    Jared is very professional. Friendly and easy to talk to. He respected our home. He used shoe covers and cleaned the work area after installation of our products. Brad showed up right on time and took the time to understand what my needs were. He performed an inspection and found areas of concern as well as things that were done with quality when constructed.     Great overall experience. After calling Allied Electric about having an EV charger installed at my cabin in Prescott, they promptly sent a tech out who assessed my electrical infrastructure and gave me multiple options to both install a 220 plug and EV charger and upgrade my aging breakers. They let me pick the install day and time that fit my schedule and Gabe and Winston did a professional install in a little over an hour. Gabe explained what they had done and answered all my questions. Their office gave excellent support for billing and communicating when their team was enroute. Great Prescott company to call if you need an EV charger install. Will definitely use Allied again for future electrical projects!

    My experience with Allied Electric was a very good one from the front office to the technicians that made the repairs. This was a complete replacement of the electric system in my 1980 mobile home . Big job ! They even worked with my home owners insurance , getting them the info they needed ,and I was covered for the repairs . They really cared about me being happy with what they did , and I am. Call them first.

    Contacting Allied Electric was a little overwhelming as the receptionist was quite exuberant in her handling of the service request clearly indicating that Alliance is there for me. We needed help fairly quickly due to a non functioning but almost brand new water heater. So she programmed the service for a time slot and we received it as advertised. Brad arrived as scheduled and was obviously prepared to solve the problem. He arrived with protective booties a professional smile, demeanor. and appearance. In short order he resolved the problem while telling me just how it was resolved. With visiting family from Las Vegas and BC Canada hot water for showers was greatly appreciated. I found the service friendly, reliable and on time just like their business card says. Customers typically believe service calls are expensive. I can only relate the cost to the timely service being received; an emergency call out on a Friday prior to a holiday the following Monday to insure visiting family had hot water for the weekend. I thought the service charges very reasonable and would use Allied again without question or doubt.

Allied Electric did a total inspection on my property, garage, well house and house. They told me what I needed to have everything updated and up to code. They worked with APS on the project, acquiring permits, to completing inspections. I was kept informed all day with pictures by text as the main power pole was installed, trenches dug etc until everything was completed. Great team to work with.

    Met Mario a couple of years ago, was impressed with his background then and impressed with his company now. Prescott needs more trade craft businesses with journeymen certified staff, be it electrical, carpentry, plumbing, etc. Mario gives Prescott skilled journeyman experience in the electrical field.Called his company for a service estimate. Both Brandon and Jared were very professional. They actually came earlier than expected which was great. The took the time to go over the electrical issues I pointed out at my home, they did a full assessment of the electrical system and gave me several estimate options.I will be calling soon to schedule my electrical projects!

    Brandon arrived on time and started right to work adding an electrical outlet to the kitchen island. Next, we removed the oven and warming drawer see he could remove 2 old, unsafe outlets.     Cameron was prompt and personable. We agreed to do business with Allied based on his visit. Its premature at this point to give a comprehensive review, but my wife and I are looking forward to having Cameron do the work. Cameron and Nick did a great job with the spa wiring installation. They also did an in-home electrical inspection and found some problems that needed attention. Not cheap, but what is nowadays? Were going to have Cameron back in a couple of days to address said problems. Cameron and Devin got us up to code on smoke alarms, breakers and a main surge protector for the breaker box. We are officially up to code. Today (4/22/24) we had a ceiling fan/light installed by Brandon. He was prompt, personable and professional. We(my wife and I) are very happy with the results. We will definitely continue to use Allied Electric as our go to electricians.

The organization is professional, responsive and reliable! Most notably is one of their lead electricians (Brad Orescanin). Not only is he thorough in his inspections, repairs and reassessments, but he is able to articulate to a customer all the related issues and recommendations in such a way, everyone can understand. My confidence in his abilities and the professionalism of his company assures I will ALWAYS look to them for electrical matters today and long into the future!!

