    Sunday morning my sewer backs up into my basement toilet and boy does that make for a s***y day. Called two other places and they put me off for at least 6 hours to one full day.THEN, I called Monaco-Router Plumbing & Drain cleaner. They arrived with 30 minutes of my call and made everything smell like roses again. They did a 5 STAR job from the point they answered the phone to when the plumber left my driveway. I highly recommend these people. Great service. They get it!

    They sent a man out due to emergency water heater leakage, the tank gave out. Eventually two more men showed and completed the job, replacing with a new heater and pressure tank. Very satisfied with the work done, however price was rather high and they didnt warn me about my paying the credit card fee; the only reasons I gave it four stars.

    Absolutely the best. I initially was calling Roto-Rooter but called this company instead and it was the best mix up ever. The guy came out same day and was able to unclog the drain by going through the toilet a method that two other companies I called never tried or mentioned. I’ve since had to call Montco again and again they were amazing. They had to use a more expensive process this time and even worked with my landlord as far as cost. The guys were all nice, knowledgeable, and not scared of my dogs lol. But I definitely would call them again if needed and I highly, highly recommend Montco-Rooter

    The sewer main going out of the foundation wall of my house broke. My tenants could not use any water until it was fixed so this was an emergency. I called many plumbers/excavators, no one could help. I finally called Montco Rooter; they were extremely responsive. They visited the property the next day to estimate the damage. They provided transparent pricing and even some discounts. The work was scheduled for the next business day. They excavated 5 underground to get to the sewer pipe, repaired it, backfilled, even seeded and strawed the excavation area. My tenants had the use of water back by 4pm the day of the excavation. Montco Rooter is outstanding; theyre responsive, timely, transparent and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone with any range of plumbing issues.

    Woke up to no water, turns out the well pump went out, called Montco they sent out Brandon. I live all the way in Blakeslee, they got here in a few hours, and by the end of the day I had running water. Everywhere else I called I had to wait sometimes upto 5 days, they got it done that day.     Very good company to work with. Came out the day after I called them. Also, a few days later we had a very small issue with a part malfunction and they replied to my email within minutes and were out within an hour to replace the part, and on a Sunday too.     Service wise everything was great. Very knowledgeable, honest, and up front. No complaints as far as the service or the experience. Louis was great, on time and honest about everything. My only complaint would be the pricing. Appreciate the flat rate upfront pricing and they lay it all out for you ahead of time. Just feels like a bit of a premium for the simplicity of the work that was done.

    Fairly Decent Experience. I had a issue with my main pipe to the outside being clogged. I called Monto-Rooter and they were out within 2 hrs. The Tech arrived I explained to him what I thought the issue was, and he knew what to do. The tech was very professional, Gave me an upfront Price of $699 for the machine line cleaning. Took about a little over an hour and some diligent trying. Luckily he was able to get it without having to room our down stairs toilet to snake the pipe. Ultimately the drainage was cleared, and it cost my exact what the upfront price was.

    One of Montos team, Lou did a phenomenal job on a very tricky shower cartridge replacement and a certain looseness in the entire plumbing stack. Tightened the stack but then the spout was not flush to the wall, which required some reall high level creative problem solving..a true master plumber doesnt just swap out parts sometime you have to do tricky problem solving, and Louis and Monto-Rooter did that and im very very impressed !! 5 stars!

He determined the cause of the issue and after calling to see if our water heater was still under warranty (it wasnt) he helped me choose a new water heater and delivered it to my house.     After experiencing a sewage backup in my newly finished basement I called Montco-Rooter Plumbing in a panic first l, they answered the phone 2nd, they assured me someone would be to my home in 2 hrs and they arrived less than 2 hrs 3rd, the gentleman was nice and friendly and ready to serve on a Sunday, 4th, he explained every detail along with images to give to my insurance company 5th, they then referred me to a reputable company to do the cleanup all of this was taken care of by end of day Sunday I was very pleased that they saw the urgency and acted upon it .. unlike another company that said they would call back and didn’t. I’d recommend Montcorotor a million times!

    Accidentally hit the water pipe on my water meter.....hilarity ensued. Did a search on my phone for roto-rooter....and called these guys instead (did not pay attention to the search results). They came out on the promise time, and our tech reconnected our water quickly, and reinstalled the meter the next day.     Our experience with Montco Rooter was fantastic. On a holiday weekend, our hot water heater died and leaked water in our basement. Mike answered the phone on a Saturday evening, and Lou arrived promptly at 8am on a Sunday on a holiday weekend and got us all fixed up within a few hours! Lou was very professional and helpful.     We had a SERIOUS clog at our rental property that was threatening to flood the basement at 5pm on a Friday. We called 5 companies and Montco Rooter was the only company to respond and also the only company that didn’t require us to drive an hour to meet them at the rental. Mike sent a technician out immediately who diagnosed the problem. They came back first thing Saturday morning and cleared the lines. We noticed Saturday night that we were still experiencing some issues. I reached out to Mike who had someone out first thing Sunday to check the lines again. We so appreciate their quick response and attentiveness on a weekend and would absolutely use them again! They were fantastic!

    We are empty nester and we have an old toilet that had more then one issue. Louis was awesome. He helped me join the membership which saved me $50.00 on my service right away. Louis then let me know here is an additional problem. He worked out a special deal to help us and his work is awesome.     Mike (plumber) did a great job fixing our broken sewer line. This was a big job that required excavation. The work was done well and efficiently and our service was restored by the early afternoon. They responded well, even during the holiday season. Although, it was a little on the expensive side, they worked with us on the pricing. Would recommend, especially for emergency jobs!

