Dave took my call.... Not an answering service or voicemail.... He immediately and off hours made the trip down to my house. He assessed the situation which in the pictures you can see what terrible. After teaching us what the problem was he then investigated further before just jumping in and cutting.Dave talked to the previous homeowner and was able to figure out the details of a house built in 1906. He was clear and concise. He did everything with the intent to not make a mess around the kitchen.Overall he has been very impressive thus far. When he finishes this emergency job he is definitely someone I would hire and recommend immediately.I will post an update on the finish and the pricing!

He and his apprentice were very quick to replace the water heater and install a replacement and followed up to ensure everything was working as it should. My furnace was leaking water. Called my oil co., who shall remain nameless AND I have a contract with them, and they said they couldnt come for 4 days. Was filling up a 5 gal. bucket every few hours. Called a plumber I had used before and was supposed to come the next morning and was a no show. Then I found David. He came within a couple of hours and it was fixed!! Besides fixing it quickly and efficiently, his price was cheaper than the oil co and other plumber estimate. David the Plumber is my new guy! Highly recommend him!!

I have had David come out twice with great experience on both occasions. The first was a non-emergent but very important issue with excessive water usage due to leaks in the tanks of all three toilets that he fixed. On the second occasion, my water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced urgently. He came out to evaluate the situation and removed the old broken water heater, returning very soon with the new water heater that he then installed. I can highly recommend David to do an outstanding job.

Had a whole home drainage issue which pretty much made both my bathrooms unusable. I called other local plumbing companies on a Saturday and got their emergency answering services. Left messages and no one had gotten back to me by Sunday morning (some still have not !). Called David and he picked up the phone Sunday morning at 9:30am and was at my house by 1pm and had my clogged drainage issue resolved by 3pm.Appreciate his hard work and that he responded as he did. Very pleasant and explained what he was doing and how the situation was looking as he was working. Knowledgeable about his work, had all the equipment he needed and had my issue fixed and cleaned up after he was done in no time.I would highly recommend David if you have a plumbing emergency or need any plumbing work done in general. With subzero temperatures, I was having a difficult time finding anyone, even as an emergency call. One company told me they could come out on Thursday, and it is currently Saturday. He walked me through the process step by step, had me send him photos and was so patient with a very inexperienced person. We were able to fix the situation after almost an hour and he did not want to charge me. This thoughtfulness and consideration is only found few and far between. I called David about my very clogged sink and he offered to come out next day. He arrived on time and worked diligently to unclog my very stubborn sink. He even took the time to walk me through everything he was doing and how to avoid this problem in the future. After spending nearly 2 hours snaking my sink several times with different sized snakes he was able to unclog the sink for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

We hired David to plumb for a water softener which he also helped us install. He is a skilled and honorable professional who helped us through several curveballs during installation, and went above and beyond to see that the job was finished in a single day.The job was in a tight, dimly lit space and he never complained once. Instead, he offered creative solution after creative solution help us retrofit our water softener and pre-house filter in a way that would make everything accessible and serviceable going forward. It felt like he was doing the install in his own home.We had a small drip coming from one of the connections (not his plumbing work; the problem was with the hardware we provided), and he still came back out during his earliest window and fixed it at no charge.Cannot recommend David enough. He does great work at a fair price, and he stands behind his work.
