    This our second time using Munz and they are the best! They did a fantastic toilet install for us and then about a month later our water heater leaked. I called and left a voicemail at 7am and they were at our house an hour later with a brand new water heater. Would highly recommend this company!

    We had our well pump quit working yesterday. I called HW Munz this morning and talked to Rick who set us up with an appointment shortly after noon with Dennis and Matt. Rick called back a second time to let me know the technicians were on their way. Fearing the worst and thinking I would be replacing the well pump I asked Rick for a ball park quote if the pump was bad. I thought it was reasonable and was pleasantly surprised. Rick said he would make sure there was a pump on the truck just in case.When Dennis and Matt arrived they took the time to look at the installation and plan their approach and quickly set about troubleshooting the problem. They had to pull up the well pump and located a broken wire to the pump so we didnt need a pump replacement.. Yay. Both Dennis and Matt were great with explaining what they did and found and had us back to pumping water in a couple hours.I was really glad Rick was so responsive to getting a crew here so quickly and followed up with us. The technicians Dennis and Matt were outstanding. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable and personable.Needless to say I am very glad I found a new reliable local plumber and they will most certainly be my go to from now on. I can highly recommend this company if youre in need of plumbing work or repair.Thanks guys!!

    I have to say that when I saw the 5-star ratings I thought it was probably all friends of the company or employees. But before I committed, I asked neighbors for a recommendation for a plumber and they said Munz so we called.All the positive feedback is true. We had an issue with a clogged sewer line from a powder room. We had Zoom Drain snake it out (butchers, but thats a different review) twice. All they did was charge us for two visits, epoxy our toilet to the marble floor, talk us into ordering a $700 air assist toilet (think commercial loud flush), and within a 6 months of installing it, we were right back where we started.Ive run a lot of plumbing and figured there must be a negative/reverse pitch to the line and possibly a gravity fall that was allowing the water to sit in the pipe and prevent things from moving along. We asked multiple plumbers to come look at it as it had been stuck for a month. Lots of vague promises and no shows. Which is tradesman for Im not interested and/or its out of my league, but Im not adult enough to admit it.I called Munz, left a message, said it wasnt an emergency. Dennis and Ray were at the house within hours. We all agreed with my speculation and they came up with a fix that was better than what I had imagined. They could not get the line clear this time (which was not a surprise since the clog was just the symptom of the disease), but they came back the next day with a plan, implemented it, consulted with me to make sure I agreed (which is so rare and so welcome), and by the time they left, problem solved - and we were able to install our original toilet of choice over that noisy air-assist toilet.They also, by accident, uncovered a completely different issue that this line was starting. So in taking the time to fix this properly, we saved ourselves a huge future issue with a full bath in a connected line.Dennis and Ray were knowledgeable, affable, consultative, efficient, and got the job done exceeding my expectations. Cant recommend them enough!

    I have been using Munz Plumbing for many years. Everything from replacing fixtures, fixing broken pipes, and installing a sump pump. Never a problem, fast service. Dennis and Eddie are very knowledgeable and tell you exactly how they will fix the problem.

    Matt responded to our request quickly and with lots of patience. He discovered where our leak was coming from, which was not where I originally thought it came from, and resolved the issue. Matt took the time to answer my questions and document the situation for insurance purposes. We will definitely call again in the future if we need further plumbing help.

    I had a clog in my toilet. After learning that my plumber that I used in the past is retiring, I had to find a new plumber. I called several places and they wanted to charge me upward of $600.00 to clear a clog! I then found a referral for H W Munz Plumbing. I called and talked with Matt. He came out the very next day. I was very impressed. He clearly communicated with me and was so professional. He came, knew exactly what he was doing and solved the problem in a short time. He is very trustworthy. I have already recommended him to several people and will continue to do so. I am so happy to have found him. I now have a new plumber! A++++
