    Ive had these guys out several times now to help with various plumbing issues. I always feel like Im getting an honest response to the issues, the prices are good, communication is very good and they are starting a new membership next year that you can sign up for now.     Mike did a great job! He came out right away and fixed a problem with our water pressure at our kitchen sink. Then the next day we had another issue with a leak and he came right over and fixed that for us too. He’s a great guy, really nice and professional. We will definitely use him again for any plumbing repairs.

    Drainmen plumbing has reasonable pricing. Mike & John did a phenominal job at replacing and installing my water heater along with installing my pressure pump. Everything was completed in a timely manner and I was up and running with my water in no time. They cleaned up and left everything in order. I would definitely call them again in the future!

    I cannot say enough good things about Mike and the company! We had an emergency with a blockage in our pipes on a Saturday and the backup water was flowing into our basement. Drainmen came out that day and were there within only a few hours. Mike took his time explaining everything and doing a thorough job to fix the problem.     Called Drainmen on a referral from my daughter. Had a water leak in the basement looked like it was in the wall. Mike and one of his guys were here within 2 hours. Had to cut into the wall, turns out the line to the outside faucet had cracked… fixed everything in about an hour. Including replacing the coupler to the faucet. Thank you for everything!

    This was by far the best service we could have asked for! We found ourselves without water at 2 am and Mike and his team worked to figure out the problem and get it fixed as quickly as possible. The problem wasn’t easy to find due to several faulty installation issues (not by this company) and they spent all weekend determined to find what was causing our lack of water from our well and the issues with our water pressure. They were professional, polite and clearly experienced in what they were doing. They have customers for life with us! Thank you so much for getting us through such a rough weekend!!

    Update: I had occasion to call Drainmen again. I was thrilled the dispatcher called me right back, even though it was after hours. The next day Jack and another guy came to assess our issue, gave us a quote and told us they could do the repair the day after next, even though it was a weekend morning. They arrived promptly! First thing! They anticipated what to do if things were worse off when they cracked everything open and came prepared for anything. Happily, it was exactly as they assessed initially! They wrapped up almost an hour early! The job was well done! Really excellent! We shouldn’t have to worry about our tub drain for years to come! Thank you, Jack! And thank you, Drainmen Plumbing! You’re forever our plumbers! 👍I got nowhere with their phone service, but they called me right back concerned that I might really need their help.     Needed an emergency repair after dark. Called three companies as I didnt know who to call. All three advertised emergency repair service. Jane from Drainmen returned the call within minutes. The others never returned my message. Mike was at our house, which is about 8 miles away, very quickly. Very professional with a big box truck thats loaded with tools. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed my emergency right away. And the price???...Excellent! No need to ever wonder who to call again. Thanks Drainmen!!

They were able to come out and estimate the same day we called and install the next day.     Drainmen was contracted through our insurance. Sink was clogged like never before, couldnt figure out why. Jack and his assistant came out the next day, worked through it and tried different ways to resolve the issue, then finally got our drain unstuck to much relief.They were super polite, professional, good communication, and open to answering any questions we had.     We contacted American Water Resources for our sewer issue and within 5 minutes of ending our call with them, we received a text from Drainmen Plumbing setting up a time to come out to see us on the same day. The two gentlemen that came out to assess the problem where polite, punctual and professional. They shared with us what they found and what the next steps would be and let us know that we could contact them with any questions. Shortly after they left we received a text to schedule the work to be completed along with a call from Allison to confirm the appointment. Allison was pleasant and professional and gave us great tips for how to prepare for the day. We appreciated that Allison kept us up to date on possible delays due to other emergencies in our area. The crew that completed the work were punctual and got right to work. They explained to us in detail what they were going to do and kept us informed on what they found throughout the process.     I will recommend Drainmen Plumbing to anyone that asks me. I needed to have a sewer line replaced from my curb all the way to my house. It was an unexpected dreadful problem that needed to be addressed right away. They responded immediately and made the whole experience painless. Due to unforeseen issues in my yard (ground filled with rocks, pipe wrapped in concrete to only mention two), the work ended up taking two times as long as it was supposed to. They came out and worked until the job was done. Since they had already given me a quote, they didnt increase the amount they charged. They stood by their word. By the way, their quote was far less than other plumbers that I had called. The men were all professional and respectful of my property and of me. The job was done VERY professionally. I couldnt think of a complaint if I wanted to, and Im picky about who works on my property so thats saying a lot!     Discovered a puddle of water on my kitchen counter only to look up and see the classic appearance of a water leak from the ceiling above. My heart sank because above the kitchen is our main bathroom and we literally just moved in last week! So I called Drainmen Plumbing because I read great reviews on Yelp. Impressively, Jack and Cory were at our house within an hour of my initial call! I was so relieved that we were able to get such a fast response! The guys were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable, and were able to diagnose the source of the problem and fix it quickly! As it turns out, we had a bad tub gasket.     Six years ago Drainmen came out and installed my tankless hot water heater and did such a wonderful job. Fast forward to today Id been having issues with my utility sink overflowing and called them up. They came out the very next day and fixed the issue! Definitely recommend them!

