    Highly recommend this company! I have an older home that needed a minor repair that I wasn’t sure if replacing the part would turn into a larger job. Russo responded to my call quickly and had me scheduled within a day. Tom was excellent! He was on time, very friendly and got straight to the task. He was great to talk to and took the time to answer my questions. They are very honest and affordable. I have additional things that need to be done and will definitely be using Russo and Tom again! Thank you very much!

    I had a complicated leak with older pipes. It took a few visits to get it fixed, but Russo was quick to reply and to come out right away to get it finally fixed. I would highly recommend them.

    I inquired to Russo’s after having an old cast drum trap backing up my bathroom, and some other plumbing failures do to it being an older home. It was a large job and proved difficult with the old surrounding plumbing that I decided to simultaneously redo my entire bathroom using Pop’s Home Care for the contractor work and the plumber at Russo’s, Tommy. Tommy worked along side them and replaced all of the plumbing and water lines and installed all of the shower fixtures, faucet, toilet, and pedestal sink. He even gave critical advice to ensure certain pieces were addressed to prevent issues in the future which I’m grateful for. All done professionally and going the extra mile to do things right. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for plumbing services.

    The first time I used Russo Plumbing in 2007 for a hot water heater replacement, I had great service at a reasonable price. I continued to use Russo Plumbing for various small repairs/replacements through the years and used them again in 2020 for a garbage disposal and dish washer installation. The same great service, the same reasonable pricing and the same trustworthy professionals showing up to quickly get it done. Consistent through the years.

    You can’t go wrong with Russo Plumbing. I’ve used them a couple times for repairs and replacements and they’ve been great. They’re responsive, professional, fairly-priced, and know what they’re doing. I noticed a small issue after the technician left, which wasn’t even their fault, and they came back right away and took care of it with no extra charge. They definitely stand by their work.

    Was able to quickly make an appointment. Showed up on time and was done quickly despite needing to run out to buy a new trim for the shower (handle, cover, shower head) after assessing what we had and what would be needed to replace it. I would use Russo Plumbing again.

    Third time Ive used this Company, recommended by others in my development. This time, I had issue with kitchen sink leak, called Monday morning and Russo was out and fixed Tuesday by noon. Tech knew what he was doing, clean, professional and nice guy. Fixed faucet kitchen sink issue in no time. 3 times used this Company - three times no surprises. Recommend.

    I only use Pete Russo plumbing, Scott in the office is always great to deal with and goes out of his way to make sure a technician can come out the same day. He provides excellent guidance and service and always takes the time to ask how my day is going. I’ve had several technicians come out and do work and they’re all great but I especially enjoy working with Joe. Joe does a great job he’s honest and always provide great service. I always recommend Russo plumbing to anyone who asks.

    Ive used Russo Plumbing on a number of occasions, usually the result of some emergency. Most recently, I had a leak in my kitchen sink which turned out to be a faulty faucet. They were out sooner than I expected. The work was done efficiently and at a fair price. Ill always use them and strongly recommend.

    Had them do some work for me for the first time being that they were highly recommended and they did not disappoint. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I was able to schedule an appointment very easily. The gentleman that did the work was friendly and did a great job with everything And rechecked everything he did I definitely will be using them again in the near future and I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a great plumber with reasonable rates that does the job right the first time to give them a call
