    This was my first experience with Mr. Rooter. Id phoned Mr. Rooter at 4:45 PM on a Saturday because our sewer was clogged up causing overflow downstairs which wed taken all afternoon to clean up. This was an emergency for us because we couldnt use any water.Everything about this service call exceeded my expectations. Mr. Rooter said a service person would arrive sometime in the next 4 hours. It wasnt more than 20 minutes later that Mr. Rooter (Scott) showed up at my door. He quoted me a charge of $800+ which I quickly agreed to because this was an emergency service on a weekend evening. But then Scott was very professional; he did not just take my word for what was wrong. Instead, he methodically tested every line to see exactly where the blockage was. He determined that the blockage wasnt actually in the main line as I had thought, but only in the kitchen/laundry line, which he cleaned out. Because the main line was fine, Scott said the charge would only be $500+, saving us $300! Scott was very personable and very efficient. No wasted motion. And the job took only an hour and 20 minutes. I couldnt be more satisfied with Scotts service.

    Jordan and Alvin are a fabulous team! After polite introductions, Jordan asked about the sink problem and when it began. I filled him in with the history of the situation. Jordan then proceeded to make his assessment of the problem. The two men discussed how to correct the problem. Clearly this was not their first rodeo!! (As the expression goes) Jordan with confidence, explained the procedure and gave me the price of job. He also thoroughly explained a second procedure if the first did not work, along with pricing. Jordan put my mind at ease when giving me the pricing information. So much less than another local company! I am very pleased with the job WELL DONE!!     I am thrilled we went with Mr. Rooter of PK! Our septic was backing up into our shower and they were able to move things around to come same day (which we would have understood if not! Just a bonus). Scott came out to help and was an incredible technician. He was so kind, thorough, and quick! He snaked and unclogged our drain, sent a camera down, found the underlying issue and gave us tips on what to do until we can get to the permanent fix. 10/10 would hire again and ask for Scott! :)

    My experience with the Mr. Rooter Plumbing Extraordinaire was just that Extraordinary. My 29 year old water heater spilled its guts water, water everywhere.John & Alvin came to my rescue.     We had two things done today: we had a new faucet put in by Mike Rhode and our furnace tune up with the technician, Kevin. Weve been using Rohde for years. Their service, they are technicians, plumbers, etc., and their office staff are excellent! I have recommended Rohde to many of my family and friends. I wouldnt think of using any other company.

    Our rental property had a sewer pipe clogged. We called late in the afternoon , approximately 4:00 PM, right after werecieve a call from our rented.I was assured you would address it that night and recieved a phone call confirming arrival around 8:00 PM.John was the plumber who addressed the call. He called and advised us of the Emergency call cost and said he would evaluate the problem and call back for approval prior to completing any work.After agreeing he cleared the block and checked with a Camera. He called back, advised of total actual cost prior to processing payment. Final cost was the same as estimated cost.John was very polite, informative and helpful.I highly recommend Mr. Router for plumbing problems.Best Regards, Guy

Although the company’s booking system is not efficient for clear communication, because a different operator answers the phone at various times and each one interprets and relays information differently, Scott made up for it with his expertise, logical explanations, and clarity.     We had a small pipe leak that we attempted to fix ourselves ALL DAY, to no avail. Finally, we waved the white flag and called Mr. Rooter and they were so prompt and came out so quickly, even at 830pm. Made quick work of fixing our plumbing leak and were so courteous and kind, and they gave us a break on fees and pricing since it wasnt a fully burst pipe.     One of the better experiences Ive had with home ownership. There was a block in our main septic line. Called Rooter first thing in the morning and Scott was able to come about an hour later. He was straight forward and very friendly. He kept us updated on what he was doing and seeing. He was wonderful. 10/10 would reccomend.

