I sent an email to Cobb Electric and within 15 minutes, I had received a phone call from David and an email from Ann informing me they had a cancellation and a tech could be there in an hour. During the service call, I never mentioned that I was a veteran of both Iraq and Afghanistan, but when I was handed the invoice the tech told me that David and Ann wanted to thank me for my military service and there was no charge for the work their electrician performed. I will be recommending Cobb Electric to everyone I know!!!

We had a problem of lost power to some of our electric outlets. David had a team (John and Joe) at our house within two hours of my call. They did a very professional job of identifying and fixing the problem, and their charges were quite reasonable. I highly recommend Cobb electric and will definitely use them again if we need any electrical work.

I have been associated with Cobb Electric for a number of years. They have been my electrician for approximately 5 years. I have never had to complain about any of the work they have done at my residence. When they say when they will arrive to do the works they always call in advance and are always on time. I would have no other person do my electric work . They have always been pleasant and helpful on any problem that i may had had. Just a super company

Okay, so our house LITERALLY got struck by lightening! I was panicked and called after 8pm looking for someone to come out, and to my surprise Arden answered the phone! He made me an appointment for the next morning at 8am. A guy named Louie showed up, GREAT GUY! He gave us a bid and we excepted! They immediately applied for permits and got a brand new beautiful panel in the next day! It was literally a one and done! All I can say is thanks 🙏 from the bottom of our hearts! David Cobb even works during his vacation, although I am sure he would not want everyone to know this. He was visiting at our Bed and Breakfast and noticed we had a new light fixture to install. We were trying to figure out who to call, and he magically appeared on our door step! David was professional, efficient and made us laugh as we watched our new LED fixture become a permanent resident in our kitchen. What a treat for us, and he even cleaned up after himself. We can’t wait to discuss our lighting needs with him as we become a business totally lit by LED’s. He and Anne lit up not only our kitchen but our lives.

We live in Phoenix but purchased a retirement home in Prescott. We needed an electric to take care of a few things around the home and were referred to Cob-AZ Electric by a close friend. As a result, we have used Cobb four times and always are more than satisfied with the work performed. During a recent visit on 12/29/17, we had a bucket list of 10 items. Because we do not live in Prescott full time, we employ a lot of technology to monitor the home from Phoenix. One of the tasks was for Joe and Robert to replace the Wi-Fi wall switches that control all of the outside lights with Wi-Fi dimmer switches. Two of the switches are three way and we had purchased companion switches which talk to the primary switch. Because of how the neutral and common wires were tied together and that the main breaker had a GFI on this circuit, the companion switch would not work. Joe and Robert figured out how to make both switch work by reversing the switch locations. I was impressed that they kept working to find a solution and the did! They also made a trip to the store for a coax wall plate and new light sensor for the yard light. They did this knowing that we are only in Prescott twice a month, so they did not want to have me schedule another service call. Joe and Robert went above and beyond. I cant say enough good things about Cobb Electric and will not hesitate to refer them to our friends. Great job guys!
