We were very well taken care of by Josh and his assistant today! Josh replaced the cartridge in our shower and sink faucets and flushed my solar water heater out. A stone-crystal waste had started building up at the bottom of the water tank. Josh kindly showed me how to flush out the tank and solar panel if I want to do it myself next year. He was trustworthy and we will gladly refer others to your plumbing company in the future.

Found via a social media post and highly recommended. Josh came out and got to work, he didnt find any issues which is good but I also got clarity on what wasnt the issue. Something that I did not get from our previous plumbing company. Very thorough and thoughtful. Highly Recommend 10/10 times. Hopefully my plumbing issues are done but if I do have any County Wide Plumbing is who I will be going with.

County Wide was a lifesaver. We tried multiple plumbers to help address a hot water issue. They either wouldnt come out at all, or wouldnt take the time to really diagnose the problem. County Wide came out within a few days, took the time to really solve a ridiculous problem we inherited with the house, and provide us with a solid and reasonable solution. After living with the issue for over a year, County Wide had us fixed up in just a few days.Josh and Tom showed us they care about making things right for their customers, not just whatever the quickest fix is. Couldnt recommend them enough.

What an AMAZING family owned company!! You need to look no further if you are looking for a professional, reliable plumber. Josh came as scheduled, evaluated by project, and gave me a price. I was VERY HAPPY to pay what he had requested. He went up and beyond what was needed to replace my kitchen sink, (which turned out to be a no go with the new sink we had purchased). We ended up replacing the faucet and the cold water dispenser faucet on my current white porcelain sink. He was very thorough and didnt leave until he was confident that everything was good to go. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for your plumbing needs. I need to look no further with any future plumbing needs. They will be the first ones I call and I will wait until they are available. We have been very fortunate to find Tom and his family-run plumbing company. We have called on him several times to do work. He has upgraded the entire water supply and plumbing system to include installation of a tankless hot water heater, whole home salt-free water softener and filtration system with UV purification, new appliances, and brass shut-offs to replace the inferior CPVC, etc.Tom and his son Joshua are consummate professionals who care about their craft and their customers and it shows in their work. I recommend them and the entire team without reservation.

Josh & Tom installed my water softener, my main water filter and sink cup rinser! They truly are the real deal.I was really hoping to give Brittany her very own review but google wouldnt let me. Her level of organization is on a different level when it comes to her customers. She always returned my calls, answered my stupid questions and was incredibly accommodating through mine and my husbands crazy schedule. She scheduled a plumber to come over and review the work and answer all my questions before moving forward at no cost. Most companies would use that as a service call just to get someone out which is why people are hesitant in selecting the right company for a work of trade like plumbing. She sent me an estimate two different times when she said she would. She never forgot about me or left me hanging. Brittany never made me feel anything less than important as a customer. Excellent service!!! I had a clogged pipe that clogged my shower, toilet and bathroom sink. Since having my shower redone, they had a Hard time snaking. They did everything in their power, tried out of the box ideas and they unclogged it. They were here on time, very professional and respectful. One of our crews accidentally broke a pipe outside of a home in NPR late this past Friday afternoon. We had to shut the homeowners water off until we could get the pipe repaired. I called County Wide and the owner Tom personally returned my call. Tom was already on his last job for the day in Spring Hill but he told me that we would be heading my way after we was done in Spring Hill. Within an hour and a half Tom was on the scene and he made the repair and restored the water for the homeowner. Tom made my company look very good and the homeowner very happy. I would highly recommend County Wide for any type of residential or commercial plumbing service. They are a local family business with high standards and exceptional customer service.

Tom and crew were able to help me quickly clear a blockage that I had spent far too much time on. They had a camera to show the blockage from both ends before and after clearing it. Bonus points for showing me why my efforts failed. Who knew TP could self seal after being punctured???We have an older house with metal pipe, so the video was great for peace of mind and giving us a good assessment of its condition.