    Felix was amazing. Prompt, courteous, and professional. He was able to unclog a major blockage in the main septic pipe; The previous day, I had another company come out and they could not unclog it after a few hours of working on it. And this other company stated that the pipe under the house was bad, and they could repair it for 6000+ dollars. Mr. Rooter came out and within a hour or two Felix fixed the problem, and the price was great. I’ll definitely be using Mr rooter for all my septic/plumbing needs. Thanks again!Kevin P.

    John was so helpful yesterday. Our Fridge broke at the worst time of the year. We had John come in and install the water line for the ice maker and add a separate shut off valve for the water line. We originally had a cooper line so it involved redoing the entire run from the sink to the back of fridge. (about 15ft). This process could have been really stressful but John has that calming personality and we felt at ease once John started the job. We appreciate his fine workmanship and attention to detail. 5 STARS.     I put a listing in for a plumber Sunday night on Craigs List. Got a call in less than 30 minutes with a commitment that a plumber would be there from10 to 2 the next day. Which was Columbus day. Man was there by 11AM and called with an estimate. Once approved he follows that up with before and after photos with the invoice. I only wish the $99 dispatch fee was included in their cost and not added to it. But all-in-all a very responsive service. I will use them again.

    I contacted 3 companies. 2 provided free estimates. This estimate was $1000 less. They installed my heating pipes in one day and dealt with unexpected issues at no extra charge. They are extremely polite. Also, I had them install a toilet. My rough in was only 10inches, but I needed at 12inch rough in. They did not charge me for the trip out to install, and they came and installed once I corrected my rough in. I will definitely hire them again for any other heating or plumbing work.

    Mr. Rooter is great. We called them when we had trouble with our main line being clogged. They dispatched a tech named Cole who was absolutely and undoubtedly the best tech weve ever had. He was smart, knowledgeable, had tenacity ( because the problem wasnt immediately clear), and was a kind and generous person. Mr. Rooter can be a bit pricey, for the service weve gotten, it was well worth the cost. I would recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues.

    Today Ben Miller repaired our broken kitchen faucet. He arrived promptly at the beginning of the service window, so I was immediately glad that I was not left to wait around. He was professional in both appearance and demeanor through the entire visit. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me options to choose from. In the end I saved a few bucks buy purchasing a specific replacement part locally so I got the exact fixture I wanted and he was able to complete the install same-day. What a relief to have a working sink again. He examined the problem thoroughly and explained it to me. He showed me the damaged valves (corroded and cracked) and replaced same timely and neatly. He even went the extra step to adjust, correct the handles to the faucet so that they turn in the proper direction, something I did not notice until he brought it to my attention.Pricing was very reasonable too. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to friends and family.Sept. 2021 - Called regarding low water pressure. Tech showed up on time replaced pressure switch and pressure gauge to well tank and determined that pressure from tank was good. Unable to offer any assistance as to my pressure issue and speculated as to what could be causing it. Seemed more interested in getting me to purchase items (not related to my pressure issue). Cost me $700 and change for a new switch and pressure gauge, only to not have problem corrected.

    Scott was absolutely amazing and saved the day. Nobody wants to have to call their wife and tell them they broke the plumbing and now the house doesnt have any running water, but thats the position I found myself in. I made a panicked call to Mr. Rooter, and Scott was at my house within the hour. The water had to be shut off at the street by the county water department to fix a broken shutoff valve. Scott went way above and beyond, making multiple calls to the water department and ultimately getting them to come out the same day to shut the water off instead of the next day. At least as importantly, he explained to my wife that the valve that broke and had to be replaced was old and probably broke due to age (and not my complete incompetence dealing with plumbing). We had running water, a new valve, and a new faucet installed within a couple hours, and it wasnt as expensive as I would have expected. He saved the day, the pipes, my self-respect, and my marriage.

I next called these guys, and they actually picked up the phone--already a miracle--and then sent someone out in two hours. He was very apologetic even tough it wasnt his fault; the previous appliance installer should have told us that. Once the electric work was done, I called, and they sent someone the next day.