    We were in the middle of a snowstorm with no power up in the mountains on a dirt road. Stephanie understood our situation immediately and got her best guy Brad up to our house within a few hours. In the snowstorm Brad and Nick worked all day and stayed until we had at least partial power and then followed up daily until APS got us back up. Then they completely repaired our damaged panel and checked our entire house for any problems. By contrast, Mario from Allied came over the next day, and was very knowledgeable and personable.     I called Allied Electric because I needed a 220V circuit and a 110V circuit installed in my garage in order to run a vacuum pump and my previous electrical contractor was unavailable. Surprisingly, they were able to give me an appointment for the next day! The electrician, Cody, arrived on time and did the job correctly and quickly. Cody was friendly and engaging and very competent in his work. The company does a great job of communicating with their customers both online and by phone to confirm appointments. Price?     Allied Electric is Outstanding in all respects. Cameron and Michael came into my home which is an electricians nightmare (or dream job depending on how much they love their job). They LOVED the challenge of the job as its magnitude and complexity became increasingly apparent to us all. I was rather blown away by the advanced dialogue between them as they worked to troubleshoot and propose solutions to my homes many issues (from decades of DIY work by former owner-amateurs). We are still in the development phase of our plan but its coming together and, thus, as of yet, they have not yet actually worked on the house. (So, my review should be reviewed in that light.) They were prompt, polite, professional, expert, good natured, engaged, comprehensive, outstanding in all ways. I also had the opportunity to speak at length with Mario (the owner) who is bright and communicative and thoroughly invested with an idealism about his business that seems rare these days. Hes clearly in this business for ALL the right reasons. He LOVES his work and LOVES his adopted community and really wants us to be safe and secure and has created an impressive and engaged business model by which he engages with you much more like your life-long family physician than an hourly electrician. The business model is essentially that you become a member of Allied. As a member (about $120/yr) they will familiarize themselves with you home by providing safety checks and inspections, and, if you want, let you know what they recommend for improvements. If you ask them to fix something, theyll provide a quote and members get a 15% discount on the work. As a member, Allieds long-term relationship with the home/client serves to improve your electrical safety and functionality over the long term. I think this is a great business model for those who want top-of-the-line electrical design, service, maintenance, and continued functionality. That said, they are not cheap running perhaps twice or more what an hourly electrician might charge. So, it seems that for those who feel that the electricity in their house (e.g., safety, security, etc.) are essential and are willing to invest in that level of service, this may well be your company. (Disclosure: Im just a normal resident and have no connection to the company in any way.) Hope this helps.Follow up. We continue to troubleshoot the job and determined what needs to be done. At this point theyve been to the house several times and with this latest visit Mario the owner came as well. This is a fully professional operation operating at the highest levels of professionalism competence compassion and expertise. They have earned my complete trust and confidence and feel that they are a real asset to the community. I still have not decided whether Im going to go ahead with this rather significant electrical remodel, but if I do I know for sure that Ill be working with them.

    Cameron is a great representative for Allied Electric! He is professional, personable, and knows exactly what he is doing. He took the time to listen to what we had to say and explained the best way to resolve the problem. He did an excellent job correcting an existing issue with the electrical panel on the home that we are selling. Joannie, in the office, is also great! She understood our need to get this task completed on a short schedule and worked to get Cameron scheduled for us, called to let us know when he would arrive, and followed up afterwards as well. Cameron and Joannie made this such a positive experience that we will continue to use Allied Electric for our future electrical needs. As our realtor said, good electricians are like unicorns (hard to find).

Had them give me an estimate for generator— they thoroughly listened to my needs, asked questions about other possible improvements to my ideas, and were very knowledgeable.     I cannot express enough my gratitude for and impressions of Mario! We had already had a different electric company in the area service our breaker panel twice recently, and over $400 later, we were still having issues with power cutting off repeatedly in part of our home. This being a holiday weekend, I decided not to waste any more time and money on the original company, and to search for an electrician that might be available 24 hours. Allied Electric came up in my search, so I gave them a call, and to my surprise, Mario answered his phone, took some information, then as he was already on another assignment with another customer, promised me a call back within the hour. He not only lived up to his promise for a return call, but was able to come to our home within a short time after that (after he completed yet another service call; obviously this man is hard-working all hours and all days of the week!). He was kind, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, yet he explained things in consumer-friendly terms, spent time trouble-shooting and making necessary adjustments, and after all of that, he did not even charge us! I was fully expecting to pay a bit more than usual due to the emergency weekend call I was making, and most other electric companies charge a minimum just for showing up even during normal hours, and I tried to tell him I valued his time and how unprecedented it was to find a competent business in the area that would respond so promptly after hours, and even so, he insisted that only if we had further problems, to call him back and he would do whatever additional services might be necessary. Im almost afraid to leave such a glowing review, as the next time I might need an electrician, Mario might be over-booked with other customers! But in all seriousness, my 20-month old little girl (who would have had to go to bed in the dark, as her bedroom was part of the house affected) and my family so truly appreciate Marios time and service. Thank you so incredibly much!!

    I needed an electrician to check my breaker box. Amber called right away to schedule an appointment for me and Mario came out the next day. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional!     I think it was Amber, in the office, who returned my call very quickly. Mario was out within a couple days (it was not an emergency), *very* knowledgeable and quickly was on the same page as I was. Within a week, I had my new outlets, both an inside and an outside one, and for a really nice price. Looking forward to my next I need an Electrician project with them!