    I had the pleasure of having Montco Rooter save me again on yet another repair. My furnace needed a new mixing valve I have not been getting hot water for almost 4 months once Luis diagnosed the problem he ordered the part picked up the part and replaced it for me in a very reasonable amount of time and in a very professional manner. Last but not least I do my homework on everyone and I usually get more than one estimate and since I have been a member of Montco rooter I can honestly say their pricing per job is above being fair...

    Had a great experience with Montco Rooter. I had a main sewer line blockage that needed to be cleared out. I called Montco Rooter on a Friday night and they were able to send a tech out first thing in the morning on Saturday. On Saturday morning Stephen (technician) showed up on time and was very helpful. Stephen assessed the situation and gave me a few options for services to correct the problem. The initial estimate was more than I wanted to spend (or had the money for to be honest), and they were willing to work on the price point with me. Once the price was agreed upon Stephen got right to work and was able to clear the blockage. All and all my experience with Montco Rooter was great. They were able to come out on very short notice, work with me on the service charge, fix the problem, tech was knowledgeable and very nice, and provided great customer service. I would definitely use them again. The last thing I would like to point out is that the manager was part of the price correction and he was very helpful and considerate of our situation.

    Ephrem & this company are AMAZING. Our water heater started pouring out water at about 6pm at night. Montco-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Cleaning was at my house at 8am the next day. Installed a new water heater, and left. Unfortunately, with an old house we ran into a leak. Ephrem came to diagnose the leak and left to let us think about if we wanted to fix it or not. We decided we wanted to fix the leak and Ephrem came back and fixed the leak. He went above and beyond staying late to help and taking his time. I will 1000% use this company again.

    Our technician, Derrick Williams, effortlessly and expertly replaced our old toilet with a new one. The job took a little over an hour. We hardly knew he was in the house!     We were having leaking/condensation under our sink and I called to see what could be done. Mike first recommended caulking the sink and it seemed to work for a few days. However, it did not resolve so they came out a few days later. Louis was great and it was fixed in a few hours. However, the only reason I did not give them 5 stars was because I felt like they were super expensive.

    These guys were incredible. I could not believe how Mike (the Gentleman on the phone) bent over backwards to help me when I was in a time of absolute desperation. As he promised a tech showed up and started in immediately to resolve my problem. The tech Mike (also) was one of the hardest working guys I’ve ever met and was so considerate of my problem and did everything to make sure it was correctly fixed. I cannot say enough about this company and would absolutely recommend them to everyone.     They were extremely helpful in solving a constant leak problem in my home. I had already consulted my usual plumber who disregarded my input that my water pressure had increased a lot. He turned on the kitchen faucet and said looks ok to him. After another pipe blew the fitting I contact Montco. When I shared this concern with the plumber they sent, he immediately connected a gauge to my outside water faucet and got a reading over 2 times what it should be, and photographed it so it is now saved to my account. After replacing the water pressure regulator, he was able to get my pressure back down to the proper level, and again measured and photo it. This is a very well organized and responsive firm and the fella they sent out was very friendly and respectful to me. and did the repair quickly and efficiently. Very pleased

    Montco rooter is great the main sewer line at my mother in laws house was backed up so I recommended these guys to come snake it as it was way backed up and made quite a mess. They were very responsive and had someone their with in the hour. And it gets better after that the worker they sent was a guy named bob he was very professional and really did a great job explaining everything to my mother in law about the work he was doing and how he was going to fix the problem. It was tight getting the snake down to the basement with the small stair case but he was very patient and he got the job done in a clean and neat manner. I definitely recommend montco rooters for Amy drain needs. I’m a painter and recommend them to my customers.

    Were able to come out the same morning I called about a clogged main house drain. Bob was professional and friendly, and did a good job answering my questions. Explained that he had a lot of experience, and then backed it up with his work. I also felt like he was honest since he told me there didnt seem to be any bigger problems, and only did what needed to be done. He also advised about what NOT to put down the drain even though I would think letting people clog their drains would be good for business. Thanks!

    Hi, back in August I had purchased your service plan after Louis had been out twice and was a life saver. Louis came out this morning as promised for an 8 AM appointment. I saw Louis arrived about 10 minutes early but did not knock until 8. Louis performed my 6 month check up and gave his proposal and what recommendations on what should be done. Louis also discovered that after my demolition work was done about 3 weeks ago that the bathroom faucet was leaking into my new vanity so I immediately reached out to the contractor, thank you Louis.     We had a badly clogged sink pipe and our technician, Mike, was able to clear it well and fairly quickly. He used a snake very tactfully as a narrow lead pipe was involved. Overall, it was quality work, done on time and professionally. The costs were in the higher end of the range shown on Angies List, but this may have been because of the complexity of the job involved.

    Montgo Rooter was wonderful and really worked with my fiance and Is budget. They were punctual and showed up right on time. Arrangements were made through Angies List and by texting. There was no extra fee for them coming out on the weekend. Mike came by, listened to what we had been dealing with, and immediately got to work on our blocked sewer main. Everything was taken care of within an hour. Afterwards he even checked that the drainage was good before he left. We would 100% recommend them and use them again if we need to!

    Montco Rooter Plumbing was responsive and able to get someone out to the house the same day as we discovered the leak. Tommy did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. He also installed supports on the pipe to help prevent an issue from arising in the future. The pricing was higher than I expected but within the pricing I have come to expect for professional plumbing services.