    This company is wonderful. We had a clogged toilet and tried clearing it ourselves with an over-the-counter chemical which smelled awful and worried us.     Very nice plumbers! Mike and his helper showed up very quickly in the middle of the night to help us figure out our sewer line backing up and pouring water into our basement. Very reasonable prices and great work! Mike worked very quickly to find the issue and unclog the main drain line. We have found our new plumber to help us update the plumbing in our house, and fix any issues with the current plumbing. Highly recommend!!

    We just purchased a home in Pottstown, and *just* after we bought it, the pipes literally TORE. We had to get someone out right away to not only pull out the old vanity, but replace the torn piping and install a new vanity. Not only were they on time, friendly and professional, but they advised us on a better way to do things, and worked with us around our schedule.     The owner Mike and one of his employees both came to my home. They were courteous, and actually cared about not only the service they were providing, but the manner in which they provided it.     Last year Jack and a couple other men replaced our well pump. They did a great job and got our water running again quickly. I had to call them again today late in the afternoon because I didn’t have water again.     We called Drainmen for a slow draining sewer line. They sent a camera down into the main to diagnose the problem and took the time to show us the problem and answer any questions we had.     Sunday morning my apartment building with six units occupied by some elders, children and all good tenants had no water. We are on private well service and recently had new controls installed. After three hours of frustrating phone call to other familiar plumbers with no emergency responses from them I reached Drainmen plumbing. He responded on site within thirty minutes with the right parts on his truck. In a short time it was repaired and the tenants had water. A great response, an immediate repair and six families could now enjoy their Sunday having water. Not only was the service excellent but so was the charge, very fair If there were six stars or ten stars I would recommend Drainmen Plumbing at that high level.

    Mike from Drainmen was referred to me by his brother who is an electrician. I just purchased my first property and I had 3 plumbing issues that needed to be addressed.My inspector noted a slow flush in the half bathroom. When Mike arrived on time he checked the toilet and said the pressure was good and the tank itself was good size.The second item on the report was a loose metal plate that covers the shower pipe coming out of the wall. There was also space between the pipe and the drywall that needed to be filled in. I asked him if I could just do it myself with some clear silicone and he said sure. It worked great.Lastly there were some exit pipes from the tub that still havent been changed over to PVC and were showing some corrosion according to the inspector. Mike said he didnt feel it was that corroded and certainly didnt need to be replaced right away. That was nice to hear since its about a $500 job.When he was getting ready to go I asked him how much I owed him and he said dont worry about. He wouldnt even take $50 just for coming out from Pottstown to Eagleville.How many plumbers or service people in any industry would tell you that you dont need any repairs when you have called them in specifically to fix something. Thats the right answer. Not very many. Do yourself a favor and give Drainmen a shot for your next plumbing repair. You wont be disappointed.

    Drainmen was the third plumber we called to try to clear the clogged sewer main in our 130-year-old home. The first plumber broke the access cap while unclogging the pipe, and then failed to return multiple frantic calls when the clog/overflow immediately recurred. (Meaning raw sewage in our basement.) The second plumber used their fancy expensive high-pressure water truck to snake a hose through about 25 feet of ancient cast iron pipe to clear the clog, which immediately recurred. Drainmen showed up and clearly explained how we needed to cut and replace the old connection that was causing the clog. Presto chango they replaced the pipe, clearing it up for good (now 8 months ago) and making access super easy for next time. We had them do two more jobs (install a utility sink and replace an outdoor faucet) and will never use any other plumber again.UPDATE: its more than a year later, still no problems!

    Had water and paper coming from the sewer line cleanout. Of course I expected the worst...that the whole line had to be replaced. Called Drainmen Plumbing because I have used them before. They came and pulled out what they described as the biggest root they had ever seen. Now right here, they could have told me I needed to replace the entire sewer line and I would have 1) Believed them and 2) been none the wiser. However, after some further investigating, it turns out my sewer lines are ok. They charged me to clear the drain which I was more than happy to pay for. My point is, they could have taken me for a ride and charged me thousands of dollars to have work done that I did not need. I am so thankful for the honesty of Corey and Jack.
