The amazing team of professionals at Allied Electric are FANTASTIC. From scheduling to service everything they do is top notch. They helped us with a front office remodel including new lighting in our waiting area, install a fan, whole office surge protection, several new wall outlets with usb charging, and an amazing light up mirror for the patient bathroom! Their electricians are friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable!

Jared and Allied electrical were one of the most amazing experiences I have dealt with from a home service perspective. They were extremely polite courteous and contacted me throughout the entire process. If I could give more than five stars I would it was that good. I definitely recommend the company and I can’t give enough. Kudos to Jared and the tremendous job he did fixing my cabin. A+++

The quality of work provided was definitely worthy of 5 stars, but they charged my card twice and did not accept responsibility initially. They tried to blame it on a bank error. I feel they may be overpriced, so get more than 1 quote from multiple sources. I experienced unpleasant service when addressing my issue with guest service. I appreciate that the owner has taken full responsibility for the issue that I experienced. The owner definitely cares about guest service and the overall satisfaction of his guests and will ensure you are properly taken care of. I hope the proper training in guest service is improved on so in the future as a patron you feel a sense of worth.

Really appreciate Allied for making our repairs easy from start to finish. Every time I’ve called, someone answers. They were able to schedule us within the week. The electricians who came, Brad and Brandon, were both very personable and capable.With two knowledgeable guys working together, they got all of our work done efficiently (while taking time to educate and answer my many questions). I was impressed with their commitment to keep our house clean, laying down their own mat at our front door and wearing shoe covers in our house.

The office manager is so nice, communicative and helpful. Kind of rare to get such great service. I used another company previous to having Allied come to my home. That company didn’t fix the problem the first time and didn’t offer to come back for anything but full cost. Maybe that is the norm? Anyway, a good friend recommended Allied. Brad showed up, fixed the problem; but he also did a complete inspection. Did I want him to find other issues?? Nope. Am I glad he told me about them? Yes, absolutely. Brad will be my electrician going forward - his words but mine too.

I had a fairly long list of electrical tasks I wanted to have done. From submitting my to-do’s to walking through the project scope, it was a simple process. Jared came to the house, listened intently to my needs and priorities, and offered very helpful suggestions and options. He is professional, patient, and very approachable. I never felt rushed or pressured. Jared checked out our electrical panel and wiring and made suggestions from a security perspective. He accomplished some priorities and we scheduled a time when he and a partner can finish off the remaining to-do’s. I am so impressed with Jared, his knowledge, patience, and his ability to explain things so I could make best decision going forward. I’m glad he’s coming back. I feel like we’ve got a friend in the business!

Was able to get a quote on a new install same-day. Stephanie was super friendly answering the phone and put me on will call. Thankfully, they were able to send out an electrician right away. The electrician, Brad, was very knowledgable and helped make a tough decision easier. Very happy with this company, they provide a superior level of service compared to others Ive worked with in the past!
