This company is great and does amazing work! We needed a new way to vent our older equipment (boiler, water heater) before the first freeze. We had no hot water or heat! Steve and Alex came out, talked through our needs and set us up nicely. They replaced the existing equipment with a tankless condensing combi-boiler system. It’s beautiful and high efficiency. They are excellent communicators and made the whole experience painless. Highly recommend Lambert Plumbing.

I had a 50 gallon natural gas water heater installed by them approximately 1 yr. ago. I had the water heater drained for him. I left the water heater on to drain fully overnight. The installer camethe next day. He was very professional. He was careful not to cause further flooding in my basement. He did an outstanding job with the installation. It took him approximately 1 1/2 hours to install. They are a very dependable company to deal with. They told me the approximate time the installer would arrive.

They sent Mike out about an hour after I called to repair the leak.He identified the problem and explained what he needed to do to repair it. He worked quickly and it was fixed within a short time.He was very nice, professional, and went right to work. I was fortunate to have noticed it before we had a catastrophic water release. By 2:30 PM we had a new hot water heater installed! Thank you for the prompt response and excellent service.

I am out of state and I noticed a problem with my heat pump when I checked the Wi-Fi thermostat that Lambert Plumbing and Heating installed for me years ago. The technician that came to my home was great, he contacted me when he was there at my home and he was able to quickly evaluate the issue. He even sent me a video so I could see what was happening and could talk about what needed to be done. The technician was able to make a temporary repair so the system is working while he orders the needed repair materials to come back and make the repairs. I cant say how pleased that I am with the service and I wish that I could find a quality company like Lambert P&H for my home out of state.Some of the thermostats that we requested would not work well with out ductless units so the technician order different ones and he will return once he has them.We look forward to his return.

I was satisfied with the overall experience. The plumber was courteous and professional. He detected the problem and resolved it rather easily. The only issue I have with this experience was the labor rate per hour. I know that plumbing is a skill and the company does deserve to be compensated for that skill. I was charged for 3 hours labor @125.00 per hour. I feel that the time he spent off the site to purchase parts needed to complete the project should have stopped the clock so to speak while he was gone. Other than that I was satisfied with the finished project.

The technician came on time and was very professional, but was not informed by the company the brand unit he was to service (although I had placed a strong emphasis in needing someone well versed with this Navien unit). The end result was that he was not properly prepared for the job. A fact that ended up costing me twice as much as it should have been (two full hours instead of one). They will have to come back to replace a malfunctioning piece. Well see how that goes timewise to render a final review of Lambert Plumbing & Heating.

Words of advice. Be very clear when setting up appointment on description of work required. If plumber does not have the part in the van, they will charge you for the time to travel to plumbing supply and back. I suggest you email photos of the work required. I had a dryer installed which leaked gas after the connection. I expressed some initial concerns but was told it was my hot water heater venting outside. In short, came home a day later to a gas smell in washer dryer room. Luckily i had left the window partially open. I immediately shut the valve off and called lambert emergency line. Alex called back very quickly and came to the house the next morning. Very professional person and knew exactly the problem after spraying the connected line. Thank you Alex. The other plumbing was satisfactory.

I have used Lambert for various plumbing needs multiple times over the years. The company is consistently HONEST in its approach to dealing with customers. I have tried other companies and found many to be sharks and dishonest in assessing and pricing plumbing needs. Lamberts work has been consistently good. Most recently, My gas furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Lambert was considerate enough to arrange for a technician to come to my house that evening and fix the problem. That technician was Mr. Robert Grant. He was courteous and very knowledgeable and quickly figured out what the problem was and fix the system enough so we had heat that evening. He was fantastic. I would suggest making Lambert your first call for any Plumbing or Heating needs.

Up front I must say I am happy with the outcome. I would get water in my basement, after flushing a toilet in the laundry room above. Lambert resolved it by snaking the pipe (which was in the floor and behind a wall - difficult to diagnose). What I am not happy about is, the serviceman stated he would get a clean-out part and install it into the pipe above the floor, so any snaking would be easy to perform. He had to leave to get it . He was gone for almost an hour. My problem is, when he returned, he changed his mind, and decided to instead remove the toilet to snake the pipe. The pipe is now clear, as there were some roots in it, but having been gone for almost an hour, getting a part which he didnt use, cost me ( $125 per hour). Like I said. I am happy it is cleared, but not happy that I paid an extra $125 for the time he spent driving back and forth to get a part that has nothing to do with the job he did.

Very satisfied customer! I own and rent out a small house in the city of Poughkeepsie. I am out of state and hired Lambert Plumbing twice so far. Once was for an after hours emergency, and the second was to upgrade my water meter to meet the citys new requirements. We have a smell under our kitchen sink, which we have no idea what it is or how to get rid of it. Clayton looked at any number of issues it could be and could find nothing. There was no moisture and he checked the drain, the dishwasher and outside. Unfortunately he was not able to discern what the smell was, but he sure did a good job looking for it. Fingers crossed it will go away as it came. Thank you Clayton and Lambert.

We had a leak from the kitchen sink, we called these guys the night before when we realized there was a leak around 5pm, and they were here the very next day just before 8am to help fix the problem. Two plumbers arrived, tools in hand ready to look at the issue, they detected the problem and fixed it all within a 2 hour time frame. The leak had also caused problems in the basement and they even helped us sort it out down there, they replaced parts and fixed the entire problem, with hardly any mess. Two very professional, experienced gentlemen that were courteous and kind. I will definitely call these guys again with my next plumbing or heating problem.

I had a new boiler installed. Very comfortable process, listened to my needs and did not try and sell me something I didn’t. The installers were great. Very friendly and professional. Very hard workers. And they did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. Highly recommend.

Called Lamber at 10pm and the serviceman was at our house 20 minutes later. He cleaned the line and installed a cap on a pipe. So friendly and so speedy. Plumbing isn’t a pleasant thing when it goes awry but Lambert was so good at resolving the issue so quickly.

I needed my oil burner serviced and cleaned and a new faucet installed in my kitchen sink. Lamberts was completely professional, on time, and did a great job. I was totally satisfied with the work and would book them again as I have in the past. Yes, their prices may seem higher than others in the area but, in this case, you most definitely get what you pay for. I have never - Never - had to call anyone to re-do/fix a job Lamberts has done. And I cant say the same for others in the area offering the same services. Highly Recommended.
