Great staff, very good book keeping of all service done to your property, whether you are a new home owner or not, very informative and straight to the point. Great attendance with service team and just a wonderful company overall, I would and I am recommending them to any and everyone, my reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is due to the initial communication.Once you get past that phase it was smooth, they are fair with pricing and will attempt to get you during the week, if you are only available on the weekends they will explain the time slot and how the price change due to weekends being a off day and generally emergency calls.

We just had our heating done over in our home. And we couldnt be more happier, especially with all these cold days right now this company is amazing. They were very friendly professional and explained everything they were doing as they were doing it. We highly recommend them and suggest that you definitely give them a try you will not be disappointed. We werent.

The employee who came here was able to diagnose the issue and resolve it. He was friendly and professional.The downside is that I feel the amount charged was very high. I paid it without argument but I more recently found someone else to take care of another issue. He came recommended from two independent sources and his charge was very reasonable.

The start of my experience with Winslow, Sons & Daughter, Inc., began because I needed a new HVAC system for my co-op. Starting with Sam who greets with a genuine smile, then Stephen, and finally meeting Austin; I received professional & courteous customer service all the way through.Once verbal agreement was in place, Stephen arrived to my home and began the assessing, evaluating, measuring spaces, investigating the ducts, and brain storming. He presented me with options. What I didnt understand, the time was taken to educate me :) I received the estimate, and it was as he verbally stated.Stephen has incredible attention to details, can and will customize if and when necessary, but not only just for functionality, but also with aesthetics in mind. One question - how does such a big guy fit in the tiny spaces? AUSTIN on point, knowing whats needed, super tidy! The areas they worked in were spotless, both during the job and after!! Bonus - they are dog lovers!!!I truly enjoyed watching the process of getting my new HVAC system installed.Great customer service backed with years of experience, knowledge of their trade, and years of faithful customers. I am now one of them!! We used Winslow, Sons, & Daughter three times and had a great time with the folks who came to fix our units. The first time was in the summer and our air conditioner broke on the HOTTEST day of the year. They sent a technician over for that afternoon and checked things out, and followed up the next day with two people to help fix our unit. The relief was instantaneous and the technicians on the second day were incredible with sharing exactly what was going on with our system, did a full cleaning, and shared information on how we could do simple fixes in the future.The next time we called was for our winter cleaning. The price was reasonable and the service was quick once he arrived. The following week was Thanksgiving so my family and I were traveling and lowered the temperature. When we came home, our thermostat was not working and said it had been disconnected--the house was in the 50s. We could not get the unit to work at all and called Winslow, Sons, & Daughters back that night. Even though it was a holiday weekend and nighttime, they sent someone over within the hour to fix it. They didnt charge us a penny for that emergency visit and were kind, courteous, and thorough in their explanation of the issue. The heat was back on in full-force within about an hour and a half.I highly recommend using Winslow, Sons, & Daughter!

On Saturday evening before Fathers Day, our hot water heater sprung a leak. We discovered it about 11:30 pm, when there was no hot water. We went down to the basement and discovered the water was coming out of it and was already flooding our basement. Our water supply is very hard and very corrosive. The only thing we could do at this point was to collected the water in buckets and to mop the water off the floor. I decided to try and call Winslow. I know it was late but maybe there was an answering service. In about 15 minutes, Stephen Winslow called back on his cell phone. He directed us to shut the water off to stop the flow. He gave us part of his Fathers day to come to our house in the morning, obtain and replace the heater for us. This was beyond the call of duty. The price of the service and tank was very good. This dedication to his business and the superlative service speaks much about this company. It is a family business that has been around for years and still going strong. I am so appreciative for doing this for us and thank him for letting my husband have his Fathers Day. Thank you again Stephen Winslow.

12/13/23 Had an issue with my Water Heater that runs on oil , had no idea filters and nozzle had to be changed yearly To repair man came to my house the following morning repaired my water heater that was blowing Smoke and was clogged , These two gentlemen came over from the company, took care of it within the hour, boiler running like new, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is having oil burner issues.

They were extremely creative in dealing with a near impossible situation in bringing a new boiler to the basement in a very confined area.
