We had a waste pipe issue. They sent Chris to us to give estimate. He gave estimate and temporarily repaired sewerage issue until he could schedule full appt. Chris returned and completed the full repair without tearing down walls or tiles, except a large access panel we removed in the basement. He was pleasant and explained everything to my me and my very elderly parents. -
