NEVER…NEVER…NEVER get poor service again!!!!CALL …. ACCURATE PLUMBERS of Fl.IncGreat customer service, honest and knowledgeable people. THEY KNOW WHAT and HOW to diagnose and repair your problem. They’ll come to you, completely ready to do your repair and are extremely FAIR (by far) in their pre-touched evaluation.John and Mike worked hard to fit me in BEFORE the weekend. Got here at scheduled time and were gone in less than 2 hrs!!!We’d been with toilet not flushing or overflowing for 3 days. Toilet was pulled, root ball removed, pipes cleared, toilet replaced and grouted (beautiful job) and bathroom cleanedThere’s NOTHING they said or did that was not what they told me before they got started. Including the cost. FAIR. Fair. Fair!!!Had I been referred to John and Mike… my problems would not have gone on for 5 years!!I’ve lived in the area for years now and have had to get plumbing services every year! It was recommended for me to call a competitive company… ie I DID!! Every time and got poor service, except once.

These guys are absolutely the best plumbers around! I have had them do plumbing work for me at two different condos, for the past five years. Their estimates are very reasonable, and their work is top notch! They show up on time, and do a great job.I have had emergencies, and they come out the next day, and sometimes even the same day! They have replaced toilets, fixed plumbing leaks, replaced faucets and shower heads, and today, they put in a new hot water heater. The tankless water heater we had broke on Tuesday evening. I called John on Wednesday morning, and by Thursday afternoon, we had a new hot water heater (not tankless) installed.I cant say enough good things about Accurate Plumbers! Not only are they amazing plumbers, but they are super nice people, too!Thanks so much for everything, guys!

I have hired Accurate for many different jobs over the last 15 years. They have always done an excellent job at a reasonable price. This week, I had 2 of my bathroom sinks upgraded above and below. The previous sinks were so corroded that they were very difficult to get out, but they were successful. Then while installing the new sinks, they ran into another problem. The under fasteners that came with the sink would not fit. After several calls, John was able to find smaller fasteners that would fit my sink. Despite all of the hurdles, they were able to finish by lunchtime. Also, this week, I had my ignition switch on my hot water heater go bad. So I asked John if he could help. After calling around and finding this part difficult to locate, John was able to find it online and installed it a couple of days later when it arrived. I would highly recommend Accurate as they go above and beyond to solve problems and please their customers.

10/26/2023, My second review for John and Mike Mathews at Accurate Plumbers. Called and spoke with John the owner in the morning. Explained the issue we were experiencing with our homes hot water tank. John asked me a few questions about the tank. And said he would be to my home within the hour. After visually inspecting the tank. John gave us several options, along with estimates. But we chose to just go ahead and have him replace the tank for new. And within a matter of maybe 90mins. Both John and his son Mike were here with a brand new unit. And in less then 2hrs. they had us up and running again. Now being a small business, these guys truly rely on customer reviews. So its nice to know that with their service, honesty, and quality of work. That their high rating speaks volumes for Accurate Plumbers. Both John and his son Mike goal in their company business. Is to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with the job. They pride themselves on the idea of doing the work, as if they are working on their own homes. And for me, I like that idea. After all. Their business, is their livelihood. So the next time youre in need of plumbing repairs. You can call the Big corporate companies. But. You cant get any better service and satisfaction then from John and Mike at Accurate Plumbers!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have had an issue with my bathtub faucet for a long time now and finally decided to take care of it. I had a great experience with Accurate Plumbers. They not only came out to evaluate the problem but they fixed it same day!! My favorite part of this company is that it is a family owned business. I love to support small businesses rather than large corporate companies. What great service I had! They arrived on time and were very professional. They finished the job in a timely fashion and I didnt have to clean up a mess after they left. Thank you for a job well done!!

Just a quick note and review of Accurate Plumbers of Florida for the workthey did for us on 5/26/22. We had multiple tasks to complete (sink, 3 faucets, and commode). They came on time and prepared with a team so it would not be an all day job. Knowing how remodeling efforts usually have hidden challenges, they were prepared. That included missing parts I had failed to purchase to modifying a cabinet to install a stainless steel sink in a laundry room cabinet. That was a major challenge and difficult task to perform. No complaints from them, just find a solution, which they did. All tasks were completed successfully and professionally in a very short time. This is one of few plumbing company that doesn’t charge for service call to do an estimate charge. And their service is excellent. They have a master plumber who will come over to inspect and explain everything about the issue, and make few suggestions with options for the customer to decide. They have two plumbers that comes in to do all the work together and complete their jobs. They clean up after their own mess and make sure it is working properly before completing the job. And the master plumber even come out to double check the job to sign it off and collect the payment. Great process and service from this plumbing business. They are highly recommended and doesn’t break your budget compared to other plumbing companies.Prices and labor are reasonable and affordable, that you can manage your budget around.

What an amazing company. John showed up right away to give us an estimate to install 4 faucets. We decided to go with his company right away. We were moving a new place and needed water. I experienced a major leak under the kitchen sink that did significant damage to my home. John squeezed me in, within a couple hours, assessed the situation and found damage to my Reverse Osmosis system. While he had to refer me to that type of specialist, he was able to turn that system off and restore the use of my kitchen sink. Plus he gave me a referral to a Water System specialist. I just bought my house three months ago, and while the flooding is tragic, I at least got an awesome plumber for my new home.

I can not express how grateful I am to these guys. I had a water pipe break outside my house and could not get the water to shut off. When I called I was panicking and almost in tears. A great experience from the first phone call to them leaving after a job well done. They were easy to get through to, easy estimate, on time, both professional and friendly, and were clean while working and when finished.
